Pokemon Adventures - Episode II: A Time for healing, stocking, catching, and training!

Onix simply closed his eyes and when he opened it, the Hydro Pump hit him - super effective. He hasn't made much of damage to his foe and yet he felt weak right away. "Doomed to failure as always. But never give up, Onix! Bind," the kid ordered. Onix would try to bind and squeeze GatorClaw with his long and huge boulder-serpentine body.

"Dodge it! Then use Hydro Pump again!" Kana said.

GatorClaw Jumped away from the foe's attack and he landed on his feet. Then GatorClaw once again unleashed another large pressure of water from his mouth.

The attack caused the huge Pokémon to crash on the ground - fainted. "Aw. You're good," he said and took his fainted friend back to its Pokeball. "Great, now this Trainer has a bigger chance of beating us. Who's next," asked the leader. "Me."

GatorClaw the Totodile leveled up to Lv. 7!

The kid with the red hair walked up to Kana. "Come at me, bro."

Out comes a male Smeargle, Lv. 6.

GatorClaw goes back to his friends as he high fives MonsterClaw. FlowerChic gave a nod to him for doing great. Next, MonsterClaw stepped forward. Kana smiled as she looked back at her next opponent.

"Alright. MonsterClaw will be next." Kana said.

"Sure." the kid waited for an attack since Smeargles can't attack unless their attacked thanks to their only move, "Sketch".

"Dodge it! Then use leer and scratch!" Kana called out.

MonsterClaw dodged his foe's move and then he gave the Smeargle a hard leer to lower his defense. Then he followed it up with scratch as he ran at his foe and he raked his claws at the smeargle.

Smeargle dodged both moves. "Very well, Sketch!"

Sketch does the foe's last move so Smeargle used Scratch. And then another one to make the foe's double attack a fair thing for him.

MonsterClaw rolled back a bit, but he got back up. MonsterClaw wasn't gonna give up that easily.

"Use Scratch again!" Kana said.

Once again, MonsterClaw ran at his foe with his claws raised and he used scratch on the smeargle by raking his claws on him.

This time he got hit only to use Scratch again.

This time, MonsterClaw skidded back from the scratch. MonsterClaw shook it off as he stared at his opponent.

"Use Leer and then follow it with Scratch!" Kana called out.

MonsterClaw ran at the smeargle and he gave him a harp sharp leer in the eyes. Then he once again use scratch as he raked his claws at smeargle.

Smeargle's defense is lowered and was damaged. He fought back with another two Scratches.

The two scratches caused MonsterClaw roll over to a tree. This caused MonsterClaw to become dizzy and he fainted with swirls in his eyes.

"MonsterClaw!" Kana called out.

Kana ran over to MonsterClaw and she picks him up while smiling.

"You did your best. Get a good rest, MonsterClaw." Kana said.

Kana returned MonsterClaw his pokeball. Then Kana turned back to her opponent as she grabbed Viho's pokeball.

"Here comes my next pokemon! Viho, You're up!" Kana called as she tossed the pokeball.

Viho came out of the pokeball and he landed on the ground. Viho looked at his opponent with a serious look. Then Viho spoke telepathically.

"So, my first battle and this must be my opponent." Viho spoke with his mind.

The foes stood there waiting for Kana to move.

"Very well, then. I am ready." Viho said calmly with his mind.

Kana nodded as she smiled.

"Alright, Viho! Use Leer first on smeargle and then use peck!" Kana called out.

"As you wish." Viho replied with his mind.

Viho calmly started by giving his foe a harp leer. Then Viho spread his wings open as his beak extended and it glowed. Then Viho calmly ran at his foe and he began to use peck on the smeargle.

Smeargle's defense has once again been lowered as the Peck hit. "Sketch," said his trainer. Sketch turned to Peck! Smeargle used Peck twice!

"Dodge it!" Kana called out.

Viho dodged the first peck. But he got hit by the second peck, it wasn't very effective as he was a psychic and flying type. Viho just shook it off and he was ready for his trainer to give out the next command.

"Use Night Shade!" Kana called out.

"As you wish." Viho said with his mind.

Viho's eyes began to give off a glow as he started to use Night Shade on smeargle.

Smeargle was hit again and his legs gave up as he is in his weakest state. "Oh well," said his Trainer who doesn't seem to give a damn about his friend fainting. "Sketch," he ordered. Sketch turned to Night Shade!

Kana gasped at what she heard the smeargle's trainer said. This guy didn't seem to care at all. Viho also saw it. Kana frowned, giving an agreement with Viho, as she glared at the trainer.

"Viho, dodge it and then finish it with peck!" Kana said.

"As you wish." Viho said with his mind.

Viho dodged the Night Shade and then he flew at the smeargle with his beak extended again. Viho began to peck at the smeargle. Kana just stood their and glared at her foe. He shouldn't treat his smeargle like this. Pokemon were not meant to be mistreated.

Smeargle was defeated. "Eh, next up," he took his Smeargle back to its Pokeball. A third stepped in. "I'm not as easy as the previous two," he said with arrogance. Looks like their personality went from sweet, careless then arrogant. Who knows what the leader's like?

Viho the Natu grew up to Level 7!

Viho the Natu's health is now at a maximum of 3.5!

Cyndaquil/M/8 is sent out. The kid could be right. Starters are said to be stronger than non-starter Pokémon’s.

"Learn to not mistreat pokemon like they're toys." Viho said with his mind.

Viho went back over to the other pokemon, they were now over by the tree where MonsterClaw was resting. GatorClaw did a dance as he cheered for Viho. FlowerChic smiled as she swung her leaf back and forth.

"Thank you. I acknowledge you all for your kind celebration. But there are two more challengers left." Viho said with his mind.

"That's right, Viho. Alright, our next opponent has a fire type and one of the fire starters too. Using DarkFlare would make a big risk." Kana said.

"Why is that?" Viho asked with his mind.

"Well...DarkFlare might not be that obedient to me." Kana answered.

"I see...I'm sure he will warm up." Viho said.

"I hope so. Now let's see..." Kana said as she gave this a thought.

FlowerChic stepped forward to Kana. It seemed that she wanted to go next. Kana looked back at the foe's Cyndaquil before turning back to FlowerChic with a smile.

"Alright, FlowerChic. You will be up next." Kana said.

"I wish you luck, FlowerChic. But word of advice, never let your guard down." Viho spoke with his mind.

FlowerChic gave a nod as Kana turned back to her opponent and FlowerChic ran to the front of her trainer, ready to battle.

"FlowerChic will be your opponent today." Kana said.

"Smokescreen," he said in a trying-to-surprise voice. Cyndaquil unleashed smoke from his mouth which should lower Chikorita's accuracy. Being a Fire-type, Cyndaquil is used to navigating through smokes.

"Stay calm, FlowerChic! Try to clear the smoke with your leaf. Then try to find your foe!" Kana called out.

FlowerChic just stood her ground as she closes her eyes. She uses her leaf on her head to wave the smoke away. Then FlowerChic began to cautiously look around for the Cyndaquil. She stays calm as she cautiously moves her eyes around.

"Tackle," his Trainer shouted. Cyndaquil would be using Tackle from an unknown direction anytime now.

FlowerChic looked around when she heard it approaching form behind her. She turned around and she jumped to the side, dodging her foe's tackle.

"Great, FlowerChic! Now use Growl and then use tackle!" Kana called out.

FlowerChic turned sharply to the Cyndaquil as she let out a growl in the Cyndaquil's ears. Then she tackled the Cyndaquil.

Cyndaquil dodged the attack but heard the attack-lowering growl. "Alright, Leer." Cyndaquil used Leer.
