Battle Style: As laid-back as Percy usually is, you would expect the same in battle. That is why Percy won his first battle; His all-out, high speed offensive was so suprising. his friend had no answer for it. In fact, Presto is so fast, he and Percy have yet to lose a battle. Percy's abilities rarely come into use in battle, unless he's trying to get a better view.

Looks: His straight blonde hair is usually messy, as though it's been blown around by the wind - probably because it has been. He typically wears collared shirts and shorts when he's lounging around or in the city, but his traveling clothes consist of jeans and plain t-shirts in various pastel colors. He wears the white half of a Yin-yang locket around his neck, and a shell bracelet on his right arm, reminding him of his summertime girlfriend in the Orange Islands. His blue eyes have been called piercing by a number of people, in every connotation imaginable. Whether he's in the midst of battle, or asking you to dinner, his eyes will melt you like butter.

Personality: Easygoing in general, you'd be hard-pressed to actually make him angry; having parents who ignore you completely will desensitize you to petty things. When it comes to girls, he's never stayed with a girlfriend for more than a week. His close friends say it's because he still loves his summertime girlfriend, Selene, from the Orange Islands, but no one's really sure, though, because Percy doesn't let anyone in close enough to find out. He's friendly to everyone, but he's restless, and never stays in one place for too long - even at a young age, he would explore all around their home, around the beaches, and eventually, wherever his parents sent him for "more education".

History: His parents were both successful by the time his mother became pregnant; his father simply considered him an heir to be taught, not a son to be raised. Over the years, the only way his parents acknowledged him was through his various tutors. Music lessons for 10 years means he can play nearly any instrument with relative ease and a decent sound, although piano, guitar, and flute are the ones he's best at. His abilities were hidden from even his parents, and he slowly trained them until he could create small dust devils, and eventually a powerful breeze. He's even working on gliding through the air, although at this point he's just sliding across the ground, as if he's snowboarding or the like. His mother being a fashion designer, he learned how to dress "appropriately" at an early age, which his father approved of. "A man who looks good is a man who has a presense. A man with a presense is a man who gets people to look up to him. A man who gets people to look up to him is a man who gets things done. And you, Percival, will get things done. Just as I have." The only real praise his father ever gave him, he recieved it just after asking for his first pokemon: a Yanma. An uncommon pokemon, Percy had hoped to draw his parents' attention with his request, and even perhaps be scolded; by this point, "Even bad press is good press" was applying to his desperate attempts to make his parents notice him. About a week later, a courier handed him the pokeball containing his Yanma, with the accompanying praise from his father on a hand-written note, which was on his father's usual card: a stark white card with a bluish breeze depicted beneath the text. It seemed coincedental that Percy could control wind and that his father used wind as a theme for his buisness's decor, but he thought his father would have shown these abilities, or at least warned Percy of their existence in the family. With no grandparents on his father' side to talk to about it, he was forced to assume that either his father wanted him to learn to control these powers on his own, as yet another "test", or that Percy's father was in denial about his own capabilities, and refused to believe he could pass them on.

Yanma's bubbly personality energized Percy's dejected state, and prompted his trip to the Orange Islands for the study of Pokemon care. He stayed for three months, and was happier than he'd ever been; it's not hard to guess why. He stayed at the Lab during the nights, but the daytime was spent playing with Yanma and the other pokemon, and hanging out at the beach with the locals, where he met Selene. They were inseperable within a week, and while by no means was Selene his first girlfriend, she was definetly the first to really mean something to him. He even told her about his abilities, and admitted he has no idea where they come from; she made it clear that she didn't care what he could do, that she would love him nonetheless. When the time came to leave, they promised it wouldn't be forever, and she gave him a shell bracelet to remember her by. He's never forgotten her, wearing the bracelet even in his sleep, and plans to return to her before he becomes a Gym Leader somewhere. This of course, was also a ploy to draw his parents' attention; how could you ignore a child who won gym badges and eventually became a Gym Leader? His journey from the family home in Lilycove to Lavaridge was more or less painless, even catching Puff (a Koffing) on the Fiery Path, but he's working his way down to Petalburg, where he's been told most trainers start their Gym circuit.

Personality: Presto is very excited, all of the time. Percy actually nicknamed him during one of his music lessons, when Yanma was actually chomping his jaw at the same tempo Percy was playing as he flew around the room. Presto can't stand his pokeball, so he usually just buzzes around Percy at around eye-level.
