Percy has great displeasure of the region so she never sees her. her mother visits often so percy is left alone.When she was 7 she ran in to a furious ekans who lunge at her making her fall in to the lake and get bitten by a angry spinark because she had stepped on its nest. Percy hates all bug pokemon now.

Let's see, this is your first character so you're only allowed one pokemon at max lvl. 12 to start with.

Looks section needs to be at least 2 paragraphs (around 8 sentences) if only describing.

I'd suggest to add more onto personality as well, however technically it's a paragraph...

No one ever checked this. Again, I'm not a mod but it bothers me when things get unchecked.
You need to change the level to 12.

Vulpix is all wrong, its moves should be Ember, Roar, Tail Whip, and Quick Attack. It isn't a starter Pokemon, so your history has to explain how you got it. Also, I'm not even going to try to explain everything wrong with the EXP, just set it to 0.

Also thought I'd add you can't be related to canon characters.
