Some suggestion

I've suggested these to the staff beforehand when no one chose to listen.

A section of the forum dedicated to old topics. Archived. Of course the staff section does have something simlar, but people can send old apps that aren't used there. It would certainly help clean up the forum.

As for what else I said it rests in the staff ection so I can't reference.

Staff is already discussing ways to clean up, including possible archive sections.
