"Espeon dodge," the student ordered, espeon jumping out of the way of the smog immediately. It didn't want to take a hit, especially since it seemed it was lowered onto the same level as it's counterpart with three hits to take. "Nice move Zach," the woman commented, writing notes down as she observed. "Espeon, counter with confusion," the trainer said, and the espeon began using the move.

Kex ended up being confused.

Zach: Use Ember!

Kex started to look confused, but it was a trick, and at the last second, he shot out an ember!

The espeon was burnt by the ember, jumping a couple of times when the ground felt like it was on fire. "Espeon, are you alright," the student asked aloud, and the woman silenced him again. "Know that your pokemon will be alright, and continue battling. If worse comes to worse, there are always nurses and those who can fix the pokemon easily if something goes awry." The student looked at the woman concerned a bit. "I didn't think that my pokemon could be injured so much by just a singel battle," he said to her looking down a bit. "Espeon, tackle!" The espeon quickly stopped jumping dashing after Kex, prepared to tackle him in his side.

Kex got hit by Tackle, since he was too confused to dodge.

Zach: Ember, again!

Kex tried to shoot out another Ember, but hurt himself in confusion.

The student looked at Zach's pokemon hurting itself in confusion. "Espeon, use tackle again since the opponent is confused," he said aloud pointing his hand at the pokemon. It was a good time to attack in his head, but he wasn't thinking that Zach could have items or that the pokemon could naturally recover. The espeon nodded a bit rushing after the pokemon and heading for its side to knock the air out of it.

Zach: Kex, Smog.

Kex was still confused, but still able use Smog without getting hurt.

The student watched his pokemon fly back and roll a couple of times on the ground. "Espeon," he called running over and picking the pokemon up. It wasn't fainted yet, rather being tired and screeching lightly. It had seemed to have enjoyed the fight. "Terrific battle," the woman said, walking over to zach. "Here's the three hundred for this battle," she said transferring the money to his account. "Now which type will you be using next?" She looked at the students waiting to see how this would turn out.

Zach recalls his Houndour, and turns to the teacher.

Zach: Alright, who's next.

"Well, that all really depends," the woman said to Zach, watching him carefully. "Which type are you going to use in a battle next," she asked him then, looking at the students eyeballing Zach. They were solely focused on him and waiting for an answer.

Zach: Well I could use my flying type, but it's kinda underleveled.

The woman looked at Zach. "To be sure you have more than just two pokemon Zach," she said to him sounding a bit saddened to hear what he was saying. "I've heard quite a few things about you from the professor." The students mouths all opened at the same time when they heard their teacher talking, and they all closed a bit later. "I'm sure that you've got another."

Zach opened a Pokeball and let Ferdinand out of his ball.

Ferdinand: Piplup!

Zach: I'll also use my Piplup.

Ferdinand: Pip, Piplup!

The woman nodded, knowing that Zach had had more than one pokemon. In fact, she had a report on her clipboard describing their names, what they were, and where he had located them at. "I think I know what goes against a water type," one student said, walking forward whilst the other stayed behind, the third that had battled earlier beside the teacher. "Are you ready for my pokemon?"

Zach: Go ahead.

Ferdinand stood tight.

The student nodded. He tossed a pokeball into the air and watched his tropius appear. "Alright, let's do this tropius! Use razor leaf," the student said aloud, and the tropius looked at its trainer nodding. It turned its head to the piplup, firing multiple sharp leaves towards it.

Zach: Whoa, that thing's huge!

He got out his pokedex and scanned Tropius.

Zach: Ferdinand, Dodge and Pound!

Ferdinand dodged the leaves and jumped to pound tropius.

Tropius took the attack as if nothing had happened to it. "Tropius, counter with another razor leaf," the student yelled letting his pokemon execute the attack. He was being a ruthless opponent, giving all he got to the battle, even if it wasn't an actual battle, instead a training and teaching one.

Pokedex Entries:
The bunches of fruit around Tropius's neck are very popular with children. This Pokémon loves fruit, and eats it continuously. Apparently, its love for fruit resulted in its own outgrowth of fruit.

Tropius, the Fruit Pokémon. The fruit that grows around its neck is sweet and popular with children. It flies by flapping the large leaves on its body.

Ferdinand jumped out of the way of most of the leaves. But one hit him on the back of the head. A critical hit,

Zach: Bubble!

Ferdinand gave his best bubble attack on Tropius.

The student told his tropius to dodge immediately. Even though the tropius was large, it flapped its leaf-like wings and was able to sustain flight for a few seconds, avoiding the incoming bubbles and the damage that they would have brought. It landed. "Use leer!" The tropius looked at the opposing pokemon and leered to lower its defences.

Ferdinand's defenses were lowered, but not by much.

Zach: Bubble, again!

Ferdinand obeyed.

Tropius ended up jumping aside and floating with its wings a bit to dodge the remainder of the attack. 'Tropius knows how tovdodge,' the student said, making tropius attsck with a razor leaf. 'Its not exactly the best tactic, but I suppose it allows for more attscking,' the woman said.

Ferdinand went straight through the leaves in an attempt to use pound.

Tropius took the hit, sliding back a bit and shaking its head a bit. "Use razor leaf again," the trainer ordered, watching his pokemon go and attempt to critically hit the pokemon.

Razor leaf hit Ferdinand. Not very effective, but Ferdinand was looking pretty banged up.

Zach: Bubble!!!

Ferdinand shot his most fearce Bubble attack yet.
