Pokemon Adventures - Episode II: A Time for Preparation!

"Dodge it!" Kana called out.

Monsterclaw jumped over the Umbreon and he landed onto the over side. Then Kana had MonsterClaw do the same moves again since those were the only two he could use for right now. MonsterClaw, once again, gave the umbreon a harsh leer as he narrowed his eyes before he ran at him and he racked his claws at the umbreon.

The trainer heard someone calling him before he turned his head. "Oh, I have to go," he said to the pokemon trainer, calling his pokemon back. "I apologize for having to run, but I guess that it can't be helped." He tipped his hat a bit, apologizing again before he rushed off.

Kana gives the trainer a soft smile, letting him know that she understands. MonsterClaw walks back over to his trainer. Then Kana and the other pokemon headed off to find a nice area to trainer MonsterClaw so he can match GatorClaw. While doing so, Kana also keeps a look out for any pokemon as well.

Any pokemon that were within view weren't really looking for a fight. Most of them were pidgey, the pokemon migrating elsewhere since it seemed the seasons were beginning to change.

Kana smiled as she watch the migrating pokemon while she and her pokemon looked for a spot for training. FlowerChic smiled as she looked around before she stopped to take in the fresh smell of spring. Spring was FlowerChic's favorite season as she loved the fresh flowers that bloom and seeing the migrating pokemon return. Kana turned to FlowerChic and she smiled before she and the other pokemon stopped as well. Aipom scampered over to a tree where berries were and he started picking a few. Then Aipom comes back and he gave each pokemon a berry.

"Ahh...the lovely scent of spring. Truly a wonderful thing." Viho thought telepathically.

"It sure is. Another thing that I enjoy. Nature and Pokemon." Kana said.

A stranger walked up to Kana, tapping her shoulder. 'Excuse me ma'am, but be careful around these flowers,' she said, smiling warmly. 'They're pretty fragile, and it's taken a while to grow them. Please feel free to pick one, but be careful.'

Kana turned around to a girl and she heard the lady telling her about being careful with the flowers in the area and that it had taken a while to grow them. Kana smiled as the lady also told her that she is welcome to pick one flower as long as she's careful. Kana gave the lady a warm smile as she nods.

"Got it. We'll be very careful around here. Thanks for the heads up." Kana said.

While Kana talked with the lady, Flowerchic wonders over to the flowers and she began to take in the scent. They were really lovely and they smelled fresh too. MonsterClaw and GatorClaw came over and they joined her. They also loved the scent of fresh flowers.

The flowers waved a bit as the pokemon smelt them. The woman looked at the two pokemon smelling hte flowers and she chuckled. "It's been a while since I've seen a couple of pokemon enjoying the smell of flowers," she said to Kana. "And it's also beena while since I've seen teh flowers dance like that when a pokemon smelt them." She spoke as if teh flowers were alive.

Kana looked over at FlowerChic and the totodile brothers only to smile. FlowerChic swung her leaf back and forth with the flowers as GatorClaw and MonsterClaw watched her.

"I guess flowers are FlowerChic's favorite thing." Kana said.

Then Kana turned to the lady. Kana began to wonder if the lady knew a good place to train MonsterClaw.

"Hey, do you by any chance know a good place for training?" Kana asked the lady.

The woman looked at Kana, and she put her hand to her head. She scratched it a bit, looking as if she were thinking hard. "I'm not exactly sure," she said to kana, giving her a small smile. "I'm not really one to know much about pokemon or training. All I know is that their good friends," she said, chuckling a bit with a warm smile. "You'd probably be better off asking my son about it."

Kana thought for a bit for the lady didnt know a good spot for training. But, Kana perked up a bit after hearing that the woman had a son that might help her find a good area for training. Kana gave the woman a smile as she nodded.

"Ah. Thank you. Where can I find him?" Kana asked.

"That's a good question," the woman chuckled. "I haven't seen him in a month or two. I think that he owns a business not too far fro mhere though," she said to Kana.

"Okay. Thank you. We'll head out in the morning. FlowerChic, everyone! Come on, We gotta head back to the pokemon center!" Kana called out as she thanked the woman.

The pokemon came back over to her. The pokemon thanked the woman for showing the flowers to them as Kana thanked her as well for her help. They waved goodbye to her and they went back to the pokemon center. Once there, The pokemon were taken to the room where the other pokemon were to have dinner while Kana went to the eating area for her dinner, tonight it was her favorite, Japanese shrimp and soba noodles with water again. She sat at the same table she was earlier today and she began to eat.

The nurse eventually walked over to Kana, smiling a bit at her. "It looks as though you're enjoying the meal," she said. "That's always a good thing. Do you need anything else to make your meal better," she asked the trainer.

Kana looks up at Nurse Joy with a smile. She listens to her as he drinks her water.

"Well, I would like some rice balls. I always enjoyed having my favorite with rice balls." Kana said.

"Rice balls," the nurse asked. "I'll check to see if we have any." She left the trainer and her pokemon, eventually coming back with a few freshly cooked [if they're cooked] rice balls. "Here you go," she said, setting the small tray on the table.

"Thank you, Nurse Joy." Kana said.

Kana smiled up at Nurse Joy as she took a rice ball. Then she took a bite of it as she continue to with her dinner. The rice ball was wonderful and it was just right to her.

The nurse only smiled, turning and walking away from the table. She knew that if the trainer needed anything else, she wouldn't hesitate to call for her or another of the staff.

Kana finished up her dinner as she began to drink the last of her water. Once she was done, Kana got up while she picked up her tray and the plastic bottle as she made her way to the recycling to take care of the plastic bottle. Then she placed her tray with the other tray and she left the cafeteria to the lobby of the center where her pokemon were brought back by one of the chanseys.

Later, Kana and her pokemon began to head back to their room and they enter. Immediately, DarkFlare head to the couch and he laid down on it, instantly going to sleep. Soon, the other pokemon followed as Kana grabbed her night clothes and she went into the bathroom to change. Then she came back out in a night shirt and shorts as she put her trainer clothes neatly on the table while she hung her cap and her backpack as she placed her pouch on the table as well. With that, Kana got into bed and under the covers as she closed her eyes and drifted into sleep.

Not much happened during the night, though the door was knocked on. "It's morning," someone called from outside. "If you have any business you need to take care of early on, you should get up now!"

Kana woke up to the knock on the door as she slowly opens her while Aipom scampered over to the door and he used the hand on his tail to open the door just a crack for him to peek out the door. Aipom smiled to see that it was Nurse Joy with a Chansey. Kana sat up as she stretched before getting up from the bed and she made her way to grab her trainer clothes as she went into the bathroom to change.

"I'll be there in a minute!" Kana called out.

The nurse sighed a bit. She didn't seem to happy at the current moment, but she wasn't about to let one of the trainers know that. She just waited, and when she saw Kana, she handed her a small package. "This came for you this morning," she said to her. She then handed her a bar and a water bottle as a morning snack.

Once Kana was dressed, she went right to the door as Nurse Joy handed her a small package along with a breakfast bar and a water bottle. Aipom blinked as he couldn't help but noticed that the nurse looked a bit unhappy. Kana took notice of this and she wondered what was wrong.

"Is something wrong, Nurse Joy?" Kana asked.

The nurse was inspecting the rest of the cart, her hearing Kana and standing up. "No, of course not," she said, giving Kana a smile. She turned forward. "Have a nice day," she said, walking away not telling Kana where the package camef rom.

Kana and Aipom watched Nurse Joy leave before they looked at each other as Aipom just shrugged and he went back inside to wake the other pokemon up. Kana followed Aipom inside as she looked down at the package she received, curious about what it could be. Kana sat the package on the table as she got her shoes and her hat on. She decided to take the package with her as she careful put it in her backpack before putting it on. The Chansey came in to get the pokemon so they could have breakfast before heading out. The pokemon followed the chansey to the pokemon room and they ate their breakfast while Kana walked around the town as she ate her breakfast bar and drank her water bottle.
