Sonic the Hedgehog RP: The Return of the Colony

So, this RP takes place in both Sonic's world and a counterpart world to his.  For every character from Sonic's world, you must make one from the other.  If you make a character from the counterpart world, a version from Sonic's world is not required, but is aloud.  Human character are not aloud, and Dr. EggX is only human because he is Eggman's counterpart.

History: Melon comes from a world that may as well have no life at this point.  The skies are only seeable from certain small areas, Dr. EggX(Counterpart to Eggman) controls almost the entire planet, and many of those still alive live in space colonies similar to the ARK.  Melon fights with his friends, and is always looking for the bright sides in situations.

History: Shockwave comes from a world that may as well have no life at this point.  The skies are only seeable from certain small areas, Dr. EggX(Counterpart to Eggman) controls almost the entire planet, and many of those still alive live in space colonies similar to the ARK.  Shockwave usually fights alone, but when needed he'll join forces with Melon, Sonic, Shadow, and occasionally others.

Plot:
After traveling into Sonic's world, Melon and Shockwave have decided to bring Blade here, since they needed one more, and he was also closest.  Dr. EggX has discovered Mobius and has made deals with the Black Arms, Dr. Eggman, Metal Sonic, and many others to unite to destroy Sonic and Melon, along with all of their friends.  Combining the brains of both Blade and Tails, they built small portals that only worked to go to each other's dimensions, and they also worked as radios to communicate through both worlds.  With the known threat coming, Shadow and Shockwave have decided to find their own paths, while the others attempt to unite the heroes of Mobius until they can bring heroes from Melon's world as well.

(Ah. I see. Question though, are we allowed to have two of the same characters? Like, you have Blade as Tails' other self from the different world. Could I use mine too, or should I make a different character?)

(Approved, let's begin!)

Tails worked on the X-Tornado as fast as he could. "Soon we can get into space..."

Meanwhile, Shockwave sat on to of a cliffside. "I can't shake the feeling that we'll need more help..."

(Yay!)

Ice was busy working in her own workshop. She stopped working on her plane and looked out the window.

Something's gonna happen soon, she thought, before turning back to work on her plane some more.

Melon noticed something strange in the distance, so je carefully went to it. He saw th workshop. "Wait...I thought Blade and Tails had the only ones in our dimension...Now I'm confused."

Startled by the sudden voice, Ice jumped, hitting her head on the button of the seat. Rubbing her head, she set up, looking at whoever scared her.

"Oh.. Hello."

"Hey there. You know, having your lab here is dangerous. If Dr. EggX found it, there'd be no place to go."

"but this is my home... I have nowhere but here.."

"Really? Hm...Hey, what's your name?"

"Yeah, really. I've been on my own for as far back as I can remember. Oh! I'm very sorry! I never did say my name.. I'm Ice."

"Well, Ice...How about I-"

Just then, an explosion could be heard followed by a voice everyone knew. "Melon and Sonic. The two of you will turn yourselves in or we will destroy both of your entire planets!"

"Listen, whatever's going on, we need to go. Not even the strongest of my team can handle something like what he's bringing. And don't worry, there's plenty of ways two of my friends could even bring your entire place over. Let's go!"

"You have two weeks to turn them in."

"You ready to go?"

Ice blinked wondering what was going on. The twin-tailed fox nodded.

"Yeah.."

"Alright, just head that way. It's straight ahead, and wait once you hit the third clearing. I'll meet you there. If there are any others there, just go through the portal, alright?" Melon looked the way he came through the entire sentence. "I'll catch up in a minute."

Just then, from the sky a bomb dropped on top of the cliff, almost destroying the entire section, but Melon saved it from the falling rocks. A voice called out. "Well, if you're nearby, you just saw a sample, hedgehog..."

"There's a few robots coming, so I'll handle them. Meet you in the other world!" Melon ran towards the direction the robots were.

Ice blinked once more. She didn't understand what was going on, but she went and did as the hedgehog had told her to do, and headed off.

(The only thing I need fixed on that is the name. You'll see why in a little bit. Once that's changed, it's fine.)

Melon noticed 3 higher-power robots. "Alright, let's see what you've got! Let's go super!" Melon pulled out his Malice Emerald and transformed into Super Melon.(Yellow still.) He fired a green blast at them and one of them dodged. "Highest class, huh?" He charged in and punched through it, exploding himself along with the robots. His super form wore off from that power usage, so he returned back to the portal, seeing Ice still there. "Alright, Ice. Let's go through." Melon jumped through the portal, and came out next to Tails' workshop in the Mystic Ruin. "Still feels weird to be in the unbroken Mystic Ruin..."

"To be where?" Ice questioned, looking around at where they were now. "Wow.."
