Persona: Rising Dusk RP

Monday, 21st, August

It was a typical day in town, birds singing, gangs harassing each other, teens walking to school unaware of the events that would later occur. Along an older path which drove through an unused canal, was one such teenager. Chitami Tanaka, who walked along her typical morning path, her schoolbag slung over her shoulder as she suckled one of the many lollipops she had on her person.

As she didn't care much for authority, or rules, she wore her typical gothic attire which was not technically allowed by the school. Chi cut through a patch of trees, setting down behind a thick bush, her usual hide-out. She dropped her things around her as she began to peer at the students approaching the school and watch them, in an almost stalker-ish manner. Chi almost made it a game, seeing if she could spot the few people whose names she cared to remember.

He was new to this area, and trying to keep a low profile too. At least it seemed like this middle-of-nowhere town had no idea who Akata Matsushita was. Despite Akata's best interests of staying hidden, he was wearing a uniform he got out of his own free will, not something that was issued by the school. After all, he still needed to make an impression on the people here. Thus he was there, dressed as he should be. His headphones in use, playing some kind of music from western culture as he looked up at the school. Yes, this was the place all right, a quiet town in the middle of nowhere.

Since Akata was new, he had little idea where to go. His attire wasn't the only thing that stuck out, but the fact that he was completely new and had no understanding of how this school worked. Such was the curse of having attended many private schools in Japan and during his time in America. He stood there, wondering if he should ask someone for help.

Stirling sat underneath the shade of a large cherry blossom tree that was in full bloom within the school grounds drawing in his A5 hardback notebook which he used as a sketch book which was the only thing in his brown leather messenger bag which he used as a school bag apart from his Ipod touch, a second notebook, a set of high quality colour pencils, his tie, his apartment key and a bottle of water. Stirling was dressed in the standard uniform but without the jumper which he didn't own, neck tie which was in his bag, instead of the standard blazer he had gotten the coat of a gakuran uniform which he bought by accident and which he embroidered the school crest into where it was usually be and apart from that he had a pair of head phones around his neck and wore a pair of duck-egg green converse sneakers. Compared to the other students even when sitting down he was a brown haired, blue eyed giant compared to them being just over six feet tall not being an a native to Japan which made him stand out like a sore thumb which only added to amount of looks he was getting since he was a new student in the school. He took a deep breath enjoying the sound of the birds singing but then he heard the local gangs harassing each other in distance and he then sighed putting on his headphones which were plugged in his Ipod and began to play some music to drown out the sound of the people around him.

Tsukiko held her bag in a tight grip as she slowly made her way through the school gates. With a waltz like pace she kept an eye out for anybody that seemed abnormally suspicious, the last thing she wanted was to have her bag stolen on the first day. She hated the fact that she was stuck at a school like this, crammed into a building with so many low lives. Tsukiko tried to push the thought from her mind, now was not the time to show that side of herself, she needed to make good impressions. She looked around the crowd of people attentively, a joyous smile crossing her face. Even though it was school she found it hard to not be happy about the first day of school. As she made her way into school grounds her eyes caught the site of red. The blazing hair was hard to ignore, especially when the man with it was standing in the middle of everything unmoving. Tsukiko hesitated for a moment thinking of the issues she would end up in if he was just another freak, however she made the move towards him. Noticing his headphone she found that the best approach would be a gentle tap on the shoulder. "Excuse me." She flashed the man her best welcoming smile before continuing. "Are you by any chance lost? You do attend this school dont you?" She asked the man, with intentions to help pure it wasint until momentarily afterwards did she realize that this would give her a foot up on the man. The thought of it cause her smile to grow wider

Jonathon meandered through the gates of the school, his laptop bag slung across his shoulder. Glancing around he loosened his tie a bit. He wasn't supposed to be here, it wasn't his fault. He was just in the wrong place at the wrong time and now here he was. At some private school for delinquents. His eyes settled on an interaction between a lost looking red headed boy and a girl. The girl held his glance for moment longer, there was something about her that he found attractive. He wouldn't dare walk up and say anything to her, she seemed occupied for the time anyway. He just walked on, into the school, dreading what his first day would bring.

Chase was sitting outside the door reading a book his headphones blaring with sounds of various animals. His bag sat open right next to him. "Well maybe...no that wouldn't be right either..." he said yelling barely able to here himself but was loud and clear to others around him.

Chitami spotted someone, a seemingly quiet older student she didn't recognize. Of course, she didn't really know anyone, considering she generally refused to interact with people, but she decided that maybe it'd be nice to mess with him. She put her scattered stuff back into her lace-y bag without caring much for organization, zipped it up, and walked out of the bush farther down the path to school.
Upon walking along the path, she positioned herself behind her target (Jonathon). When she was sure that she was close enough, she removed the sucker from her mouth with a very audible pop kind of sound.

Akata turned to respond to the girl who approached him. He gave a rather sharp smile, watching her as her spoke. "Ah, yes I'm new in town. I actually finished moving here a few days ago. I'm Kato, Ryoto. Please call me Ryoto. I've never been in a public school before, so if you would be so kind as to assist me I would greatly appreciate your help in this matter.", he said to her. He scratched the back of his head and gave a slight laugh. "Also, I'd like to know what kind of club activities go on around at this school. It's easier to display my potent... I mean it would be easier to intergrate into the school if there was a club I could join.", he quickly corrected his slip-up.

Stirling continued sketching in his notebook completely unaware that more people had began to arrive on the school campus, as the music from his headphones kept the sounds from around drowned out as best as they could and he wouldn't notice until he reached inside his bag to get a drink from his water bottle only to find it was empty. He gathered up his belongs and placed them into his bag apart from his headphones which he kept on his head that were plugged into his iPod which was in his trouser pocket and his empty water which he kept in hand. He stood up with a heavy sigh slinging his bag onto his should and began to walk over to the nearest water fountain towering above his school mates if they didn't see him earlier they would have seen him now.
He stopped in his tracks when from the corner of eye where he saw a student who had been smoking a cigarette or some type of drug as a smoking object accidently was knocked out of the smokers by a group of four students who Stirling could only assume were apart of one of the local gangs and one of those four students was the person's whose foot was accidently stepped on. The four gang students began to beat up the smoker, sighing Stirling detoured from his original destination letting his headphones drop to around his neck and walked up to the gang students who began to tell him to leave in a rather crude manor with threats which he only replied to with a black expressionless stare. When he didn't move one of the gang students threw a punch at him which he caught and when Stirling caught the punch he twisted and hit a few places all over his attacker's body he could reach. His attacker fell to floor being unable to hit the parts he hit it was a common response of victims who lost a fight due being hit in their pressure points. He then picked up his attack by his clothing to the remaining gang student giving them a death glare that kill if looks were able, his attacker fellow gang students picked up their friend that was tossed to them dragging them away swearing at Stirling.
Stirling then turned to the smoker who he helped to his feet, Stirling continued to the water fountain where he filled his water bottle before he walked back over to the blooming cherry blossom tree and sat in it's shade waiting for the first class bell to ring.

"My name is Tsukiko Ayaka." Tsu declared to him. "However you can just call me Tsu" She stated as matter o' factually as possible, a sweet smile grimacing the length of her mouth. With a moment of silence Tsu rested her thumb on the underside of her chin in thought. "I've never been too interested in clubs." She stated to the man, still in her thoughtful position. "I know that their are a couple of sports clubs, and a few cultural ones as well. But aside from that the rest escape my mind. She turned to be side by side with the man before shooting him a sideways glance, a devilish smile taking the place of her previous sweet one. Tsu raised herself onto her toes, leaning upwards towards Ryoto, her hand cuffed around her mouth as she aimed towards his ear. "So how exactly did you end up in such a lowly place as this school?" She whispered to him before pulling back to her original position beside him. Tsu did a quick spin on her heels to make sure nobody had over heard her, the last thing she wanted was for some psycho path to enter some kind of deranged rampage over what she had said. Before giving the man a chance to answer Tsukiko began to walk away from him, in a backwards manner with her eyes locked onto his, ushering him to follow. "Common, walk and talk, I think the bell will be ringing soon."

Chase put his head phones and book away and got up. He stretched then started to go class after grabbing his bag. He bumped into Stirling. he kept walking on not caring or noticing he was on his way to class anyways and he liked to be early or at least not late. A kid twice his size pinned up to the wall after ramming him into it harshly. "Where do you think your going shrimp." The guy said. "Please back off you don't wanna make me mad." Chase said. "Is that a threat" the guy said "I don't take kindly to threats." He finished cocking a fist back. He let it fly chase ducked as it hit the wall he could of sworn he heard some bones cracking. Chase kicked the guys balls then punched his throat. the guy collapsed in pain on the floor gasping for air and grasping between his legs rolling around on the floor. "Told you not to make me mad." Chase said before walking to his class rubbing his shoulder.

Jonathon jumped a little when he heard the loud pop. Turning quickly he looked at who was behind me. "What the hell was that for?" He said, not impressed. "Geez, it's the first day, can't you wait till we at least know each other to try and scare a guy like that." He said, sighing. "I'm Jonathon by the way, just so you know who I am next time you do that." He then glanced up at the school's clock tower. "I better get to class. See ya." He then continued on his walk into school.

"Oi, not just gonna leave your kyouhai behind like that, right?" She quickly caught up to him, walking along his side at a slightly slower pace as she popped the sucker back into her mouth. "Jonathon, huh? Chitami. Call me Chi." Chitami shifted the stick of her small snack around with her lips before removing it once more. "So're you new here?" She seemed determined to make conversation, despite the obvious issue of "class starting soon." The bell, in fact, was to ring in about 2 minutes. "I haven't seen you around. And I've seen everyone. In one way or another." She lightly lifted her sucker in a form of greeting toward a kid sitting under the blossoms on the grounds as she passed him by.
Chi also noticed another new face, a blindingly red-haired boy who was talking with..Nevermind, moving on. As she waited patiently for her upperclassman to reply, she wondered if she would be able to get information out of Jonathon easily or if she would have to....rely on other methods.

Everybody in the same grade level (Freshman, Sophmore, Junior, and Senior) will share the same core classes. Everyone must pick atleast 2 of the electives, and max of 4.]

Jonathon walked over to a table and grabbed an envelope with his name on it that would contain his schedule. Opening it up he pulled it out to find that his two electives were band and home ec. Quite frankly, he had no complaints with that. Then he turned to Chi. "So, what classes did you get?"

Akata certainly got the feeling she wanted something from him, but felt no reason to question or pursue the topic with her. It would probably just lead to trouble with her, and he really didn't need that when she was offering to help him. But then he realized she might know of the Matsushita Family and his work with internt celebrities. Her whisper into his ear seems harmless enough, but he really didn't want to attention that came with those kinds of things. He scatched the back of his head as he walked with her, smiling sheepishly. "I wanted a year of schooling to myself, so my parents agreed to let me take my 18th year of schooling wherever I wanted and exactly how I wanted to. This way, my studies won't be entirely dictacted by what they want. It'll be weird to adjust, this work will probably be easier.", he said, praying deep inside that she didn't know that Ryoto Kato was really Akata Matsushita.

"Oh, so you said your name is Tsukiko right? It's a lovely name if I may say so.", he said, complimenting her. He got the impression just from the air around her that she probably didn't care for flattery, but he would rather get to know her. "So Tsu, have you lived on this island since you were born?", he asked, curious if she was native to the island or not. He was rather fascinated by her, after all he did want to have a friend or two.


(Akata Matsushita will be taking the electives of Gym and Band, which suit his already pre-established skills that he hasn't displayed.)

Tsukiko raised her right hand to her face in thought, her index finger resting itself on the side of her cheek. "So you came to this place by choice?" She asked him, her head cocked ever so slightly to the side as she stopped to stare up at him with a perplexed expression. "You're a strange one Ryoto." Tsu couldn't help but giggle at the expense of the stranger. "But its too bad." She started. "That means that we probably wont be having any classes together since I'm in the year below you. Unless you decided to take Home Ec or English that is." She let out another laugh as image of Ryoto in an apron flashed through her mind. As the conversation between the two went on Tsu could feel her face turning pink as the man dropped a compliment towards her. It wasint often that somebody gave her a civilized compliment with all the delinquents running around the school. "Thank you. It's my mothers name actually." She responded, expanding on the topic. She moved on to his next question as he asked it. "I was born on the mainland actually. However I cant remember living anywhere other than here." Tsukiko pulled out her phone near the end of her statement as she glanced over the time. With a yip the girl started to walk away from Ryoto, towards the school. "I'd love to chat more but the bells about to ring. See you later Ryoto!" She called out without turning to face him.

OOC: did we have an unspoken posting order or was imagining things? Also sorry for my short post I don't have much because of the lack character interaction.

Stirling noticed the time on his watched and pack up his equipment after taking it out again from sitting down underneath the cherry blossom tree after re-filled his water bottle. After he packed up his belongs he headed towards the class room with the letter stating the subjects he had chosen which was English which he was already fluent in and art for the obvious reasons he had. But he left the letter stating which class room he was assigned to back his apartment and soon found himself lost within the hall ways of the school.

hey is this still going on or not?

Chase sat down putting a couple of books in front of him most of them textbooks and one of them a book on slight of hand and up close magic. "I can't wait for school to be done with I volunteered at the zoo and I hate people and how they treat them." he grumbled to himself.
