A Pokemon City

A city where people don't go on journeying instead they just stay in the city living with their pokemon and there's everything a normal city has except not one of those hustling and bustling cities pretty much those who don't wish to do much battling (though there will be some) and just want to live normally as a trainer with their pokemon may here.

Jack woke up and went downstairs as he owned his own house being a prodigy at a few things like guitar and Pokemon Studies and therefore earns enough to get the house he then went into the kitchen flicked on the kettle and popped in some toast preparing a cup for his Coffee he then picked up a book and went to the lounge reading it till he heard the noise put it down resting on the crease and went over to the kitchen sorting out his Coffee and soon after his Toast aswell. Jack then sat at the table and finished his breakfast throwing on a brown designer jacket, putting on his Tooth Amulet and putting his keys in his pocket with his phone, after finishing the washing up which he remember and putting it all away he headed out of the door locking it behind him. Jack then went over to his car which was a Red Chevrolet Camaro which had a black stripe down the middle he then climbed in and started the ignition putting on his seat belt and pulling off his driveway continuing by driving down the road at a sensible speed to the University stopping twice at traffic lights. When he reached there he got parked up in his personal parking space removed his seat belt got out and locked the doors with the electronic keys leaving the car and walking over entering the University. Jack then walked down the corridor to the Pokemon Evolutionary Studies Seminar taking a seat at the front, putting his books on the table desk and taking out a black ballpoint pen ready for the lesson listening to Professor. Blitzen who was one of his favorite Professors at this University.

Jeff is a slightly scrawny kid, and slightly small, but he still has a fighting spirit. As Jeff normally wears black jeans and a white tank, on chilly days he'll dress for the occasion, like wear sweat pants and a black sweater, and even a heavier jacket for really cold days. Jeff's retina is green and his hair color is black and goes down to his ears.

Personality: Although being adopted, being home schooled, and being in a two person family, Jeff is a very joyous kid, he has kids make fun of for not being taught 'properly' but he enjoys his days. Jeff loves his pokemon, he treat them respectively like they are his only friends, which... they are, but also treats his fathers mightyena as his own as well. Last bit isn't his personality, but his fathers, adopted father but father either way, so anyways, Bob is a town person, when someone new moves in, he is the first to invite them, he attends party of anyone in town that would him an invite, and people usually do! Jeff walked outside of his home, ffinishing his mourning subject and decide to take a small break until his home school teacher gets ready for his next subject. Jeff watched as Cloud Storm, his Swablu, jumped out his window and flew down to him, he sat outside to enjoy some fresh air, petting Cloud Storm. Soon, he was called back inside, "Time for Pokemon history" he said and went back inside
(You also don't mind that if my next post, I can pick a season and a hint on location of town, like say "even on this wintery season, its still quite hot to the south here"?)

(To Banette: The character is fine and the Alestaria Region is East of the Hoenn Region. Pokeparanthia City is like Lumiose City (Not in appearance) in the way that it is centralized in the region)

Jack listened contentedly as, Professor Blitzen spoke on the day's subject Trade Evolutionary Pokemon and the fact that new horizons bordered between trainers and the emotions of new beginnings can bring about an evolution unlike any other and in some ways superior to regular evolutions referring to Alakazam, Machamp and a few others. Jack wrote all of these down in his books and made sure to put every word that Professor Blitzen spoke so, that he could go over the notes that night to ensure he had the full knowledge on the subject for any upcoming tests. Once the lesson was over Jack got up and make his way towards Professor Blitzen putting his book in his bag as, he done so and placing his black ballpoint pen in his chest pocket with the lid on of course. He then said to Professor Blitzen
"Another scintillating lecture Professor I found the piece on the bonds uniting pokemon and people especially interesting"
Professor Blitzen nodding and smiling as, he replied
"Why can't more students be like you, Enthusiastic, Eager... Intelligent"
they then shared a laugh as, none of the other students heard when leaving. Jack then said
"Well, then I had better be off don't wanna be late for work and I gotta grab a bite to eat on the way"
Professor Blitzen saying
"Ok then, well I shall see you tomorrow when we speak on Evolution through the use of Evolutionary Stones"
Jack eagerly replying with
"I look forwards to it"
before, turning and leaving. Once outside he made his way back to the car park and to his car which was just as, he left it. He unlocked it swung his bag into the passengers seat and shut the door behind him. After clipping his seat belt in he started the ignition and changed gears reversing out before, changing again and driving off towards his place of work Pokeparanthia Aquarium; he was a part-time marine biologist there well, intern but, he was included on many of the great discoveries and wasn't exactly treated like an intern but, more like one of the team anyway, Jack continued down the road in his car the window rolled down and looking for a place with a quick drive-through to grab a bite to eat on his way to work preferably a place which would get him a coffee too whilst, he was at it.

Jeff ran outside followed by his Swablu, "Ready to relax? I heard of a nearby area that serves pokefood and human food, lets see what to snack on" Jeff said "Swablu!" commented Cloud Storm. He ran down the sidewalk until he came across a cafe "Food time!" Jeff checked his pockets, "Good, I didn't lose it this time" He walked in and order food for everyone of his pokemon, lets them out, then they eat at an empty table.

(Approved Silver Shine - Nice Trainer App)

Unfortunately all the drive-thru's in the city were busy as, ever so, instead he remembered a place down the road from his home that he could go to and also, it was on the way to the Aquarium too which was convenient. Jack soon arrived at the cafe and parked up in a bay next to it, rollling up the window, taking the key out he got out, shut the door and locked the car knowing he could leave his bag in the car no trouble. Jack then walked into the cafe passing Jeff and his pokemon and straight up to the counter saying
"Hey there can I have a.. ham and cheese sub sandwich to go and a large latte"
the waitress nodded and went to make his food whilst calling to another worker to make his latte in a take away cup. Jack meanwhile got the money ready calculating that it was $3.58 he then placed it on the counter and leaned on the counter whilst, waiting.

(I am English I just realise that the majority probably aren't hence the Dollars sign instead the more familiar to me pound sign)

Jeff quickly checked his pockets "alright, everyone done?" Each of his pokemon nodded "alright, let me go pay then we can leave" he walked up to the counter, looked at the price total, and put the amount of money needed on the counter, then left the cafe and ran home, he really had nothing else to do

Jack watched the boy leave having paid and smiled to have seen how well he had been raising his pokemon especially the Haunter who was one of the pokemon he'd been learning about remembering Jeff had to trade him to someone for Haunter to evolve. At that moment the waitress returned to the counter and said
"Here you go sir"
Jack replying
"Thanks that's $3.58 exactly right"
The waitress nodding as, Jack handed her the money. He then picked up his sub and his latte and turned leaving the cafe; once outside he unlocked his door and climbed in belting up and starting the engine as, he placed his drink in a special deep cup holder which prevents spillages and took off in the direction of the Aquarium eating his sub on the way whilst driving and listening to a CD he made consisting of his favourite songs of all time.

Jeff walked back outside and seen a pass by, so he waves at the driver. Jeff looks both ways then crosses the street "ok... uh... Trinity, where should we go?" Jeff asked his Dodrio, and he pointed to a direction "what's a more relaxing area, than a museum! Lets learn more about our history you guys, come on!" The group ran to the musem

Jack soon reached the Aquarium his Sub finished and his Latte in his hand when he climbed out of the car slinging his bag over his shoulder and locking the door behind him. When he reached the door he took his employee card from his pocket with his pen in it and walked in admission free, soon getting to the employee only area with access to the tanks scanning his card through the door opened and he went in. Jack called to the others
"Hey everyone i'm here don't worry now what do you need me to do"
the leader of the research team went to Jack and said
"Right, today we need you to go and study the Mantyke and Mantine in tank 12A we need to learn all about them, the size of their fins, their heights, how many are in there, which ones have bonds, who is able to glide the best and whether any of them are ill or pregnant"
Jack nodded
"I'm on it Casey"
he replied leaving the room and heading into a corridor with many different tanks on either side and stairs leading up to each tank. Jack soon got to tank 12A, putting on the diving suit next to the tank and climbing the stairs before diving into the tank and setting to work finding out the necessary information waving to the Aquarium's many visitors as he worked.

Jeff looked at all of the ancient items on display, reading about each thing, he decided to write them down. "Interesting..." he says as he studies everything

Jeff finishes studying around and walks outside, he notices a moving van going by "someones moving" Jeff said "out or in, still gotta live I always say" and returned all his pokemon but Cloud Storm and Mare. He walks back home and goes inside

After a few hours Jack finished his work recording the information required on the Mantyke and Mantine; then climbing from the tank and getting the wet suit off as, he changed into his own clothes. Jack then returned to the main room and handed in a file containing all of the information he had gathered to Casey who slotted it in on Jack's work file consisting of all the research Jack had done on the many marine pokemon in the Aquarium. Once he had completed the necessary hours he clocked out and left the Aquarium throwing his bag over his shoulder.

Outside he also spotted the moving van pass and smiled as, he said to himself
"Looks like we're getting a new neighbor, now I wonder what they'll be like"
he then proceeded to get into his car start the engine, buckle up and take off down the road to his home at number 23 Pokemoneta Lane pulling his Chevrolet Camaro onto the drive and parking up as, he got out of the car and headed for his front door bag and keys in hand. He then noticed the moving van down the road pulling onto the drive of another house, Jack pondered whether or not to go and introduce himself but, ended up deciding he didn't want to impose himself on them instead entering his home and throwing his bag on the couch as, he prepared to make himself dinner of Sirloin Steak, New Potatoes and Peas which was his favourite meal as, a reward for his hard work in the day. To relax he let his pokemon out of their pokeballs majority swimming around in the house's many tanks whilst he made dinner for them all as well; his Buizel being particularly interested in watching Jack cook.

Jeff sat inside his house "hey, father, do you know if someone is moving out? Or if anyone is moving in?" He asked "yes, someone new is moving in actually, should I make something nice like hamburgers, or a nice salad?" Bob asked "try actually asking them, they know more than I do" "your right, are you gonna be staying or are you going back to seeing the city?" "I think I'll stay and, Bob, can I have a salad? A nice juicy chicken salad?" "Sure thing son" after the conversation, bob made Jeff a salad

"Eve? Eve." Eve was shaken awake by her mother. She straightened up with an aching pain in her neck and back. Figures. She had leaned over the dashboard and fallen asleep. "Are we there yet?" She mumbled sleepily. The journey had been exhausting. "Yep. Let's go in." Eve stepped out and faced an immediate row of houses. Stepping in, she took a moment to admire the little house, before probing further to see her own room, one that was promised to her when they were in their last house.

"Hey, dad, how would you feel if I took Yena for a walk? Tomorrow I mean of course, cause I'm hitting the bed early today" he sad as he rinses off his plate "I would be ok with that" his father said, and Jeff walked to his room.

After an hour and a half the food was ready and everyone sat down at a large oak table with 10 chairs at least the Jack and the pokemon who could walk out of water basically everyone except for Gorebyss who had her food given to her in her tank next to the table in the kitchen/diner. Jack laid the table with the food before saying to his pokemon
"Bon appetit"
then, starting to eat his food; savoring every bite as, did his pokemon.

It wasn't long before Eve found her room. Her bubbly Pichu, Bubbles, bounded in. Scampering up her, she settled contentedly on Eve's head, triggering giggles from Eve. The furniture had traveled before them, and everything had been set out. She hovered over to her bed, and sitting down, sinking into the warm softness of the sheets she cast a good long look over her room. Her mother stepped in then. "Admiring your room?" She asked with a raised eyebrow and a smile.

Just then her father came in, leaning against the door. "So, like the new house." "Yes to both~" Eve chimed.
