Training and the first Gym

Gin walks into violet city with Stella right behind him. "Ok, this is the first gym," Gin says to Stella, "I think we should catch some more pokemon for our team if we are going to beat this gym." Gin then proceeds to walk into the Pokemart to buy some supplies.

After getting the supplies they leave the city and and begin to train. Gin walks off of the path and into the tall grass and run into a _____...

The wild Eevee attempted to surprise Stella and her trainer with a sudden Tackle!

Stella was hit by the wild eevee's tackle. "You alright Stella?!" Gin asks as he sees the hit. Stella nods. "OK, let's do this! Stella use Hypnosis!" Stella moved her head using her antlers trying to put the eevee to sleep.

Eevee was unfamiliar with this move. It was feeling tired by the move, but resisted it! Eevee realized that he was about to fall asleep, when he yawned but without giving up, he charged with a weak tackle!

Stella easily dashed to the left and evaded the tackle. "Stella! Quick, use tackle!" Gin ordered. Stella quickly turned to face the eevee and rushed right at it, intending to tackle it.

Eevee was hit and he stumbled back, hurt. "Ee-veeee!!" He cried, and fell to the ground, not fainted, but tired and hurt badly. The cry echoed into the forest, and a flock of Pidgey flew away, scared.

Seeing that the eevee was hurt and tired, Gin got out a pokeball. "Alright Stella, I'll take it from here." said Gin."I hope this works!" He threw the pokeball at the eevee hoping to catch it.

Eevee spun as he slid and dodged the pokeball. Eevee was proud of this move, unaware where the pokeball had hit, Eevee taunted, and danced. Unfortunately for Eevee, the pokeball had hit a curved rock. The pokeball bounced back and hit the distracted-by-pride Eevee. The pokeball clicked twice, and caught Eevee!

Congratulations! You just caught your very first pokemon!
For choosing a pokemon such as a stantler as your starter pokemon, I will reward you for bravery with a special Eevee!

Gin saw the eevee dodge the pokeball, "Shoot, we almo..." he was cut short by the pokeball bouncing off a rock and and catching the eevee. "Yeah! Stella good job! We caught an eevee." Gin went to pick up the pokeball when he noticed the rock that the pokeball had hit. "Hey, I don't think that's a rock." Gin said and upon closer examination he realized that it was an egg! "Stella, it looks like we might just have a third member in our party pretty soon." With the pokeball in his pack and his new-found egg in his arms Gin climbed up onto Stella and headed back towards Violet City to heal up his pokemon.

Upon arriving at Violet City, Gin made his way right for the pokemon center. He gave his pokeball containing eevee to the nurse at the counter and Stella went into the back room to be treated. Holding his egg, Gin waited for his pokemon to be healed.

After they had been healed, Gin made his way back outside of the city and looked for some pokemon to train his new eevee. After walking in the grass for a while, Gin runs into a ______.

Gin sees a rattata moving in the grass, "Eevee! Show me what cha' got!" Gin throws eevee's pokeball at the ground and eevee is transported out of it. Eevee then stretches his neck a bit and stares at the wild Rattata moving in the grass.

"Alright Eevee! Use Tackle!" Eevee nodded and rushed at the wild Rattata.

(OOC: Sorry I havent been on, classes started this week along with my new job so I've been a it busy but I'll try to get on more starting this week.)

Rattata was hit and it backed away, hurt, "Rat-rat-rattata!!!" It charged at Eevee with its own tackle! It hopped from rock to rock while doing it, and attempted to strike it from a mid air tackle.
