A new beginning [Mod needed]

Ryuji walked back to the city, returning to his home after a while away from training Tepig. The grass around them was bright green with the sun shining brightly over the city. Tepig walked next to Ryuji, on his right. He didn't like being in his pokeball, and wanted to be with Ryuji at all times. Only a few trees could be found near them, and Ryuji started to near the city.

A Patrat suddenly appeared, it seemed it was protecting it's food and thought Ryuji was after it. So now it was protecting his Territory.

Suddenly a patrat jumps into Ryuji's way, its food laid near the road as well, it seems as if it is thinking Ryuji wants to take his food. It doesn't matter though, Ryuji didn't care about the patrat, he would have to get it out of his way though. Tepig, use tackle! Ryuji quickly said to Tepig, and it immediately charged at Patrat, attempting to tackle it.

The Patrat saw a huge threat now that Ryuji had a Pokémon with him, to he charged at Tepig, only to have gotten hit by tackle. It then got back up and used Bite on Tepig.

The Patrat quickly got up, and used bite on Tepig, the attack had landed. Tepig! Use Ember! Ryuji yells, Tepig quickly bursted flames from its snout, right at Patrat at such close range.

The Patrat got hit with Ember, and was Not Happy at all. So then it retaliated with yet another bite.

Tepig dodge! Ryuji said. Tepig jumped to his right quickly, and dodged the attack. Good! Now use sunny day. Ryuji said, and Tepig used sunny day to enhance his ember attacks.

The Patrat was confused at what Tepig was trying to do, so he ignored the Sunny Day and went to Tackle Tepig

The Patrat used tackle, so Tepig had to act quickly. Use ember! Said Ryuji. Tepig blew fire from his snout, but he stood still and would be hit with the tackle, that is of course if the Patrat doesn't dodge the ember.

With Patrat's Attack doubled by Sunny Day, Patrat took twice the damage, and was not happy. So it attempted to use another Tackle Attack on Tepig.

The ember had hit the Patrat, but it still wouldn't go down even with Sunny Day. It started impressing Ryuji, so he might even catch the pokemon. Patrat then tackled Tepig, and it connected. Tepig got up slowly, showing the battle's result already. Tepig, use ember one more time! Ryuji said and Tepig started blowing fire from its snout at the Patrat.

Patrats dodged Tepig's ember, and used Leer on Tepig.

Tepig's defense fell as the Patrat used Leer on Tepig. Tepig use Tail Whip. Ryuji said. Tepig then used Tail Whip at an attempt to lower the Patrat's defense as well

Patrats defense fell, but it then ran up to Tepig to Bite it.

Tepig, use tackle! Ryuji said as he wanted both pokemon to clash. Tepig charged at Patrat, while Patrat was on its way to bite Tepig.

Patrat was on it's last thread from being knocked away with Tackle. Then it started to use bide, and was storing energy.

(What level is the Patrat? I don't know how long I can keep Tepig awake since I don't know Patrat's strength.. Sorry if I've been keeping him awake if he should have fainted)
The tackle connected and Ryuji got excited as the Patrat seemed weakened. Ryuji decided to try and catch the Patrat now, so he threw his Pokeball at the Patrat and waited to see what would happen.

Ryuji's aim was bad, the pokeball flew past Patrat. Tepig was also hurt, so Ryuji decided to go. The Patrat used too much time, Ryuji doesn't like Patrat anyway, even if this one seemed strong, nothing could compare to his Tepig, at least not to him.
