Freedom is sweet (Private, Fenris)

Just as coy had thought what was taking the people so long he hear someone knock on the door he had been dragged through like an hour ago as he oculd still feel his arm hurt from when she had thrown him into the room. He couldn't see them since they were just out of the vision of the glass but he was able to hear her yell a bit hard. He could also hear someone from the outside who told her to shut up. He guessed that that person was the one who was in charge since the grunts wouldn't say that. As the door opened and he wrapped his arms around him holding him back in a way he wasn't able to do anything. He heard that he had been pestering the leader for a while. He didn't recognize him so he thought he was just one of the leaders of a grunt group but not someone super special since those people he had seen when they came to have a look at him as he heard they were going to put him to use and he got scared. He could see him point and take the woman. He closed his eyes knowin what was probably going to happen to her and awaited what they were going to do to him.

The leader moved over to the cage, swinging the door open staring at Coy. "Stand up, now," he ordered. His voice was rough and loud, demanding that he be obeyed by the lesser being (Coy). The woman, while in the other room, screamed horrifically when attacked and taken out, the grunt coming back from the room alone with red across his face from his horrific deed. "That's an order tool!"

Coy looked at him as he had swung the door open and was staring at him. Coy give him a weird kind of look. It was the kind of look that didn't give anything away. No fear or any other emotion for that sort just a monotone look as his voice sounded rough which would maybe mean that he had more strenght then brain as he inspected his body as he herd an horrific scream which he tried to block out by putting his hands on his ears and saw a grunt coming out with a splash of red across his face which coy really doubted that it was paint as he heard him talk again. He stood up and it was obvious that he was not taking a like of being called a tool. As he went out of the hut and waited for the place they needed to go to. He wanted to struggle but he knew he wouldn't be able to take down three of the guys so he would keep it quit for now and wait for that ''golden oppurtunity''

The leader grabbed a hold of Coy's arm, forcing the boy's hands behind his back before he cuffed them together. "This is in case you get any funny ideas," he told him before he attached cuffs to Coy's legs as well, hopefully to prevent him from kicking. The leader walked behind Coy and pushed him out of the cage. "Walk out the door!" The two grunts were waiting to follow Coy by his side to prevent his attempts of escape should he try.

Coy felt his arm being grabbed roughly as the female had done the samem even on the same place and his arm began to hurt up again as he watched him. He heard that he said in case it was just because he would maybe get any funny ideas to escape. However he knew each golden oppurtunity was worth waiting for as he felt his legs being locked as well and he looked shocked. How would he be able to walk now. He heard him say he needed to walk out of the door and wanted to scuffle to it, since he couldn't do anything else because of his legs being cuffed but he was pushed out and he fel to the ground. He did his best to stand up bit it took him a while as he scuffled out of the door away from the house and the body of the female as the two grunts were now by his side as they were walking away from there and he wondered where everything would lead him.

"Pick him up," the leader growled, the two grunts watching Coy scuffle. They had just gotten out of the door, one grabbing Coy's arms while the other grabbed his legs. There was a small truck that seemed to have no windows in the back. The leader opened the rear doors, the two grunts taking Coy over before they tossed him in quickly, knowing that the leader wanted them to do so, even without his words. "Now just sit tight. Perhaps you'll hit your head and make our lives easier," he sniped at Coy as he got into the back and let the doors close. The two grunts got in the front of the vehicle, monitoring it and causing it to rev and speed forward.

Coy felt himself being picked up by the two grunts who had been at his side making sure that he wouldn't have gone away from them. He felt one of them pick him up by his arms and the other one was holding his legs as he heard some metalic like sounds not knowing what it was before they threw him into a place and he knew that it had to be some kind of truck or car as he didn't see any windows. He hadn't even heard the leader say anything and though that it might have been talked about before they went in. When he heard what the leader said he looked up but it didn't take long before the door was slapped shut and locked as he huddled to himself again in a corner. Was all lost again? He shouldn't have listened to that voice in his head, It was just absurd. Who in there right mind should listen to a voice in their head as he cuddled up and took of his gloves. He had been stupid to think that he was free.

The leader chuckled at Coy. He stared at the child's hands as the truck revved forward quickly, rushing everyone to where they were going to go. "On the brighter side of things, you may not feel like yourself anymore," he chuckled, seeming to foreshadow the plans meant for him. "Listen not," the voice in Coy's head spoke. It wasn't much, and the voice would be fuzzy, but obviously someone was trying to look out for Coy a bit. "The pearls. They are your strength."

Coy couldn't see anything however he could hear the leader chuckle at him as he listened to him. ''Wait what do you mean? What do you mean that I will not feel like myself anymore soon'' He said as he looked at the place where the source of the sound had came from. He could also hear the voice in his head again as he heard what was being said. ''No I shouldn't listen to you everything is lost'' Coy thought as he felt the pearl on his chest and his shoulders ache. He didn't know what it was but he had a feeling he needed to obey the thoughts. He was going comepletely crazy. He put his hands on his head and shook his head around not wanting to listen to the voice in his head.

"You must listen," the voice told Coy mentally. "For yourself, and for I." The one speaking to Coy attempted to make the pearl in his chest glow just faintly to try getting him to realize it wasn't just his mind. "The pearls are your strength." "Stop acting like a child," the leader snarled at Coy, noticing he was shaking his head. "You'll be tranquil soon."

Coy could hear the voice in his head saying he must listen but he kept shaking his head. No no no He kept thinking not wanting his thoughts to make him crazy as he noticed a faint glow and noticed the pearl in his chest beginning to glow. It was very faint. Probably so faint that there wasnt even a small chance the leader would see it. He then heard that je needed to do it for himself and for the person who he until now knew as I. He didn't have an idea yet who it was but he didn't feel like listening to it. He heard the leader say that he should stop acting like a child as he loked up. What the leader told him next shocked him as a shiver went throughout his whole body. ''T-t-ranquil?'' He said as he clenched his head and his eyes were spread wide-open from fear. How will the pearls be my strenght they are just pearls He thought as his eyes were still shocked and he clenched his head.

"They just are," the voice told Coy, watching as the leader chuckled further at the boy's reaction. "Yes, tranquil. You will be a monster for us; we will be made proud by you." "The pearls... They connect us... Not by much now, but they are your strenght as much as they are mine."

The boy his eyes were going everywhere. He was so scared. He didn't know what to do, he didn't want to become a monster. He wanted to make his own choices and do what he wanted themselves They are going to turn me tranqual, you got to help me I am so scared'' He thought as he didn't understand how the pearls could connect him and the other thing that he wasn't able to see, hear or feel. ''I dont want to become a monster'' He said as his voice sounded shaky and it sounded he might even cry.

The leader started laughing out loud upon hearing Coy speak about not wanting to be a monster. "You act like you have a choice in the matter," he spoke aloud, the grunts chuckling a bit themselves in the front of the vehicle. The leader pointed his finger to Coy, holding to a handle with his other hand. "Face it boy, those pearls will aid us in turning you into a beast. You'll be what helps us destroy everyone else!" He was trying to scare Coy and make it so he'd just accept his fate. "Just go along with them for now," the voice told Coy as it weakened a bit. "You won't be a monster. I'll stop it."

Coy Listened to the leader who ha started laughing. He didn't seem what was funny about this situation. He would be turned tranquil. He wondered if they would find it as funny if they were the ones that it would happen to. He listened further to the leader, he knew he didn't have an choice in the matter but he could have tried. He would have forgave himself if it seemed like he had never tryed. He listened to the leader and without knowing places his hand on the pearl in his chest as he looked really sccared at him and heard the voice in his head again. I will trust you, I have nothing to lose'' Coy thought as he cuddled back up just like in the shack as it looked like he had accepted his fate and the look on his face showed clearly that he thought there wouldn't be anything else that could be done. He waited for the voice to respond even thought he thought that nothing would happen since the voice had grown weaker and the guard wasn't gonna talk to him as he just stared at the ground of the car and closed his eyes wanting to fall afsleep but couldn't due to all the fear and nervousness.

"Just focus on the pearls," the voice weakly told Coy before it stopped altogether. The car that the group and Coy were travelling in eventually halted to a stop, the leader standing and jerking Coy to his feet without much choice. The two others opened the back of hte vehicle, a room with dim lights on the other side. "We're here," he told Coy. "Prepare to be a monster; it's all you'll ever be soon." The grunts grabbed Coy from the truck and started pushing him forward, putting him into yet another cage, though this one could be rolled around. The grunts were then disbanded, the leader grabbing the handle of the cage as he pulled Coy up a ramp and down a few aisles.

Coy listened to the voice. He had to concentrate on the pearls. Oh yeah right like it was that easy. He wished that he had gotten an instruction manual or some sory how to use or do something with the pearls, the thing just said concentrate. Big help he he had been. He felt the car stop as he looked up and he saw that the leader stood up and jerked his arm away. He heard that they were at the place and he was pushed away and he fell again due to his hands and legs being shackled as he heard that he would be a monster soon. He was pushed into yet another cage and this one looked like it could be rolled as he shuffled forward and could see the grunts being disbanded. He was pulled up by the ramp and saw a lot of aisles, halls cells. A lot of things. He wondered when it would all be over finally and he would be able to just rest.

The leader continued to wheel Coy down the halls of whatever facility he was inside. With all the cells that seemed old or were being used, it was obvious that Coy wasn't the first and only catch that had been made for whatever they needed him for. The only noise that could really be heard would be the wheels from the carted cage as they rolled down the floor, creating a very quick squeak every once in a while when the wheels rolled over a small bump or indent. Eventually the leader took the cart into an elevator, the doors slamming shut really quickly before it started heading downwards. They passed a few floors, which could be seen due to the way the elevator doors were designed. A couple of the floors weren't lit while others were dim, though at the fourth one down the elevator came to a stop. "I don't see why you're so afraid or possibly unwilling," the leader spoke finally. "We treat our greatest beasts with great care." He pushed the cart out into the hall and opened it, pulling Coy from it by his arm forcibly before letting an attendant take the cart and cage away. A few snarls arose from down the hall; something was down there with them.

Coy thought about the many people that might have died in those cells and he got the feeling he had at least felt a bit of the freedom that some of them who had been in those cells had never felt as he looked at what they were passin on the way to whatever they were going to. The sound of the wheels echoed through the halls as he felt that the way wasn't well made, there were some of the bump and indents in the floor, or there had been some accidents or they just got lazy and didnt finish the roa good enough. His first thought had been that they might have run out of money but from what he had seen he knew that, that couldn't have been the case as they had so any people and a lot of stuff. He felt them go down with an elevator again and he heard what the leader said. '"Yeah but how would you like it if you wouldn't be able to make your own decisions and that you would allways have to listen to someone else and becoming a monster.'' He said in responds. He heard the cage open and noticed that the leader pulled him out again as he fell to the ground. He was still cuffed and was barely able to move as he looked at the leader. However the sound that came a bit further down shocked him. ''W-what, w-what is that?'' He asked the leader looking at the place where the source of the sound came from. It was still very dark and he wasn't able to see what mght be there in the shadows.

"Are you so afraid," the leader asked Coy, chuckling a bit as the growls became louder; obviously the creature that was emitting the noise knew that they were down there. The lights soon turned on, illuminating the hallway brilliantly. The walls were white just like the floor and roof, the bars to the cages painted a deep black. The leader pulled Coy along, not caring if he fell many times or what happened to him. Eventually they stepped in front of a cage, the leader pushing Coy against the bars. On the inside was a really big figure in a dark corner, snarling with eyes as red as the blood that must fill its body. The creature snarled even louder. "Meet Experiment Alpha. He's going to be your friend afterwards."

He could hear him chuckle at him be scared. He looked at him with an unbelieveing look on his face. '"Are you serious wouldn't you be afraid'' He asked the leader as he looked at him. Who wouldn't be scared if they were turned into something like rhat as the lights were turned on and he could see. He could see that the roof and the ground were both white and he could see the deep black bars of the cage and what he saw shocked him. In the inside was a very big figure, a wolf kind of creature who's eyes were fiery red like blood and it growled even louder as he was pushed against the cage but he managed to free himself, and step back against the wall. '"Dude that thing is scary as hell'' He said as his eyes were big in fear not wanting to become one of those things. He would believe the voice in his head. It was the only thing he would be able to do.

"Of course he is," the leader chuckled at Coy. Though the creature seemed very vicious towards Coy, it moved to the bars and allowed the leader to pet it as though they were both friends. "This is my pet; he was just a normal man before he consented to us. Now we know he's happy." The leader let the creature lick his face a time or two before he grabbed Coy's hand. The creature began snarling lightly again towards Coy as the leader dragged the boy along towards a pair of double-doors. "Now it's your turn. Perhaps you'll be someone's pet higher up. Maybe you'll just pass away; I don't know how these things work all the time." He tossed Coy into the double-doors after they flew open, two people obviously waiting. One pressed a switch and the doors shut, the leader separated from Coy from the outside as the doors locked.

Coy watched as if stunned as te leader awnsered and went to the creature. It seemed to have taken a disliking to him as it moved to the bar and the leader pet him. How could they do things like that to a normal human being. He listened to the leader. How could he know that this guy is happy he can't even talk he is just someones pet and who would want to be that. The creature licked the man his face and he began to disgust that person. It just wasn't normal at all and no one should do that to someone even thought if they want to. It is just evil. When he heard that it was his turn he struggled not wanting to become one but he was tossed into there and he ran to the double pair of doors who just closed and locked as he was in front of them. He kept banging on the doors. ''Let me out'' He said almost crying out loud, ''let me out'' he looked around the room as he pushed himself against the wall not wanting to be turned in one of those things as he waited what would happen to any one of them.

One of the two in the room grabbed Coy, dragging him to a chair that he was quickly pushed into. "Now now, sit still," the stranger ordered as he attached chains to the cuffs to prevent Coy from moving. The other stranger moved a large contraption from above, pointing it clearly towards Coy's torso while the other removed the boy's gloves. "Just take it easy."

Coy felt one of the two guards that had been in the room grab him bish his arms and shoulders and dragged him to a chair, as they pushed him in. Coy, of course, struggled against the two that were holding him in the chair as they were putting the cuffs on him to prevent him from moving so he didn't give up easily. He had been able to kick one of the guards in the leg but that was it even thought he was sure that he hit the guard quite hard as he saw the contraption that was clearly pointing towards his torso and to the pearl that was underneath his shirt as he tried to struggle against his bonds which did not work and finally closed his eyes, rested and began to concentrate on the pearls.
