Looks: Felincantation looks like a Small Black Cat, with Red patterns from it's eyes down to it's neck, on either side. It has a Small Spell Tag with Red symbols which seem to glow on the end of it's tail, which always points of while it floats. It never touched the ground. It's Shiny Form has Grey Fur and Blue marks under it's eyes and on it's Spell Tag, instead of Red

Looks: Pancurse looks like a Panther, it has the same Red Marks down it's eyes as Felincantation has, only they now go all the way down it's front legs as well. It now has Two Tails, and to each one there is a small spell tag, with Red Marks on it, similar to Felincantation's. It's Shiny form has Grey Fur, and Blue marks on it's Spell tags and Under it's eyes

Ability: Bad Dreams

Type: Ghost/Dark
Rarity: None (Only obtainable by evolving Pancurse via Dusk Stone)

Looks: Tighex is a large Tiger-Like Pokemon. It has features similar to it's previous two evolutions, Such as Black Fur and Spell Tags. The Red marks now expand across it's whole body, creating a stripe effect. It has three Tails, each with a Spell tag on the end. Again, the Shiny form is Grey with Blue Marks.
Location: Only obtainable by evolving Pancurse
Ability: Bad Dreams

Is this still a work in progress? I was wondering because of Tighex's moveset. Also, you haven't given them any THs/HMs.

Actually, if you look at most pokemon that evolve via Stones, you will see that they only have moves at the Start, and do not learn ny via level up (Togekiss, The Elemental Monkey Trio, etc)

Also, if i tried to make an image, i feel like i would be insulting you XD so i'm not even going to try. It tried to describe them as best as possible though.

Also, TMs may be difficult to choose as of now, due to the list change of Gen V. I can either wait, or choose from Gen V moves now?

i made a pokemon using gen 5 tm's and it was fine

If it hasn't been requested/done yet, i can try make the normal version, im not too good to make sprites based on description i just go random, I'll try though :/

Doing this for PW, dont hesitate to tell me to or not to make the sprite ;)

Also, what I do for TM's is list its number, name, and what generation it had that name and number. Look at Smoaksteem for an example.
