Training in the trees (Mod)

Akai grinned at the Pokemon, and looked at his own. They looked determined to win the contest. Once they reached the Registration Center, Akai handed the clerk a card with a red star on it. The clerk's eyes widened, and hurriedly signed Akai up for the contest.
"Well, let's wish each other the best of luck! From here on, we are rivals in this contest."

(Egg for a prize?)
"Oh, don't worry about the Appeal Round. I never showed you my tricks, either."
Akai said, as if he knew everything the Pichu was thinking. The boy winked at the Pichu, then began to walk towards an empty clearing to prepare himself for the contest.

(Timeskip to Contest. Now Alice will finally find out that Akai's a girl! XD)
Akai stretched his arms. Wearing a long red and yellow kimono, Akai tied as much of his hair up as he could. Flare and Fox Fire looked happy.
"Okay, which one of you want to do this contest?"
Flare and Fox Fire talked for a few seconds, before finally coming to a decision. Fox Fire stepped up; bowing as she did so.
"You better listen to me, then."
The Vulpix nodded.

"You too."
Akai replied, turning around to face Alice. Her kimono was fully visible. Fox Fire was dressed up in a rainbow skirt with a cerulean blue ribbon around her tails.
"Do you like my kimono? It's a bit different from my usual wear, isn't it? And Fox Fire looks really nice, doesn't she?"

Akai smiled as well. Then came the loud roar from the crowd, meaning it was time to walk up and show themselves. Akai came out to the stage carrying her Vulpix.

(I'm done with the bounty, I got bored of it.)

Taya watched, hoping they didn't notice her entering after them. "Hm..."

Akai showed Fox Fire off a bit, by throwing her in the air. The Vulpix did some somersaults before dropping back into the trainer's arms.

Once all the contestants were introduced, it was time for them to show off their skills in beauty and fashion with the Appeal Round. It was Alice's turn first.

"Well...We're gonna have a tough time..." Taya could be heard by Akai if she was trying to listen.

-Akai-
Akai smiled, and clapped along with the roaring crowd.
"Impressive. But, you'll need more than that to do us over!"
She said, competitively. Fox Fire let out a yelp in agreement.

-Judges-
The three judges were Mr. Contesta, Mr. Sukizo, and Nurse Joy. Mr. Contesta was very impressed by Alice's performance!
"Very electrifying! You really let your Pichu shine."
Mr. Sukizo made a rather plain remark,
"Remarkable!"
And Nurse Joy seemed to say something similar to Mr. Contesta's critique.

"I hope I'm not next...I'm gonna surprise them all..."

"Well then, Fox Fire! We better go show ourselves. It's our turn to raise the heat!"
Akai said with a grin. as if to answer Taya's question. Her Vulpix nodded, and Akai pressed some sort of button on her choker. The button appeared to change the colors of her kimono and Fox Fire's skirt. Akai's kimono changed from red to a dark gray, and Fox Fire's skirt was now glimmering and changing different colors according to a rainbow.
"I'm all warmed up!"
The trainer shouted with determined eyes. She was determined to show those judges what she was capable. Perhaps her father would be watching. Akai stepped onto the stage, and once she did, the lights turned off, just as they had during Alice's performance. The only one visible was Fox Fire, whose skirt was still changing colors. The color change was very palpable in the dark, however Akai's dark kimono made it impossible for the crowd to see her. She quickly stood a few feet behind Fox Fire, and muttered a command. The Vulpix nodded, and jumped up, spinning around and around while using Fire Spin. The flames licked at the Vulpix's fur, but did not singe a single hair. She also propelled herself forward with her attack; aiming the move at the floor for extra bursts of speed. While this was occurring, Akai secretly dashed around the entire stage scribbling something on the floor. Once the Vulpix was a few feet in the air and about to fall, Akai quickly changed the color of her kimono and lifted Fox Fire into the air with her right hand. The Vulpix balanced carefully on Akai's hand with one hind leg, and let her other hind leg stick out to the left, but her front legs were arched as a ballerina would pose. The Vulpix began to spin again like earlier, but this time, used a Flame Burst attack and aimed it above them. The ball of fire burst and streams of fire strung down around them, illuminating the entire stage. Once the entire stage was visible, the entire crowd could see what Akai had been doing while her Vulpix was spinning in the air. She had been drawing lines all around the stage, that at first looked like just a scribble. However, once the flames from Fox Fire's Flame Burst reached the lines, the flames began to follow the lines. Once all the lines were lit with fire, a picture of Akai and Fox Fire was visible as the flames. Akai and Fox Fire both did a bow in the center of the picture.

"Guess we're next?" Taya prepared herself to surprise everyone.

Oshawott got ready as well. "Osha oshawott!"
