Personality: Normally Cobalt is quite shy and Dosen't often speak to strangers. He does however become something completely different In battle and is far Louder and Active. Despite being Shy he does enjoy the Company of others, depending if he trusts them or not. Even so, he's still the quiet one of the group
History: Cobalt grew up in a Villa in the Kanto Region with his Parents. He lived a priviledged lifestyle and was home schooled. He had no Brothers or Sisters so he had no-one to play with and was often very bored. one day he found an injured Turtwig. He took it in and Cared for it. When it was fully healed it wouldn't leave and stayed with Cobalt to play with him. When he came to 14 years of Age he officially caught it and began on his journey
