Chapter 4 of The Grand Adventure: Fabulous new friends of Floarmoa Town (OPEN)

Case ran up the path surrounded by a flower field on either side that stretched out to the horizon, cutting through the wind that blew against him carrying fallen flower petals in the air with Ace and Hanako running at side as they reach the top of the hill that over looked Floarmoa Town their half way point to Eterna City and their second gym battle. "Wow will you look at this place?" Case said looking around taking a deep breath as Hanako ran around in the flowers crying out cheerfully. "Ri, o, ri...lu, riolu." ,its alright....I don't see what's special about it.
"of course you wouldn't."
"RIO, RIO!" 'WHAT'S THAT SUPPOSED TO MEAN!'
"Budew!" 'Flowers!,
"You should know baka." Case smirked
"Riolu." 'Sod off.'
Budew!" 'Flowers!,
The trio burst into laughter and Case picked up Ace and ruffled his furr making it a mess, who soon returned the favour to Case's hair once he got out of his grip.
"Hey Ace where's Daemon?"
"Ri, lu, lu o." 'He's catching up to us now.'
"ah ok."
Hanako jumped onto Case's head and then rolled off where Case caught her and the three began to laugh again.

Himeka was sitting on one of Floaroma's calm flower fields with Claudine, her beloved Cleffa. They were both relaxing before setting off to Eterna City, where they would find their next Pokemon contest.

Suddenly, the calm silence was gone. There was the sound of people running through the flower field and cheering. Himeka and Claudine looked up to see a boy, a Riolu and a Budew. "Have you seen them before, Claudine?" Himeka asked her companion, after all the years she had lived there, the male's face didn't seem familiar at all.

Before Himeka could react, Claudine set off running towards them, her friendly personality and curious, childish nature taking over. "Claudine!" Himeka called as she stood up "W-wait!" She started running after her Pokemon, who was already considerably close to the strangers.

Suddenly a Cleffa appeared close to where Case was who was now sitting in the middle of the dirt road at the playing with Ace and Budew apparently the game was to jump on top of Case's head and then roll off it into his lap. Case sensed the Cleffa's aura and turned his head to face it, he smiled and gave it a friendly wave as Ace and Hanako did the same before she tagged Ace and ran into the flower field with Ace chasing after her. "Hi there," Case said addressing the Cleffa with a smile "it's okay I don't bite and neither do they."

Himeka saw the strange boy talking to her Cleffa. He's... Talking to her? Himeka thought I've never met someone who talks to someone else's pokemon... Perhaps he thinks Claudine is a wild pokemon?! Himeka started running faster and finally got to where her pokemon and the stranger where. "Um, sorry..." She apologized while picking up her precious companion "She really likes meeting new people. I hope she didn't cause much trouble..." She giggled. She was slightly nervous, since she wasn't expecting to meet anyone. She grabbed a strand of hair from one of her long pigtails and started twirling her index finger around it, her blue eyes gazing to the ground.

Case blushed when the girl appeared and looked at the ground to avoid eye contact with her. Suddenly Ace leaped out from the bush and tackled his partner's head clinging to it as he tried to regain to sit up correctly instead of falling over and just in the nick of time Hanako came along and jumped into his lap which balanced him out.
Ace looked up at the girl "Ri, ri?" 'whose that?'
"I don't know buddy I just met her."
"Riolu." 'well you should ask.'
Case blushed again "I will..."
"Riiiiiiiiiii....." 'Geeeeeeezzzzzzzzzz....... Ace turned his head to the Cleffa "Ri, Riolu, rio, rio lu?" 'Hi I'm Ace, What's your partner's name?'

Himeka listened to the boy having a conversation with his Riolu. How could he understand it? Is that even possible? All this questions filled Himeka's head. But she could not deny he was surely interesting.

"Cleffa, cle~! Cleff, cleffa~!" I'm Claudine, nice to meet you~! The Cleffa chanted happily "Cleff, Cle, Cleffa~! Cleffa Cleffa?" And this is Himeka, what's your partners name?" the Pokemon raised her tiny arm and patted Himeka's cheek as she mentioned her name, also earning a confused look from the girl.

"Ri, rio, lu, io!" 'This guy is a huge BAKA!'
"honestly where did you learn Japanese?"
"rio riii." 'not telling big baka.'
Case sighed as he saw the girl looking confused he muster up his courage and stood up an turned to the girl "Sorry for not introducing myself sooner," he then proceeded to salute the coordinator in the manor any aura trainer from his home town of Lucario Kingdom would (pic provided below) "I'm Case Sliver, Aura Knight or Aura Trainer as they are seemed to be called everywhere from the unmapped Lucario Kingdom of Sinnoh its a small village to the north west of here. (*jesters to Ace) This is my partner Ace and this (*jesters to Hanko who had fallen asleep on Case's lap but rolled off into a pile of flowers when he stood up) this Hanako another member of my family..." Case blushed and avoided eye contact as he looked away trying to protect his eyes from the sun as the wind ruffled his hair.

The Salute:

The small girl' sates couldn't help but widen when Case stood up, he was surely tall.

"Nice to meet you, Case." Himeka smiled sweetly at him, however, she was not familiar with the thing he had done with his hand. Was it some kind of way of saying hello? She was also not familiar at all with the terms Aura Knight or Aura Trainer. Also, should she say her name? He hadn't asked for her name, maybe he didn't want it. Himeka blushed slightly as she stared at her feet.

Suddenly, Claudine jumped from her arms to Case's and... Hugged him? "Oh my god, sorry!" Himeka exclaimed as she took her hands to her mouth "She seems to have grown really fond of you for some reason!" The girl blushed even more because of her pokemon's actions.

Case chuckled as the Cleffa hugged him "It's fine, don't worry about it." Case said still blushing but able to look at Himeka now reassuring her "Thank you for that hug..."
"RIO! Ri, io, lu." 'Claudine! And her partner' name is Himeka.'
"Thank you for the Claudine." He finished his sentence as he handed Claudine back to Himeka. "So your Himeka..."he blushed realising that she must be still confused as in why he was talking to Pokemon "Claudine told me your name and hers...we'll she told Ace and he told me."
Ace raised up his paw and gave a thumbs up. "Sorry I guess I should have still just asked your name any way." He blushed out of embarrassment.

Himeka let out a small gasp when Case said her name, but calmed down when he explained how he knew it. "So that's what Aura Trainers do..." She said "It seems pretty awesome, talking with any type of Pokemon and understanding it." She smiled at him as she took back Claudine "Sorry again" She apologized "She really likes making friends." She chuckled. "And it's okay, as long as you know my name." She slightly regretted saying that last sentence. "I should have just said it was okay..." She thought worriedly "He will now think I was flirting..."

"Really it's fine don't worry about it." Case blushed at all of Himeka's statement he now wasn't sure if she was flirting with him now "Well not every Pokemon...at least not yet. I am able to read a pokemon's thoughts and emotion in a since by looking at their aura. I can only do it perfectly with Ace since he is an aura Pokemon, but as I travel I gained more members to my family and I began to get the gist of what they say and the gist of what most poke on say now and personally I think it's great you got such a heathy and friendly Cleffa it just shows she is well cared for."

"Thank you very much~!" Himeka grinned at him while petting Claudine. She had been doing her best to make Claudine happy and it was nice to know she had been doing it right from someone who can actually understand pokemon. "So, do Aura Trainers go to Gyms and earn medals or just travel around and bond with pokemon?" She asked curiously, as she looked at Case straight in the eye, the curiosity had made her forget about the previous embarrassing moment and made her blush slightly fade.

"Mainly the third one." Case explained blushing slightly as Himeka straight in his eyes "During our training we are sent of a pilgrimage of sorts and then we form bonds with Pokemon to understand them better. But most will go to gyms and enter contest to give them a traveling goal...though I only found. Out what a contest was few days ago." Case chuckled and scratched the back of his head being slightly embarrassed "it's actually the reason why I am here right now."

Himeka's eyes widened "What?!" She asked, surprised "You must be kidding! I have watched pokemon contests since I was little and have desired to be the best coordinator in the world ever since!" She then had an idea "Actually, I'm leaving tomorrow for my first contest in Eterna City, and I'm a little afraid of travelling alone..." She then used her charm and slightly manipulative ways by making a cute childish pleading face and asking "Are you going there? If so, would you come with me~? Pweety Pweeeeeaaaaase~?"

Case blushed as his facial expression hardened "yea alright," Case agreed as he shrugged "It's not like I'm not going that way any way." Case explained "I'm actually travelling there with an other trainer who is a co-ordinator who had a army of fan girls who tried to kill me and apparently a big shot back in Jubilife his name is Daemon Chase. He is the reason I now know the little bit I know about contests thanks to the practice contest battle I had against him. He actually convinced me to try out a contest once we were in Eterna City."

A big excited grin grew on Himeka's face as Case agreed. "Thank you so much!" She then proceeded to give Case a big bear hug. "And, Daemon Chase...?" Himeka thought for a moment "Oh I've seen him on TV! He's really good!" "However, he interferes with my plan of being the best coordinator in the world..." The girl thought, but quickly brushed the jealousy away, deciding that having a grudge on someone she didn't even knew was unhealthy. "Um" She then said as she looked around "Where... Where is he?"

"No clue..." Case sighed "Ace said he was catching up with us but I'm starting to get worried....I might have to back track but in the mean time....." Case tossed up a pokeball and his Gliscor Sting burst out began to circle above them "Sting, go back along this dirt road and find Daemon and guide him to me, if their is anything wrong com straight back to me."
Sting cried out before zooming back off above the dirt road. Case had saw jealousy in Himeka aura a moment ago and was debating if he should even mention it.

Himeka couldn't help but slightly flinch at the sight of the Gliscor "Gliscor..." She thought as the pokemon flew away "Scary pokemon... Scary..." She sweatdropped before saying "Hey, Case, how many pokemon do you have~?" Her childish and curious side coming out, she flashed a smile at him while asking too. "Also, are they all alright? We should probably head to a pokemon center to get them healed, and you can go rest at my house after that, you must be tired too!"

Case blushed a little "nah we are fine...." Case smirked and finally looked Himeka in the eye "if you want I can introduce the ones I have with me to you...to pass the time until, Daemon gets here...." Case began to blush "...uh and about your house....don't you need to go there any way to get your stuff.....I'm you can't just leave home and head out with out the proper equipment and supplies."

"I would love to meet your pokemon, Case~!" Himeka said cheerfully "And yeah, I actually need to go to my house to get the stuff, would you go with me? It can be after Daemon gets here, if you want!" She smiled up at him in a reassuring way, she had also noticed Case blushed a lot, which made her face to a light color of red, too.

"Before or after Daemon, that completely up to you." Case told Himeka as he pulled off the pokeballs off his belt and activated before tossing them in the air, all of Pokemon burst out of their capsules Cinders his Charmander, Hanuman (Hanu) his Chimchar and Gale his Pidgey joined Ace and Hanako who were already out. Hanu instently ran to his now empty and closed poke all and began to obsess over it being a spherical object. When cleared his throat all his Pokemon took notice of him and instead of lining as he expected they all jumped on top of him knocking Case to the ground and creating a dog pile. Case and all of his Pokemon the burst into laughter.

In the distance Daemon had come running to them. He clearly was out of breath as he could see Case and an unknown girl on the horizon. How could he had left him behind, he hadn't done the same when he had been meditating. However from his standpoint he was very tired and he was too busy running to notice any flowers. He ran as fast as he could with his aron in his arms as he slowly seemed to came closer with Case. After a long while he finally reaached the both of them as he fell down breathing hard. ''S-s .... Ser... iously Case'' He took long hard breaths. ''Do..n't let .... me.... be-be .... hind'' He said as he slowly began to regain some of his breath as he looked up from where he was sitting and looked pretty annoyed as Aron just let out a noticable sigh as he knew how Daemon hated it to be left behind and run. Daemon wasn't such a running person he was more someone who loved to swim and not run. As he awaited his responds he looked at the girl. He actually wanted to cover the blackness in his eyes since he was scared she might get scared herself. However he knew he couldn't do that.

"RI, IO, RIO!" 'Its your own fault for being slow!'
"Shut it Ace!"
"Riiiiiii? Lu, io. 'Why? It's true.'
"You're always not to be rude. Which I do hope you realise it's ironic when you say it."
"RIOLU!" 'SOD OFF!'
Cinders saw that Daemon was giving out (in her mind) to Case about running on ahead, so the little Charmander jumped in between the two of them and started to threatening Daemon and even Case or Himeka if they stepped close it Case or Cinders herself. Case burned the side of his left hand as he picked up and calmed down his little fire salamander, before placing her on his shoulder.
"Sorry Dae," (congrats you got a nickname) Case apologised "you were busy looking with what whatever you wanted a pond for when I saw the top of the hill I couldn't help but run to the top of it...I look at this place everything here is beautiful it reminded of home during the Spring Festival." He said looking all around him before turning back to Daemon "Plus I sent back Sting to find yo hand show you where I was." He realised that Daemon wouldn't know Himeka and they would have seen each other as stranger "Himeka this is Daemon Chase, Daemon this is Himeka." He introduced them to each other.

Himeka laughed as Case's Pokemon piled up on top of him, those were surely cute and funny Pokemon to be with. Claudine was giggling at all the ruckus, too. "They're so cute." Himeka smiled, happy there wasn't another Pokemon like gliscor on his new friend's team, since she wasn't really fond of those types of Pokemon.

Later, she noticed someone was running in their direction, as the stranger got closer Himeka figured out he was a boy, and then, when he was at a considerably close distance, she figured out it was Daemon, who was complaining about being left behind. Himeka held back a small giggle by putting her right hand on her mouth.

Himeka's blue eyes and Daemon's black ones met, she stared at him in silence as she waited for him to say something. She opened her mouth to say something when she finally noticed the unusual blackness of Daemon's eyes. She froze for a second before holding out her hand and speaking "I'm Himeka, nice to meet you. I have seen you in TV." She smiled up at him, pretending she hadn't seen his eyes so he wouldn't feel uncomfortable.

Daemon looked at the girl who had put out her hand towards him so he would be able to take it to get up. He gave her a smile and took her hand while she helped him stand up. ''Thanks'' He said as he gave her a smile. His aron squecked happily as he ment to let out a introduction and Daemon smiled. ''Sorry to interupt I am Daemon Chase nice to meet you'' He said as e listened to what she said before. ''Huh tv, Oh that would probably my last contest, I didn't win though but aron did his best didn't you'' He said as aron held a paw up and made a happy sound. He had noticed that the girl had been staring in his black eyes earlier and was happy that she had not said anything to him.

He had a look at the cleffa that had been with her and took it that the pokemon belonged to her. ''So are you a trainer or a coordinator maybe?'' he said as he hoped she didn't mind him. Luckily she hadn't acted like all his fangirls who allways seemed to appear out of nowhere with a huge group and he hoped they wouldn't appear now though. Otherwise he hoped that Case would explain it to her.
