Shout-out Widget/News Feed/Whatever

Alright, so I have a suggestion. How 'bout we put a widget that would act like Facebook's news feed? I mean, a shout-out thingy? Where you can put a message there for everyone to see (what you doing, leave a message to someone, a question, asking for a mod well yeah we may have to remove the Mod Me forum, etc.)

And if possible, pictures? But nah, we hate how pictures load sometimes. So prolly just links. No links to viruses or pornography or anything ungodly and bad. So yep.

I checked if it is possible on forumotion, but it do not support it. It is sad that we cant add mods and widgets like mybb official forum. But if i however find something like it, I will put it on widges from the left and right side.

I believe this was already answered Shadow. We have inbox's here where we can receive messages from our members, a mod me section, and an area where you can ask questions. We have too many widgets as it stands.

No, Noize. That's not the point of it. It's basically like Facebook's imitation. Like, you want to share a picture of something to everyone, derp around and fun things like that. Because PMs are used for personal and private message towards someone whom you don't want others to see.

You do realize that Facebook allows people to invade your privacy right? Either way, there's a section for sharing pictures too. Not good enough? Go get on Instragram.

Facebook doesn't allow people to invade your privacy. If a person's privacy is invaded, it's his fault for not securing his "privacy" settings. No, I don't want to be on Instagram. What I'm saying is sharing pictures and other stuff here for our members themselves to see.

Shadow, when people go to hire you for a job, they can get access to your facebook and it's legal somehow.

And still Shadow, there's a perfectly good section on the board where you're free to post up pictures.
