Jamel Dente~ Lost Friend [3]

After healing his pokemon, Jamel was confused about where he was. He decided that he would ask his traveling partner. He turned toward her, and asked "Can you tell us where we are? I forgot."

"Cerulean of course, were actually pretty close at reaching where we need to be. Although it might be a good idea to do a bit of training, the Pokemon around here are a lot stronger than the ones we've seen. Maybe I'll train Cleffa too," Megan replied enthusiastically, hugging her Cleffa affectionately.

"Alrigth then, let's find a place to train," Jamel said, looking for a good area to train. Once he spotted the perfect spot, he grabbed Megan's hand, and they sped off to the area Jamel had seen.

((Next time I forget to post for so long, just harass me in the CB until I do, I give you permission ^^))

"Awesome!" Megan said, gripping Jamel's hand while holding Cleffa in the other. Once they reached the location, Megan set Cleffa down and faced Jamel. "Cleffa is level seven now, we've been training while you sleep, so you'd better watch out!" She awaited Jamel's choice of Pokemon.

((I don't harrass people to post. I can wait as long as you need to post again. I'm in no rush, after all ^^))

"Well, it seems that your pokemon is stronger than mine, so what are we going to do about that," Jamel questioned, thinking about which one to send out. I could send out Growlithe or Spearow first, but they would be beaten too easily... I guess my only choice is Bagon. Jamel took a pokeball out of his bag, and looked at Megan. "Well, you leave me with no choice but to use the strongest pokemon I have, which was my starter, Fyre." He let Fyre out of his pokeball, and it seemed as though the bagon was already prepared for a fight.

"Awesome!" Megan said, then she pointed at Fyre. "Cleffa, use Sing!" Cleffa let out some happy, almost hypnotic sounds that were very much like singing; these notes were notorious for causing a great feeling of sleepiness into the minds of Pokemon, and this was just what Cleffa and Megan were hoping to accomplish.

Fyre listened to the singing of the cleffa, and he became sleepy. Instantly he passed out, sleeping whilst standing. "Fyre, Fyre," Jamel called out, knowing the pokemon was asleep. It would probably be an attack or two before he woke up.

"There's nothing much I can do while Fyre is asleep other than pound him!" Megan laughed enthusiastically. "Cleffa, keep pounding him until he wakes up!"

The small pink Pokemon complied, running up to the sleeping Bagon and hitting his with her small fists.

Jamel simply facepalmed, even though he was getting a small laugh at the cleffa punching his pokemon to consciousness. Once the bagon woke up, it jumped back. "Good, you're finally awake. Bite that cleffa," he said, pointing to the pokemon that was just poking and punching at it a second ago. Fyre complied, immediately going to bite the opposing pokemon.

"Poor Cleffa," Megan said as she watched her Pokemon get bit by Fyre and fall down from the force.

"We're going to make sure that doesn't happen again buddy," Megan said determinedly, "Cleffa, use Charm!" Cleffa once again complied, attempting to lower Fyre's attack by charming him.

Fyre, a little furious from being knocked out and hit just moments ago, wasn't about to fall for the cleffa's charm. Instead, it screeched at it, and went for another bite without Jamel telling it to do so.

Cleffa, lacking any battle experience whatsoever, didn't even think of dodging. She allowed Fyre to easily bite her, and she fell to the ground once more. She had taken a lot of damage, and it looked as if she would faint within the next attack.

"Oh, no..." Megan said, "Cleffa, use Pound and give it your all!"

Jamel knew that this was it, and so did Fyre. That pokemon did not wanna go out unless it went with a bang, so it immediately started another bite attack. If it was gonna faint, it was gonna take the cleffa with it.

As Cleffa rushed toward Fyre, and Fyre rushed toward Cleffa, they collided. Cleffa punched out as hard as she could with her little arms, and felt Fyre's teeth damage her. After her attack was executed, the damage from Bagon's attack proved too much, and she fainted. Megan watched to see what would happen to Fyre.

Fyre collapsed from exhaustion as well, apparently having done what he wanted. Fyre returned his pokemon to his pokeball, and laughed slightly. "Well, that was certainly worth watching, eh Megan?"

((I'll give Fyre the 7exp. because Cleffa fainted before he did))

"It certainly was, I learned a lot!" Megan replied. "And lucky for us, Vermilion is the next town, and our ticket to Unova!"

Jamel smiled slightly. He was close to seeing his long lost sibling again, and it was exciting. He was anxious, and could not wait. He wondered all sorts of stuff. Was Fyre like him? Did he like the same things? Would there be anything about him that screamed out that the two were in the same family? It was hard to tell, but this all motivated Jamel even more to continue his search.

He waited for Megan to grab her unconscious cleffa. He then proceeded to walking toward vermillion, so they could catch a boat/ pathway to the Unova region...

Megan ran over and grabbed her Cleffa, hugging its unconscious body close to her. She followed Jamel on the path to Vermilion. Excitement surged through her as she thought of going to a new, unfamiliar region, and she seemed just as excited about going to Unova as Jamel was.
