She isn't  right from the start and through her undercover work she aims to become more known in legends in regions as she is already so familiar with the legend of mew.
History:Bella was raised by her father a undercover policeman working for cerluean city and her mother a house wife.
Bella preferred to spend time with her father and his aracanine catching thieves and crooks.
At the age of 12 she was trained by her mother to become a aura trainer where she  met her first pokemon in the wild riolu she managed to catch it after bonding with it mentally therefore it not needing a pokeball.
