Personality: Topaz is very friendly and enjoys helping others. She has a habit of listening in on conversations however. She is also very Fun loving and often gets herself into danger because of it
History: Topaz is the younger sister of Cobalt. Cobalt left before her while she continued to study medicine. After a while she was given a chance to go to Vermillion City and watch the Nurse Joy there work. Ironically she arrived just bbefore Cobalt did and has yet to find out. Before she left her Parents allowed her to take Smeargle, Nicknamed Smear, with her for protection and when she arrived in Vermillion City, Nurse Joy gave her a Happiny to raise as her own. She is currently working in the Pokémon Center, with no knowledge of Cobalt being in the City
