Personality: Andrew prefers to be called Steel, though, he doesn't dislike his real name, of which he will be happy enough to answer by. Steel will seem pretty Mean about everything. But, when it comes to battling or training with his pokémon, he almost becomes a real jerk because of his past. He pushes his pokémon to the limit to try and make them better themselves. Steel is always up to meeting new people, but when he meets someone new they better watch out because of his bond with Neo-Team Flare. He's usually confident around anyone, and is even more confident in his battling capabilities. Steel is a pretty sore loser, but, he doesn't like to show it. He usually becomes quiet and a little snappy after he loses a battle, or even some sort of bet. He has a catchphrase that goes "Better watch out because it's my job to Steel your Pokemon's heart.
History: Andrew has had a very rough childhood. He had a neighborhood kid who was about 5 years older than he was attack him constantly. This neighborhood kid abused him using the Pokemon's abilities. Andrew has been burned, poisoned, paralyzed for a certain amount of time and he has just been bruised up. This child had a high level Magmar, a high level Weezing and a high level Raichu. He always had a best friend though, like normal kids, He had his partners Umbreon and Espeon. For his birthday a couple of years ago Andrew got a Eevee again and has been trying to decide how he wants his Eevee to be. His father passed away some time now so he doesn't have to worry about anything anymore. He stumbled on Umbreon and Espeon  in a forest while it was raining. They ended up keeping each other warm for hours and became really close to Andrew. Andrew was given 3 Pokeballs by some stranger and they were empty. Umbreon and Espeon let Andrew capture them. A couple of weeks later, while he was homeless, he stumbled upon this group of people who took him in and he ended up living there, in the Neo-Team Flare headquarters as a member of Neo-Team Flare now at the age of 26.
