Personality - Dylan being Ely's brother, is much like him in many ways. They both wreck everything in sight when enraged and have the same goal, to destroy the other commanders and become the strongest. He is a happy go lucky person, and he loves exploring, but when necassary he can become very serious and very strong.

History - Dylan was raised like most people, treated normally and played with pokemon, he got his own pokemon when he was 13 the day before his brother was arrested.He ran away from home the next day afraid he would become like his brother, so he hid on the emerald mountains, becoming stronger as he lived like a pokemon. 3 years later he had learnt that his brother had escaped from jail, and joined an evil organization. Dylan also joined, in hopes of making ely good again, and is now undercover in unova.
