Battle Style: Analystic/Defensive. He likes to analyze his opponent and basically counter the opponents battle style.

Looks: Aegis has medium length blue hair that is always slightly messy and bushy at times, just slightly. His eyes are what differentiates him at times as they slant downwards giving him this sort of sad or slightly uneasy, and maybe even bored look if he is not smiling. They are a shade of a dark magenta. His other features dont stick out much. Medium sized nose and a mouth which dimples when smiling.

His attire is of a sleeveless gray shirt and short black pants. His shirt has a big picture of a blue and white pokeball on his back that only goes halfway. Meaning it shows a pokeball that would be on its side thus showing both colors and stop until the middle of the release trigger of the pokeball. His pants have a similar pokeball image on each pocket including the back ones. He has on black and blue sneakers on his feet.

Personality: Aegis is a very prideful type of trainer. He holds his image high and protects it just as much. He is also very friendly and can often find himself worrying about a loved ones safety before his own. A calm yet aggressive nature is what influenced his battle style.

Growing up in pewter city was like having a nation as a family. He loves them to death, but Aegis is one to appreciate the joys of privacy so he tends to look for a camp where he wont be bothered when adventuring. Though he doesnt mind a good company here and there he doesnt crave it at all. Just give him the company of his Pokemon and he is ok.

History: Aegis grew up in the town of Pewter City. He grew up practically living within the pewter city gym. He found himself spending constant hours adventuring through the hallways and looking for any of the gym staff who might be in battle at the moment. But his most favorite moments is when the gym leader was challenged to a battle by a trainer. Aegis loved how controlling and powerful the leader was, let alone his pokemon. Once he laid sight of these battles it was decided like a newborn given a name. The gym leader was an important role in the lives of a trainer and he wanted to play that role.

Looks good, a few points. Rain Dish is Squirtle's hidden ability so you can't have it, sorry. Also the personality needs to be a bit longer. Besides from that thuogh it looks good ^_^

Kitty, we do allow hidden abilities so long as they don't try to have more than one ability at a time. I would prefer less Gym Leader interaction in your history though. The Gym Leader is still Brock, and there have been no signs of him having a "son" to speak of. It's fine to say you hung out there as a kid, maybe even watched the battles from the bleachers but we like to limit relations to the canon world.
