Personality: Rhandel is a silent guy. He is approachable, especially when it comes with math and school stuffs. Even though he is quiet, he is amiable. He is a hardworking person. He carries a first-things-first attitude.He is kind with people (especially his family) and with Pokemons as well. He treats them not just as animals,but pets and best friend.
History:Rhandel is born out of a happy family. His parents treat him very well because he is an only child. He lives in Olivine City in the Johto region. His family's main livelihood is fishing. At the age of 8, he moved to Hoenn to study at the Pokemon Trainer's School located at Rustboro. He returned at Olivine at the age of 10. At the same time, his father gave him his first Pokemon, a Poliwag. He kept it until now and named it Melon. He continued his study in Rusboro and currently lives a happy life with his family in Olivine.
