[TRAINING] A pokemon journey - episode 2 - Oldale Town and Training

Finally Alaton had reached Oldale Town. It took him nearly the whole day to get there but on his way he had found two new friends. Aine and Storm. The light begun to change and a beautiful sunset was seen by the little group. Storm and Rica were sitting on Eons back while the entered the village. Alaton however had now intention of going to bed that early. First he wanted to spend the evening with Training. They went to a nice place between some trees near the city to start Training.

Training Eon and Aine:

"Okay then let's start training" Alaton shouted releasing Aine from the Pokeball. "At first I want to train you two Eon, Aine, Ric I want you to watch and learn. We will start with a little game. Aine you fly about 1 meter above the ground and Aine you try to tackle her. Alaton ordered. His Pokémon nodded and Aien took of as Rica made herself comfortable on Alaton's shoulder. It seemed to be her favourite place. Eon started running after Aine and tried to reach her by jumping. Bur Aine was very fast she managed to doge Eon's attacks without flying higher then 1 meter. "Okay Aine now prepare yourself with Focus Energy" Aine tried to follow Alton's order, what appeared to be very hard. Because Eon was still after her and now using the trees to jump higher. suddenly Eon managed to tackle Aine. and threw the Taillow to the ground. It was, however, a weak attack and Aine got up to with only a few scars. Ralts started to dance on Alaton's shoulder cheering for Eon who still was very young. "Now it's the other way round. Aine use Peck and Eon try to escape. Maybe this was a bit unfair. Aine was a lot faster then Eon and flew high up in the sky and then diving down onto Eon. The first two times. eon got hit by Aine's attack but at the third time, she managed to jump to the side at last second and Aine crashed into the ground. A little irritated she raised her head and looked into Eon's smiling face. Aine had to chuckle and took off another time. This time trying to hit Eon from the side and not from above. It worked. Eon was not fast enough at got hit by the side. Exhausted she didn't stand up. "Okay that's enough. Eon use wish. Eon nodded and began to glow. a little later part of her energy was restored and she returned to Alaton.

Eon gained 17 Experience Eon grew to level 6! Aine gained 17 Exp! Aine grew to level 7!

"Wow, that was some awesome battling, your Pokemon must be strong!" a trainer said, walking up to Alaton. He had two Pokeballs in his hand, and seemed to already suspect the answer to his own next question. "Would you like to battle?"

Suddenly Alaton heard a voice coming from the right side and Alaton turned his head to see an other training walking in his direction. Alaton stood up and smiled "Oh thanks, of course I want to battle. Rica it's your turn. The Ralts jumped off his shoulder preparing itself to face the Pokemon of the Trainer.

"Okay, awesome!" the trainer said while tossing a Pokeball into the air. Out burst an eager looking Zigzagoon, who pawed at the ground with anxiety and impatience. Her tail wagged, an she sized Rica up.

"Since I'm the one who challenged you," the trainer said with a fierce determination, "you get the first move."

Alaton closed his eyes to better feel the Aura of the Pokemon. The Zigzagood had a good aura what means that it was happy with his Trainer and for it#s level well trained. *Okay let's start Rica Confusion* he ordered through the Aura, and Rica started the move. There was no word spoken by Alaton and it seemed that Rica started the attack on her own.

Zigzagoon, Female, Level 10

Zigzagoon seemed affected by the strange burst of psychic energy, because she suddenly reared back and cried out in surprise. "Zig!" Shaking it off, she glared at Rica with a competitive and respectful look. She admired Rica for her power, but wasn't about to be outdone!

"Zigzagoon, use Tackle!" the trainer called out. Obeying, Zigzagoon sped at Rica in an unpredictable fashion. She would run left, then right, then straight a little ways before turning in a different direction. She finally reached Rica, and with a mighty leap, she made a lunging Tackle toward the small Psychic type.

The first move worked but didn't deal much damage. Alaton had hoped it would deal more. So he had to change strategy a bit. *Okay now continue with Confuse Ray, but be careful he is approaching fast.* he continued ordering through the aura so the Trainer would have no chance to predict Ricas moves. The Zigzagoon permanently changed his position to make it impossible for Rica to hit it. But then it was very close Rica jumped but got hit a little and was send of flying. Still in the air she hat the chance to use Confuse Ray. Then she landed on the ground. *Everything alright* she told Alaton still through the Aura and prepared for the next move. deal much damage.

The strange and unsettling beam hit Zigzagoon right as she landed, disorientating her. With blurred vision, she began to see double and glance eery which way to try and make sense of things. She made a zig-zagging run toward what she thought was Rica, but managed to instead ram her poor head right into a tree, hurting herself in her confusion. She was open to another attack by Reta, and would have trouble dodging it in her confused state.

Rica hit her enemy with the Confuse Ray and so she escaped the next attack of the Zigzagoon. It bumped into a tree instead of attacking Rica. "Okay let's finish this. Rica Confusion give all you have." Rica nodded and her eyes began two glow purpel as she used confusion on the confused Zigzgoon.

The Confusion barreled into Zigzagoon, who didn't have a hope at dodging. "Zigoon!" she cried sadly before she fell to the ground, fainted. Her trainer returned her with a huge grin on his face.

Rica gained 10exp!

"That was some great battling, but let's see what you do against this!" The trainer took out his second Pokeball and released a Zangoose, who seemed more than ready to fight. He stood on his hind legs and waited. They were giving Alaton the chance to switch out or make the first move.

Zangoose, Male, level 12

Alaton grinned and waited for the trainer releasing his second Pokemon. It appeared to be a Zangoose. "Oh a Zangoose they are hardly seen around here. Okay come back Rica. Now let's show him what you have learned Eon." Rica nodded and retuned to Alaton's sinde. Eon jumped forward growling at the Zangoose.

Zangoose stood at the ready, snarling back at Eon. He seemed to dismiss the Eevee as weak, because of the difference in strength, but that would be an advantage for Alaton. Scraping his claws against the tall grass, Zangoose decided to take the first move. His eyes gleamed with a threatening, unsettling look. He was using a Leer attack to try and lower Eon's defenses.

Eon made some steps back in fear of Zangoose and didn't watch his defence as much as before. "Eon don't let Zangoose terrorize use Sand Attack and when he doesn't see you attack witch Tackle." Eon closed her eyes for a short moment to get rid of the stare of her opponent. then he ran in Zangoose's direction while she used Sand Attack to lower Zangoose's accuracy and thejumped to Tackle him.

The Zangoose fell victim to the sand, and couldn't help but cry out and close his eyes as the sand made its way into them. In that moment, he was easily hit by Eon's tackle, and was forced to the ground. Growling in anger, he pushed back up and swiped his claws while Eon was still close, a Scratch.

Not expecting the attack Eon got hit by it's claws and cried out in pain. Alaton closed his eyes to feel the Aura of Eon and decided that she could fight a bit longer. He didn't want to get his Pokemon/Friends get hurt badly. "Okay use wish and then Tackle again. Try to be fast and watch his movements he might have more moves than Scratch."

Zangoose was hit by the Tackle again, and growled angrily, weakness was overcoming him, and he would be taken out soon. As if not wanting to show it, the only sign of him tiring was his laboured and heavy breaths. He attempted another scratch, but it was poorly executed due to the effects of the Sand Attack.

Alaton could see that weakness was overcoming Zangoose, but would Eon make the fight till the end? He didn't want her to get injured badly and so maybe it was better to change Pokemon. However it seemed that Eon wanted to finish the battle. "Okay let us make the final move use Wish and then Tackle with all you have." eon jumped in the direction of Zangoose and avoided his scratch then trying to make a direct hit. Soon the move Wish would take affect and recover Eon a bit.

The Wish, luckily, wasn't needed. With the final Tackle, Zangoose couldn't hold on any more. He swayed on his feet and fell to the ground, fainted.

Eon gained 12 Exp!

"Hey, great battle," the trainer said, handing Alaton $700 before walking off to heal his Pokemon, slightly disappointed.

Zangoose suddenly fell to the ground and fainted. Eon was weaken too, but the wish healed her. After winning the battle Eon jumped onto Alaton and he hugged her. "Really good. You won your first battle." Eon sat down on Alaton's free shoulder and he took the money from the Trainer. "Yea thanks for the battle." He waved goodbye with two Pokemons sitting on his shoulders Rica and Eon. He then makes himself on the way to the Pokemoncenter in Odaletown too.

It was evening and the lights began to fade when Alaton left the Pokemoncenter. Rica sat on his right shoulder and Storm on his left one. Eon made himself comfortable on his backpack and Aine in his hair. Carrying all his Pokemon Alaton thought: *Puh this journey is going to get very exhausting. I hope I won't catch heavy Pokémon.* Alaton decided that it was to early to go sleeping and Eon seemed to want to train some more.

Training Eon and Storm

"Okay Eon you seem to be way too active. Get out of my backpack and prepare for training. And you Storm you didn't got to fight and to train yet. You will train with Eon." Storm nodded and little sparks spattered on his cheeks. Eon needed a little time to get out of Alaton's backpack When she jumped on the floor Storm got up her back. Eon shook Storm off and starts chasing him. Storm however was very fast with running away. Angrily she ran as fast as possible and uses sand attack. Storm sopped panting and turned around. Before being hit by Eon Storm let loose of some electricity to paralyse Eon. The ThunderWave hit Eon and paralysed her. She stopped right in front of Storm unable to move. "Good Storm! Eon don't let him get away with this." Eon nodded and growled loudly. Storm took some steps back and watched her while she was jumping forward tackling him. Storm fell on the ground and tried to get up quickly while he had to see Eon coming to tackle him again. But the paralysis took affect another time. Eon stopped not far away from him and wasn't able to move for a short time. Storm used this break to use wish on himself. This appeared to be a very good idea, because a few seconds later Eon was able to tackle Storm again and landed a critical hit. Storm wasn't able to get up for a moment but the wish healed him enough to be fine again. He got up and noticed that he wasn't able to do any attacking move. Eon however was and she was attacking him again. So he had to run away again and to hope that the paralysis will prevent her from catching or attacking him. At least the running was a good training of their endurance and speed. Slowly it was getting really dark while the were running in circles but suddenly a strange sound made them stop. Eon ran back to Alaton, who sat down in front of a tree, and jumped on his lap in fear. Alaton petted Eon and looked at storm who also got back to Alaton. But there wasn't any sound coming from the dark anymore. "There is nothing going to happen, Eon. He said while holding her close to himself and cuddling her. Alaton really loved his Pokemon and Rica joined the cuddling.

After a few Minutes cuddling Alaton stand up and walked back to Odale town for the night to sleep.

the next day

Early in the morning Alaton was woken up by eon jumping onto him. He still wanted to stay in his bed but Eon keep jumping playfully on the bed and it was impossible to fall asleep again. After some minutes in the bath and a good breakfast Alaton left with his Pokemon Odale town. They went to the same place where they were the day before. Alaton wanted to do some Aura-Training and his Pokemon may train together. Rica however helped Alaton with his training.

Training Eon, Aine and Storm

Eager to prove himself Storm decided to play the role as the Trainer while Alaton was training with Rica. He managed to learn Quick Attack and wanted to win a battle now. Eon who thought that he should not act like the king of the world started tackling him and caught him off guard. Storm had to taste the sand like the day before and got angry. With a cry he charged after Eon but wasn't used to the speed of the Quick Attack. So he missed his target and crashed into Aine who didn't take off fast enough. Aine rolled over the ground and Storm looked at her in shock. He didn't wanted to attack her but would get his punishment soon enough. Aine took off and charged at Storm using Peck she started to hit Storms head. After a few painful seconds for Storm he used Thunder wave and Aine fell to the ground unable to fly. Then Storm tuned around proudly and got a load of sand into his face. In was Eon who wanted to revenge Aine. Storm growled angrily because a two versus one was unfair. But Aine had given up fighting and so it was Eon and Storm who looked at each other with a expression of concentration and readiness to combat. After a long time of Growling and fighting a gaze duel The both charged at each other with full speed and at the same time. A impact was heard and both were covered in dust. The both landed a critical hit and knocked each other out. They laid on the ground for a wile unable to get up. After they managed getting up they agreed on a draw.
