Zach and The Z-Force

Turtwig was sent rolling across the ground a bit, the punch having hit his head. 'Its alright,' Eric said, just a bit panicked that two direct hits had been made. The battle wasnt even started yet, but he couldny let it get the best of him. 'Get up and use absorb!' The pokemon jumped up immediately, preared to take energy back and using the move.

Kex moved out of the way of Absorb.

Zach: Use Smog!

Kex shot out a stream of toxic smog.

Eric wouldn't have his pokemon injured. 'Quickly, dodge!' His turtwig looked for a way to avoid, jumping skyhigh. He wasn't the best jumper, but it was good enough to land a bit later when no danger was afoot. Eric sighed in relief, having surely though it would have been over. 'Quickly absorb again!' Turtwig charged the move a bit, wanting alot of its previusly lost energy back before it launched the move.

Kex got hit with absorb, and lost some energy to Turtwig. It suddenly became enraged.

Zach: Smog again!

Kex unleashed more smog.

The turtwig didn't have the mind to dodge, having successfully landed its previous attack. Eric told it to dodge a bit too late, and it took the attack before shaking its head. It was now eraged, and charged quickly after eric's pokemon, determined to critically damage the opponent.

Zach: Sucker Punch!

Kex charged in for a sucker punch, in an iminate collision.

The turtwig wasn't going to let a pattern get started. It jumped about dodging until it was behind Kex, running fast in to land a tackle from behind

Turtwig hit Kex. Super Effective.

Zach: Alright, let's try this.

Zach recalled his houndour, and threw another Pokeball.

Zach: Go Bien!

Bien the Starly came out.

Bien: Starleee!

Eric smied a bit. Turtwig had eliminated on of Zach's pokemon. 'We're on even terms now,' he said pointing a finger at him. 'Now I'll beat you for sure! Turtwig, absorb and take some energy!' Turtwig did as commanded, rushing back a cit as not to be hit before charging the attack.

Zach: Naw, Kex aint defeated. He's only ben withdrawn to save energy. Dodge and use Wing attack!

Bien flew out of the way of Absorb, and swung a wing attack on Turtwig.

Eric sighed hearing that. 'You can kill someone's positivity so easily!' He watched Turtwig be slashed. 'Counter,' he said and the pokemon immediately threw a tackle at the bird.

The tackle hit Bien, but Bien went in for a tackle of it's own.

The turtwig jumped above Bien, letting the pokemon pass under it and landing a bit later when things were completley safe. "My pokemon isn't stupid Zach! He knows when he can dodge," Eric called, ordering another tackle. The pokemon was feeling a bit good about the battle at this point, willingly charging behind the other pokemon since it had passed.

Tackle just barely hit the Starly, but he was still going.

Zach: Quick Attack!

And Bien countered using Quick Attack.

The turtwig stumbled back after the attack, swaying a bit. 'Dont worry Turtwig, you've got this battle! Tackle!' The pokemon took a second before it ran after the pokemon, determined to hit it again.

Bien got hit, but he endured the hit.

Zach: Quick Attack!

And Bien went in for a quick attack.

Turtwig jumped, though not so high as before. He just barely dodged, being weaker and nearly unable to fight, falling back a bit before gaining his balance. 'Turtwig, you can do it,' Eric called. 'Absorb!'

Zach: Ha! Good Luck! Tackle!

And Bien used Tackle on the incoming Absorb attack from the Turtwig.

The turtwig gave a screech as it flew back to in front of Eric, landing in front of him dizzy and exhausted. 'Turtwig,' Eric called in shock. He picked the pokemon up returning it to it's pokeball. 'Youre lucky,' he said to Zach.

Bien gains six exp! Bien is lvl seven!

Bien was panting.

Zach: Take five, Bien.

He recalled his Starly.

Zach: Alright, next Pokemon, please.

Zach sent out Kex the Houndour, once again.

Kex: Douuuurrr!

??? - Lvl ??? - Alive

Eric looked at Zach and smiled. 'Of course.' He sent out his misdrevus, looking ay the pokemon he'd be facing. 'I don't have complete confidence now,' he mumbled to himself. 'I could still win though.'

Zach: Just gotta try. Now Kex, use Ember!

Kex shot an ember attack at Misdreavus.

Misdreavus dodged the attack. 'What can I use against you,' Eric said to himself, having moved from the topic. He called back misdreavus, and he looked at Zach. 'Zach, are you prepared for my best pokemon?

Zach: Bring it on!

??? - Lvl 12 - Alive - Six hits

'Are you sure,' Eric asked. He held the pokemon's pokeball in his hand. 'Its stronger than Kex! Its also the opposite type!
