Summer Nights

Raven sighed, it seemed like she was doing this blind. The girl continued down route one, keeping alert for any sounds besides Chatots singing.

She can hear a "Mew Mew Mew" coming from somewhere nearby as Mew flies by again

Raven's mouth dropped open in shock, however she did not try to fallow the sound. Instead she stood still as she asked the Chatot, "am I hallucinating or did I just hear a Mew?"

"Yup it was Mew alright. Odd fella to see around here yup it is" Chatot sqauks

Raven gave a small smile and commented, "thats the second time I saw one today. I assume its gone now, are there any other Pokemon out and about?"

"Why should I tell you huh? Shut up, Shut up" Chatot says mimicing Raven's voice while saying Shut up

Raven scowled before grinning and commenting, "if you do I'll feed you."

"I'm already full. Found a nice berry bush before running into you clown" Chatot sqawks

Raven gave an indignant huff before exclaiming, "who are you calling a clown!?"

"You" Chatot says

With a sign Raven asked, "how long to you plan on fallowing me exactly?"

"I don't know" says Chatot

Raven gave a small roll of her eyes at the Chatot's words, figured. She was about to open her mouth to let out a witty remark when the sixteen year old noticed a small chill in the air, this could only mean one of two things. With a frown forming on her face the black haired girl asked, "rainstorm or sundown?"

"Articuno" says Chatot who was looking up

Raven froze in shock and asked, "You mean Articuno is here?"

"You just missed it, missed it" says Chatot stopping looking up and looking down at her

With a small groan Raven commented sarcastically, "your name must be Lovable, after all, its not like your annoying me are anything."

"Awww thanks" says Chatot rubbing his head againest her cheek pushing Butterfree off. Butterfree scrambles for a hold and settles on Raven's shirt

A wide grin spread across her face, finally, sight! With a glimmer of happiness in her eyes the black haired grin sincerely said, "thank you."

"Hatching egg, Hatching egg" Chatot sqawks as the egg in Raven's backpack starts glowing in pulses

Raven gave a small exited squeak before sitting down and taking the egg out of her backpack. A exited grin spread across her face as she took the time it took for it to hatch to wonder what it was.

It hatchs into a female Azurill. Blinking looking around the first thing she sees is Raven. She shoots a torrent of water out of her mouth at Raven ((Egg Move: Soak, XD)). Chatot flies avoiding the water

Raven let out a small yelp as she was hit by the water. She had not been expecting that. With a small frown she attempted to wring out her hair before commenting, "so, I see you like getting things wet. How about Raindrop for a name?"

"Azuuuu" Raindrop coos

"As long as she doesn't get my feathers wet" Chatot says. The poor butterfree had had enough and had flown off to sleep in peace

Raven quickly waved goodbye to the Butterfree before pulling out her Pokedex and pointing it at Raindrop. As she did this she commented, "I hope she knows some moves that will come in handy when training."
