Skyrim Reboot (rp)

Raven-Blood-shadow was setting in a dark corner in the stewards room. He lowered the mask of his cowl to his mouth as the steward walked in. Raven smiled. He waited for him to lay down before he pinned him to the bed with a steel dagger pushing harshly across his neck. He leaned it "shout and your dead, now listen I have some bounty here and I want it removed got it" he said smiling showing his pointed teeth. He used his shadow stone power turned an invisible and ran off before it showed. he was care full not to show his face clearly to any of the guards as he sat in a back room in the bannered mare with a variety of ales and other alcoholic drinks.

Just then a large number of guards rushed into the Bannered mare. It seems like someone had tipped off the palace about his appearance in the stewards chambers. Then suddenly the Jarl himself walked in.Cyrus looked around with his hand gripping the steel sword that was by his side. He then shouted so that the Argonian could hear him " Come out of your hiding place. I know you, you have a reputation in the holds of Skyrim. So why don't you prove yourself against a Jarl. I am curious as to whether you are worthy of your reputation". He then gestured to the guards at his side to leave the inn. When they had left Cyrus looked around the now empty inn trying to figure out where he could strike from.

Raven smiled. He hid into the cupboard after making a bunch of noise to attract the Jarl to him. He drew both his daggers this time and waited for him. this time I kill and eat this one He thought to himself as he pulled up his mask on his cowl. a image of his past of the slaughters of his family and his brothers. Well not really his brothers more like the shadow scales they were like family and most of which were guys.

Cyrus walked cautiously around the main room in the Bannered Mare always keeping his hand to his sword just in case Raven tried to sneak up on him. When he walked past the cupboard where Raven was at he stopped suddenly. His instincts told him that Raven was nearby however he kept up the charade hoping to catch Raven off guard when he attempted to kill the Jarl. He said "Alright i realise that you are an assassin but seriously? You must have some sense of honour and pride to actually step out of the shadows and face me in a true battle".

Raven counted to three in his head before leaping out and giving the jarl one heck of a cut across
his back then jumped and hanged on one of the ceiling beams. "but why would I do that when I can attack you with you seeing me?" he said hissing. "you dirty nord"

( As this isn't an official fight as such neither one of us loses health)
Cyrus winced in pain but as he had anticipated the attack it did not cut as deep. He then chuckled quietly to himself. What Raven didn't know was that Cyrus isn't a Nord, he's a Breton and that means he also specialises in magic. After to listening closely to the creakings on all of the rafters he knew exactly where the sneaky Argonian was. He quickly spun around unleashing a Sparks spell upon the unsuspecting assassin. Raven was knocked away from the rafters and onto the inn floor. Cyrus pointed his steel sword at the Argonians throat as he recovered from the fall." Do you understand now why I am the Jarl of Whiterun?" Cyrus said as he held his sword against Raven's neck.

"ah, a breton" Magic no use here maybe a simple bump in run or maybe the invisibility potion. he thought to himself. He slowly edged to the table and grabbed a bottle he chucked it at the breton then drank the invisibility potion. "Now do you see why I'm wanted in all 10 holds?" he hissed he grabbed a second bottle and chucked it down in front of him and shot off a small blast of flames igniting the liquor.

Cyrus was surprised at the sudden move but he regained his calmness quickly. When he threw down a second bottle that ignited the liquor already on the floor Cyrus quickly jumped back however he suddenly felt a presence behind him so he drew his sword, twirled it a little then blocked the coming attack. He then spun around with an attack which would seperate Ravens upper body from his lower body. Cyrus had a feeling this wouldn't hit so he prepared for a counterattack.

Raven wasn't even behind him in fact he was almost to the front door before the potion wore off he stopped and edged back into the shadows trying not to be spotted.

Unfortunately Raven had made a mistake. As he was edging away trying to return to the shadows he had knocked over a pot. As the pot smashed on the ground Cyrus spun around letting loose and iron dagger at the spot where Raven was.

Raven knew he ahd to fight head on. he took both his steel daggers and grabbed them in a back grip and started to wobble staying loose acting drunk . "you wont win I know every trick of every trade." he said smirking as he grabbed the iron dagger and threw back at jarl it swishing the top of his hair.

As the dagger swished past Cyrus he spun his sword around to try to hit Raven however the sneaky Argonian blocked it with his daggers. They clashed for several hours, neither one inflicting damage to each other until in the exact center of the inn their blades met in a way that meant that they were looking at each other. Cyrus grinned saying " You're good ".

Raven smiled. "your almost as good as I'am" he said motioning to the dagger tip pressed firmly aginst his belly. "now drop it"

Cyrus chuckled as he also motioned to his dagger pressed against Ravens stomach. " Looks like we are as good as each other. Don't you think?" he said as he still held his ground in the struggle.

Raven smiled. He quickly wrapped his tail around Cyrus's leg sat on top of him pinning him with his daggers an a X formation across his throat. "Except I have a tail"

Cyrus chuckled then used his strength to push the sly lizard away. He then sheathed his sword and unleashed a Sparks attack upon Raven which knocked him into the wall.

He smirked "you dont have much honor do you?" he said sheathing his daggers. He stood up talll and took the pain. "I suggest you stop before you make me mad." he said

Cyrus stopped firing his spell. Then suddenly the roof crashed onto their heads. When Cyrus regained consciousness he looked outside. Houses were burning and people were screaming, all clamouring for the safety of Dragonsreach however many didn't make it as a colossal winged beast swooped down from the sky and plucked their helpless bodies from the safety of the ground. Cyrus could see the unconscious body of Raven as he contemplated whether to help the assassin or not. Eventually he rushed over and shook Raven attempting to wake him up.

Raven eye's flew open and pushed Cyrus under a table as his shadowscale training started to kick in. He looked around and grabbed his daggers. he started to bang them together. "here lizard so I can crush you" he said growling pulling down his mask on his cowl as he snarled showing his razor sharp teeth they were as sharp as the dragons.

Cyrus was surprised at first but then as he struggled against the lizards strength he shouted " Are you out of your mind?! Look around you. We have to get to safety unless you want to die along with your fellow shadowscales".

"shut up you stupid breton and play dead." he yelled. He saw a dead guard and grabed his bow he notuched one arrow "it's one arrow left only one shot." he said to himself. He took a deep breath and held it and let go hitting the dragons eye.

The colossal dragon winced in pain but did not waver. Instead it turned towards the duo and let loose a blast of fire that engulfed the entire ruin of the inn. However before the dragon attacked Cyrus pushed Raven out of the ruin and therefore out of the blast range. When the dust cleared Cyrus was still standing with only a few minor burns. It was clear that there was a blue aura around him. Cyrus collapsed as he was exhausted after both the fight with Raven and the energy needed to block the dragons fire breath attack.

Raven Pushed Cyrus behind in a baler of water then ran watching as the dragon followed him. He busted down a grate in which the water flowed through and hid inside it. he casted a spell he made called mirage as a copy of himself ran through the gates and the dragon followed it.

The dragon followed the clone for a little while but then it turned around and went to its lair. Cyrus got up slowly and gestured for Raven to follow him to Dragonsreach.

Raven just sat there holding his side. He wasnt hurt but he had one hack of a large bruise. "I hate dragons" he muttered to himself. He laid his head back against the wall just enjoying the water that flowed underneath him.
