Cyrus grinned as lillipup hit the wrong eevee and all the others surrounded lillipup and charged in for a tackle.

Jump Lilipup! Mercury said to her pokemon. It quickly jumped over the pokemon heading towards her, this would also cause the "clones" to collide with each other, canceling the move used by Eevee.

Cyrus quickly said " Frost retract your clones quickly ". So therefore before collision point Frost hit the ground damaging itself a little it did not deal as much damage as it would have if the clones were still there.

Lilipup was about four feet behind Eevee, so Mercury quickly said Use tackle!. Lilipup then charged at the Eevee, hoping to catch it from behind.

Frost was knocked forward and landed sliding along the dust encrusted earth.It collided with a rock and was trapped under a bunch of boulders. Cyrus said quickly via aura " Frost use double team and tackle to send those boulders flying in all directions. And if that does not work use tackle on that Lillipup while its distracted with dodging the boulders". The room went quiet for a moment but then the prison Frost was in started to move. Suddenly The boulders that were once trapping Frost were acting as his weapon. They flew in all directions hitting a whole manner of targets including the wall, other rocks and the stands which were empty nonetheless. Did the boulders hit Lillipup?

Mercury was excited that the tackle hit, and even more damage fell upon Eevee as the boulders landed on it. Good job, Lilipup! She said, Lilipup was excited as well. Mercury was happy to see how strong her Lilipup is, not to mention its speed.
Boulders were sent flying in all directions, breaks other rocks as well as putting cracks in the walls. Lilipup tried dodging a few boulders, but it wasn't fast enough and got hit with two, sending it flying backwards, landing on the earth arena, causing dust to fill the air. Lilipup slowly got up, and saw the Eevee stand there. Lilipup, use Leer. Mercury said to Lilipup. The pokemon nodded, and used Leer on Eevee.

Cyrus said " Counter with your own leer Frost". The Eevee then leered back at its opponent.

Charge at the Eevee using tackle. Mercury says to Lilipup. It then proceeded to charge at Eevee, running as fast as it can

Cyrus chuckled then said " Ok Frost jump up into the air to dodge the incoming attack then use your double team/tackle combo". Frost nodded then jumped up into the air just as Lillipup was within the distance to hit him. He then split into several copies and charged at the distracted Lillipup.

The copies and Eevee charged at Lilipup, and hit him from behind. It seems he used the same thing Lilipup used earlier. Because the Double Team move doesn't create physical clones, they do not hurt, so Lilipup was only hit by the real Eevee. The clones were gone, so Lilipup knew where the real Eevee was. It got up, struggling a bit, and charged at Eevee with a tackle.

Cyrus could see the lillipup was weakened and was struggling a bit to even stand up. Because of this Frost dodged the attack easily. Cyrus then said to Frost " Ok let's end this battle with a tackle". Frost charged at the Lillipup.

Lilipup was hit with the tackle, and fainted as it was sent backwards. Lilipup! Mercury yells. She then removed Lilipup's pokeball, and a red beam of light sucked the pokemon in. You did good. Take a good rest. Mercury says to her pokemon. I'm going to leave now. If I use Spheal now, I'll just beat your Eevee, but then we'd be stuck again like before with our pokemon being just about equal. Mercury says to the other trainer. She then leaves the arena.

Cyrus turns but just before leaving he says " Thanks for that interesting battle. I learned a lot about the hardships of being a trainer. I hope we can battle again when we are both stronger". He then left the arena.
