The thunderwave electriquted the whole area. The lake lit up as some pokemon came up to the surface, unconsious. Behind the dratini and her trainer the bushes began to wiggle as a squirtle jumped out. It saw the pokemon unconsious in the water and got angry right away as it sended a water gun flying towards Jinkei and her dratini.

Moves Tackle, Tail whip, Bubble, withdraw, water gun.
Personality: He is a bit of a hot head when he finds out that his friends have been hurt but for the rest he is a kind pokemon what loves to play. He is very loyal and will go through fire to protect his or her trainer.

Jinkei ducked as the Water Gun flew right past them, missing them by an inch, "Whoa, calm down! Sorry about that, we didn't know there was anyone here!" It seemed that the Squirtle didn't want to listen to them, Jinkei quickly sent an aura wave to Serene. [Got it, Jinkei.] She began to twirl in the air, increasing her power, then slithered straight towards the Squirtle. She kept low to the ground to keep her body hidden in the grass, then jumped right out behind it and attempted to wrap herself around it.

Tne squirtle saw the dance and then the wrap attack and dodged in a special way. He used his water gun on the ground making him fly upwards to dodge, He gave him a look that this wouldn't be so super easy, as it sendes a load of fast approaching bubbles towards the dratini's way.

Jinkei smiled as the squirtle rocketed into the air, giving a determined look at them. "Serene, go for another Dragon Dance, then Wrap while he's in the air!" She nodded, spinning around with energy as the bubbles nearly harmlessly popped against her skin. When she was satisfied, she coiled up and launched herself upwards towards the squirtle, attempting to wrap around it once again. [Heh, there's no way he'll be able to get out of this one.]

The squirtle couldn't dodge such a fast attack and was held by the dratini. The wrap was very powerfull but squirtle had still some suprises on his sleeve. He used withdraw as his arms, legs, and head got back into the shell making him fall loose from dratini's grip and fall to the ground as he jumped back. The small shell pokemon seemed happy that it had worked and was glad to see that he could fight against the dragon pokemon.

Jinkei smiled at the Squirtle, "Ok, this guy is tough. I think I'm gonna catch him! Serene, use Twister and Thunder Wave!" Serene used her falling momentum to spin and form a small funnel of wind. Electricity sparked through the winds as she threw it at the Squirtle, aiming for the ground so it would arc up and catch it if it tried to escape. Jinkei prepared himself for his moment, and pulled out a pokeball, pulling his arm back to throw it if it was hit with the attack.

The squirte could see the gleaming pokeball and knew what was going to happen but he wasn't going to give up that fast as he used withdraw and used the power of the tornado to hover with his shield on the wind flow. It looked like it was flying on the wind current at the moment making it hard to aim for the pokeball. However the electric went throught the openings in the shield and made it that squirtle came out of it unable to move.

"Alright, now's my chance! Go, pokeball!!" Jinkei tossed the pokeball with all his might, angling it so that the winds took it upwards. The ball spun around the twister until it was sailing straight towards the Squirtle with all the might of the tornado behind it. Serene took a couple breaths as she landed on the ground, keeping her eyes peeled if the Squirtle broke out. [If that Squirtle jumps out, I'll hit it with another Twister...]

The pokeball hit the turtle like pokemon but it just hit. If the hurricane hadn't been there the squirtle could hav dodges and the pokeball wouldn't have hit. The squirtle began to turn red as it lost it solid form and slowly slid into the pokeball as what looked like some kind of enegry. The pokeball fell on the ground and moved once ... twice ... thrice and with a last hard sounding sound the pokeball fell to the ground and stayed still.

Jinkei leaped up in joy as he heard the click, "Awesome! Serene, we caught our first pokemon!" He ran over to the pokeball and picked it up, admiring the gleam of it before clicking the button and tossing it up into the air. In a flash of light, the squirtle appeared, and he looked less than happy. It glared at the two before walking over to check if the pokemon that had been paralyzed was alright, "S-sorry...it really was an accident!" The turtle pokemon ignored him until after he checked the pokemon, making sure it was fine before walking back to Jinkei and giving an understanding nod. It held out its hand in friendship, and Jinkei took it graciously. When their hands met, Jinkei felt a spark go through his mind, as did the Squirtle, as if they were now linked. The bond was still weak, but they could both tell that it would get stronger as time went on.

Serene's body loosened, becoming less rigid, and she slithered over to the Squirtle, [Hi there, you're pretty tough, I had some trouble beating you!] She giggled a little, and the squirtle blushed, considering hiding in his shell. Jinkei tapped his forehead as he realized something, "Oh, wait a second! I should name you, shouldn't I? How does Amugan sound to you?" The newly named Amugan tilted his head in confusion, [Doesn't Amugan mean Arm Gun? Why would you name me that?] Jinkei could now sense the pokemon's feelings strongly, just like Serene's, and he could feel the confusion coming from him, "Heh, you'll see. Just wait until October 12th." Still confused, Amugan decided to ignore it and accept his new name. Jinkei looked up to the sky, now the stars were slightly visible in the darkening sky, "Well, we should find some shelter for tonight. I think this was a successful outing, don't you think, Serene? Return, you two!" Serene nodded as the two pokemon were returned in a flash of red light.
