The wild Pokemon looked determined to win a battle and get stronger. Yvonne took one look and said, "Aww!"

(after sentret's wild battle ill leave to Littleroot town)
"Wow. Just my luck!"
The scratch attack didnt do much to Ledi, but he dropped Surskit's pokeball, sending her out.
Surskit didnt want to follow commands, especially since it's only battle was catching Buneary.
Surskit used Scald!

(Why Littleroot? Littleroot has no gyms XD)

The Sentret merely hopped aside using its enormous tail. It then charged at Surskit to use a Tail Whip attack.

"Time for a powerful move! Use Hidden Power!(hidden power is Electric)"

The Sentret didn't expect this and was blown back from the force of the Hidden Power. The Pokemon seemed weaker from this, but still held on and fought back with Fury Swipes.

(I wanted to go to the Petalburg woods to get Wurmple)
"Surskit! Use Bubble to slow Sentret down!"

(Then we just cut through Petalburg XD)
The Sentret immediately began to slow down and panic. It tried to attack more quickly, but was unable to. Knowing that it would lose, it turned tail and began to try running.

"Ok, Now I've got this."
An Ultra Ball went flying at Sentret, hitting it while running.

The UltraBall didn't even rock. It was much too strong for the Sentret to break free. It made a satisfying click and flew back to Ledi's hand.
Congratulations! You caught a Sentret!

Ledi decided to take Yvonne and himself to Petalburg mainly of 1 reason: He could see a Wurmple, which was his 2nd favorite pokemon.

"Yvonne, Do you want to come to Petalburg city with me in the journey?"

(kk. I'm gonna have Yvonne get a Mudkip from Professor Birch afterwards, then.)

Yvonne nodded, having hoped to go somewhere fun.
"I heard that Petalburg Woods was a fun place for a camp!"

Alas, The sailor and Peeko the Wingull took Yvvonne to Petalburg, as the journey continues.
