The 7th gym

Doragon noticed Garchomp was weak,so he returned him. "Rest up Garchomp." says Doragon as he thought about who to send out for a ponyta. Doragon smiled as he sent out a legendary. "Go,Mewtwo!"says Doragon as Mewtwo hovered there,looking at ponyta focused as Doragon smiled. "Lets start it off,with Water pulse!" Doragon says as Mewtwo charged a water pulse in his hand,firing it swiftly at ponyta.

Ponyta was hit and hung on by a hair. 'Hmmm. Mewtwo. That's a strong one you have there. Use Fire Spin!" Ponyta's mane flared as some fire detached itself and circling itself into a circle, moved swiftly towards Mewtwo.

Mewtwo saw the flames coming as they hit him fiercly,as he used energy to push it away. "Shock wave!"says Doragon as Mewtwo shot a heat seeking bolt at ponyta,striking her viciously with lightning.

Being unavoidable, Ponyta was struck. Hard. She collapsed as Blaine withdrew her, stroking his moustache thoughtfully. "Go Rapidash!" he said quietly with a hint of sereneness. A larger and stronger version of the previous Ponyta appeared, stomping and flaring it's mane. "Use Fire Spin!" He ordered as larger and stronger flames detached themselves from Rapidash and sped towards Mewtwo, this time, Rapidash in the midst.

Mewtwo,being a bit more wary of his opponents than garchomp,wanted to dodge,or atleast block. "Use Barrier,Mewtwo."Says Doragon as Mewtwo makes a barrier to protect himself,still taking some of the force from the fire spin,his barrier still standing.

Rapidash's horn collided against the Barrier as it backed away and shook it's head, embers scattering astray. It rushed closer and raised a foreleg, trying to Stomp Mewtwo.

Mewtwo got hit roughly,getting the air knocked out of him as i staggered,looking up,and firing a water pulse from upclose at Rapidash,becoming mad.

Rapidash got hit head on as it stumbled and shook itself, water dripping off it and sizzling up. It raised it's muzzle to look at Mewtwo and trotted backwards, creating some distance from it's formidable foe.

"Mewtwo,use confusion" says Doragon as Mewtwo pointed his hand at the rapidash,sending a wave of confusion at the pokemon,hoping to strike it.

Rapidash quickly cantered out of the line of attack and quickly opted for another Fire Spin, this time releasing plumes of fire from it's mouth as it galloped towards Mewtwo, the boiling tongues of lava flicking around it.

Mewtwo saw this coming,and devised a plan,he looked at Doragon,who nodded back,as Mewtwo took the hit,not making a barrier,as he held onto Rapidash. Doragon smiled "Now Mewtwo,fire it!"says Doragon as Mewtwo made a water pulse and fired it at Rapidash from up close.

Rapidash struggled wildly as the Water Pulse hit dead on. The water sizzled as it came in contact with it's flare. As the mist cleared, it revealed the Fire Horse pokemon still standing, clearly on it's last legs. "Hmm...Here Rapidash." Blaine said, stroking his moustache. As Rapidash stumbled over, Blaine offered it a Full Restore.

Rapidash, rejuvenated, used an extra-bright Fire Spin, turning serious and galloping along at 150 mph.

Doragon looked,sighing "Damn Gym Leaders,that was a first,but I have this,use another water pulse" says Doragon as Mewtwo fires a water pulse,quickly charging it,then flies up swiftly,leaving the water pulse flying at the 150 mph rapidash.

Rapidash, expecting this quickly dodged and seeing Mewtwo high in the air, kicked it's hind legs into the ground and boosted itself up towards the Psychic pokemon, the point of the horn shining as the main fire power gathered there.

Mewtwo got struck,starting to lose his power to get up,as Doragon yelled out "Mewtwo,don't give it up,now lets use one more water pulse,before we switch things up!"says Doragon as Mewtwo regained his determination,slamming a water pulse on rapidash,focusing on hitting it.

Rapidash swerved aside, stumbled on a stone, reared back straight into the path of the water and therefore was hit with the super-effective move. It sank down on one knee, nearly succumbing to weakness. It looked aside at Blaine with large brown eyes just as he got out a Hyper Potion. He walked over and sprayed the stuff on the Fire Horse pokemon. Flares danced on Rapidash's back as it got back up. It snorted and charged at Mewtwo with controlled power, showing it could dodge any moment as it prepared a Fire Spin.

Doragon smiled. "As I thought,now mewtwo,use confusion!"says Doragon as Mewtwo fires a mental wave at Rapidash,trying to confuse it.

Rapidash swerved away as it dashed at Mewtwo from the side, flares flying as it left a blazing path in it's wake.

Mewtwo watched rapidash,as he thought of a crazy plan,he looked at Doragon,telling him telepathically. Doragon smiled and said "Do it,Mewtwo!". Mewtwo sighed,smiled,then created a big water pulse and put it on his torso at the last minute,predicting where the attack would come from,so that the water pulse would explode on both of the pokemon.

Rapidash suddenly saw their plan and tried to stop but failed, colliding on Mewtwo, giving damage from the Fire Spin and yet taking damage from the Water Pulse. The fire-water combination set up a terrible hissing as the water evaporated, creating a thick mist around.

Doragon smiled. "Now use Future sight"says Doragon as Mewtwo uses future sight,closing his eyes and seeing into the future for a strike.

Rapidash ignored it as it used Fire Spin again.

Mewtwo saw this coming,not from future sight,but because it was really cliche in this match,so he dodged it. "Now Mewtwo! Use Shock Wave!"says Doragon as Mewtwo sent a shock of electricity through Rapidash,thanks to shock wave's ability,rapidash can't avoid it.

Rapidash was hit and staggered, tottering all around the arena. It finally collapsed onto it's knees near Mewtwo and looked up, an unidentifiable look in it's eye. Suddenly with a great snort, it leapt up and flung out it's hind feet at an attempt at a double Stomp.

Mewtwo managed to dodge,as he got hit in the face and got even more mad,before slamming a water pulse on the rapidash while it was close.
