Lucario and Terra both looked over to Blake, the latter beginning to laugh a bit. "You look like you've run from a tornado," she joked. "Didn't you take any breaks!" "I doubt it," Lucario spoke. "It's not in his mind to do so... He didn't think it through."

"WE WERE SUPPOSE TO TAKE BREAKS?" said the tired trainer as he laid on the floor gasping for air. "I didn't know we were suppose to take breaks." He was tired his legs were on fire and he knew Squirtle's had to hurt more than anything because his legs are so short and he ran for so long. "What's next Terra." said the tired trainer as he forced himself up.

"You're going to rest," Terra spoke to Blake. "Pushing yourself to limits is one thing; pushing beyond them is another." She sat down against a tree, welcoming Lucario to sit beside her as she began to breathe harshly. The pokemon knew what was wrong, digging into her bag pulling out a small device he put into her mouth, getting her to push down on a button which caused it to screech lightly. "Don't be too hasty," he told her, his voice warm towards her as opposed to being cold towards Blake. "You know that around here your illness will act up if you do that." Terra only apologized lightly, holding the device as she put it back into her bag with relief; the pokemon was a quick actor.

Terra said it was best that the group rest suggesting that they've reached their limit. Squirtle came out of his shell "Squirtle squirt" said the tiny pokemon angrily as he was saying he wasn't tired. He probably was but wouldn't let anyone know it. Blake noticed how Terra started breathing and asked if she was okay while Lucario pulled something out of her back and pumped down the button as it was in her mouth. "Are you okay?" said Blake. He was concerned but needless to say he wanted to continue training.

Terra had zoned out of any reasoning by the time Blake had asked her the question. Lucario knew what was happening still, leaning Terra over to his shoulder as her eyes shut and she fell asleep. "It's none of your concern," he smart-mouthed to Blake. "So just keep resting... Forget what you saw." The pokemon had his paw wrapped around Terra's back and holding her side to keep her propped against him. He didn't want Blake to know that much about Terra that she probably didn't want him to know anyway.

As Blake tried to help Terra Lucario being the tough guy he was told Blake it was none of his concern after Terra fell asleep. Hopefully she was okay. "Whatever dude" said Blake as he went to the tree across from Terra and Lucario and leaned against it with Squirtle and Gligar leaning on him.The trio fell asleep.

Lucario watched over the entire group, Terra likely to be asleep even after Blake would awaken. The pokemon had pulled her into his lap so that she could rest easier as opposed to laying on the ground, the pokemon staring directly to Blake; if he woke up and made one wrong move, it would be over for him.

Blake was wondering why Lucario was so uptight and against Blake. It was beginning to grow quite annoying. Blake was star struck and intimidated about how beautiful and strong Terra was which you'd think Lucario would respect but no. The trio would wake up around nighttime wondering how long they've been asleep. "How is she" said Blake as he stared down Lucario.

Lucario looked at Blake and refused to respond. He could sense what the trainer's aura was like. "I admire her strong will," he spat out at him a bit angrily. "Your confusion is meaningless. You meddle in the affairs of someone you won't know that much... She's only travelling with you; why do you treat her like she's going to be your family?" He stood up, holding Terra in his paws. Her hair had come undone, the brillant brown hair floating around due to the breeze that had started. "It's late... Get your pokemon and head to the center. You'll just have to train tomorrow."

Lucario spoke of Blake's confusion and said he meddling in someone else affairs he wanted to know why Blake was treating her like family even tho they just met. Standing up Lucario was holding Terra in his hands. He told Blake to get back to the hospital before the trainer stood up and walked over to the aura pokemon. "Listen Lucario. I'm acting like this because I'm not acting. I'm just a nice person who wants the best for people. I like you and Terra and I don't want to come between you guys so lay off on the act" said Blake staring down the Lucario.

"Lay off the act," Lucario questioned. He felt a bit insulted. "I have been with her for years! This is not an act; it is protection of my wife!" The pokemon spoke as though he was exactly like a human, just in a different shape. "I wouldn't expect you to know the feelings of love for someone." He growled lightly at Blake as he began walking towards the center. "Come on. It's already late." The pokemon began to dash a bit to get to the center before it became too dark to see.

Blake and Lucario didn't really like eachother but they respected eachother in a weird way. The two of them knew they both wanted what was best for Terra and nothing more. "Gligar, Squirtle.. Lets go" said Blake as he started running jogging behind Lucario.

The nurse was waiting for Blake and his pokemon at the center. She was holding a small box and was carrying it towards the back just as thye had arrived. "Head on up to your friends' room," she told him. "One said that they wanted to talk to you a minute." She then headed into the back carrying the box. Had Terra woken up?

As Blake arrived at the pokemon center Nurse Joy told him that one of his friends wanted to speak to him which caused Blake to be a little confused. Hopefully this meant Terra was awake and feeling better. Before he could even drop his pokemon off Blake jogged upstairs and knocked on Terra and Lucario's door.

Terra heard a knock on the door. Lucario helped her up since she was still so tired, aiding her to the door where she cracked it open gently. "Yes," she asked, her eyelids closing a little to prevent too much sunlight from reaching her eyes. "Oh, hey..." She seemed to be off as she opened the door a bit more, air freshener being spritzed into the room from a dispenser on the wall. The door was about a quarter open. "How was training," she asked lightly.

As the door opened a little bit it became more apparent that Terra was awake which caused Blake to smile. She asked how his training went and Blake smiled even harder "I think it went well. The three of us went as hard as we could. How are you feeling though?" said Blake as he was really concerned about Terra's health.

Terra started to answer Blake, but she held her finger up to him gently. "In a moment," she told him quietly before her eyes shut and she started falling asleep, Lucario picking her up again. The door was left hung open, the pokemon taking Terra over to the bed setting her down. "You need to rest," he told her worriedly. "No more getting up... You know what the medicine does." "You worry-wart," Terra mumbled lightly as she slipped into sleep again. "That's why I like you." Lucario sighed gently and took one of her hands into his paws, looking to her sleeping. "They shoudl really give you a new medicine," he told himself by aura.

Terra seemed prepared to answer Blake but she held her index finger up saying in a moment before she quickly started falling asleep and Lucario caught up laying her down. The two were great together even if Blake wasn't the most supportive at first he had to admit that. Making his way into the room Blake and Squirtle Gligar being in his pokeball looked at Lucario "Anything I can do? And if you don't mind what was Terra about to tell me"

Lucario knew what Terra had intended to tell Blake. He got onto the bed after getting Terra under the blankets, the pokemon putting his paws around her neck holding her comfortably. "Likely to not worry," he told Blake. "But there's nothing you can do. This is just a side effect..." The pokemon was definitely making sure that Terra was at the most comfort. "Now go and rest... You're not going to be sleeping tomorrow like you did today."

Blake asked Lucario that question in all seriousness and waited until Lucario got in the bed to rub Terra before he got an answer. Blake knew Lucario was probably lying with that answer and insisted Blake go get some sleep because he won't be sleeping in as the day before. "Later" said Blake as him and Squirtle left. Laying flat on the bed in his room Blake would toss Gligar's pokeball up and it would fly out of the window as Blake and Squirtle both fell asleep.

The center closed pretty early for the night, Joy leaving the front entrance when midnight arose. She sighed and looked to nearby lights as she walked around the center, heading towards a small vehicle. She had stored a few boxes inside, the nurse in a casual outfit as opposed to the one she wore in the center each day. She got into the vehicle and turned it on, the car silent as it started up and a few peopel began to approach it, masks covering their faces with weapons in their hands.

Laying in his bed sleeping Blake wondered what was next up for his training tomorrow. In his dreams he pictured all kinds of stuff like obstacle courses and some kind of cave exploring. Who knew? Blake could only imagine. As for Squirtle? He was in his shell sleeping you could actually hear him snoring. Gligar? He was still outside on the roof. Just prowling like he does best when he noticed something. It was the red haired woman from the front entrance. She was getting in her car when a few people in mask walked up. Gligar flew back to the window he came from to wake up his trainer.

The strangers had no idea that gligar had been snooping around; even if he had been, they likely would've disregarded it only if the pokemon had stayed away from them as though wild. The group approached the vehicle, Joy locking the doors and rolling the windows up completely to prevent them getting in. "Get out of the car," one spoke angrily through a window, another holding up a gun pointed to the nurse. "Or else!" The nurse wasn't sure how to respond, Lucario sensing the distress in her aura. The pokemon was up, looking out the window as he opened it and jumped out to the ground; the training Terra had put him through was why he could do such acts without harm.

"Gli gligar gligar" Yelled the pokemon as he came back into the room yelling to get Blake and Squirtle's attention which caused Blake to throw a pillow at Gligar and the pokemon slapped Blake in the face with his tail until he woke up. Once Blake was up Squirtle woke up to coming out of his shell stretching. "What's the matter Gligar?" said an angry Blake rubbing his face with a giant stinger print on his face from Gligar's tail. "Gligar gli!" said Gligar as he pointed towards the window which caused Blake to climb out of and tilt his head out a bit as he saw a group of people surrounding a small call. They all had on mask which was never a good sign at night. "Holy crap!" said Blake as he was so anxious to help the person in the car. "Gligar poison sting and aim at their hands. Squirtle you ice beam them the second Gligar lands his attack." said Blake as he commanded his pokemon. Sliding down the side of the building Blake gripped the ledge as he jumped down and rolled. His shade of blue blended in well with the night. Gligar would fly up over the group with Squirtle on his back as he came to swoop above the group he would shoot out his poisin sting aiming for their hands. As for Squirtle? If the hit landed or missed he'd shoot his ice beam.

Lucario was silently sneaking towards the group before he noticed Blake's two pokemon flying up into the air. "Fool," he spoke to himself. "Thugs are more intelligent than you think!" The pokemon watched as a couple that were watching saw the two pokemon, the group dispatching into smaller segments; to make things worse, since Lucario was concealing himself and sneaking forward, the poison sting that was flung out instead made contact against him, the pokemon crying out as he got onto his knees feet from the car. Joy, who was still inside, looked out of the window and saw. She unlocked the main door and quickly got out, rushing around the vehicle to the injured pokemon. She helped him up and began to lead him around the building as the car locked itself upon the door shutting on its own, the group of unknown people beginning to fire their weapons (silenced weapons) towards the operator of the center and Blake's pokemon; thank goodness they hadn't seen him or else he would've had a barrage of bullets headed for him as well.
