Personality: A bit on the uptight side, she's very muchly used to getting her way with things. Out of the three Castagnier's, Jessa is the oldest and most mature, and has been out the most. She has already met her love, but often finds herself traveling around with Growlie, excitement calls her.
History: Jessabelle is the oldest of the three Castagniers from Kanto. She has had Growlie for as long as she could remember, and wouldn't go anywhere without her. She traveled aound, getting two badges from Kanto before relaxing and watching after her youngest sibling.
