History: Madge was born in Goldenrod City, and she grew up in a rich house. She would watch trainers go by all the time as a youngster, and dreamed of becoming a trainer herself. For a short period of time she studied at the Trainer School, then decided she didn't like school at all. She quit and went out on her own at the age of 13 and a half, bringing nothing with her except for her pet Sentret, bag, and $1,000.
