Personality:Sam is a kind hearted person who always helps those he trusts and are in need.
He may look weak but his role in the pokemon SS is largely trusted as he is one of the top field agents.
The problem is he hates it when criminals get away untouched.
He like to chat quite often and if he isn't chatting he's listening to his music.

History: Sam was born in dewford city and raised by his father.
At the age of 11 he was sent to a training facility in unova and was sent a training assignment to infltrait team plasma's base which he succeeded in doing with flying colors.
He then decided to take his final test become a companion of a villian and
His luck was so great that he brought the villain to the ss who signed him up.

Pokemon's History

Zoroark:
Sam Found his Zoroark when it was a young zorua at level 15.
Zorua was given to Sam on his tenth birthday on the day he set off to travel.
He evolved when they arrived in Littleroot town.
Zoroark is such a high level due to the training at Pokemon SS

Gyrados
Gyrados was found in a lake at level 40 catching Gyrados was one of Sam's hardest captures'
Sam decided to take him  to a move tutor to learn draco meteor.
Gyrados perfected the move after a week of learning.
Gyrados is so powerful due to hight traing in the SS.

Bisharp
Bisharp was alongside with lucario one of the pokemon Sam was given to do stealth field missions.
Bisharp was given to Sam at level 50.
Bisharp always checks twice which saved Sam's life due to a laser tripwire which could have summoned a dozen of plasma grunts.
Bisharp is a high level due to being given to Sam trained and ready to help.

Lucario
Lucario  was alongside with Bisharp one of the pokemon Sam was given to do stealth field missions.
Lucario like Bisharp was given to Sam at level 50 Lucario though created a mental connection with gregor in minutes.
Lucario is probaly the pokemon which helped most at getting Sam through training .
Sam was given Lucario trained already.

Infernape
Infernape was a poor hungry pokemon which Sam found during the final days of his Pokemon SS.
Infernape was found at level  55.
Infernape when found was surrounded by burning oil which could explode any second.
Infernape is such a high level already due to being trained but then abandoned.

I'm sorry but already having badges is not allowed, and you must put all the moves he nows not + known moves at the right level. Also having 5 high level pokemon with the age of 13? But even so you must put in history how you gained them.

Recommended Fixes:
1] Space after "Looks" so picture is on separate line aligned to the left
2] Space after "Personality" and "History" so the paragraphs are on separate lines and better to read
3] Under Zoroark, add "[b]" so "EXP" will be bold
4] Under Gyarados, fix name to "Gyrados"
5] Under Bisharp, add colon after "Type" and a space with spacebar
6] Under Lucario, add colon after "Type" and a space with spacebar
7] Remove red text at bottom, as it was only a reminder
8] Merge all of your pokemons' histories into the character history so that it will be longer and show where you got every pokemon at, and why they are high levels

Alright, you're getting better at improving the app, but you need to check at the types for your pokemon. There are still colons missing and spaces inbetween words in these spots. Also, like Mystogan said, you need to remove that the character currently has badges.

I think this is okay now. I'd say it's approved, but if Fang or Lucretia see otherwise, please listen to them.
