Well, Amira sure doesn't want to be here

Eddy, behind Amira and Raven, nodded grimly as he saw Amira rubbing her eyes so much. He walked around the two of them, watching them for any signs of impending disaster.
"You seem to be withstanding nicely, Raven," Luke said, apparently not noticing Amira's slight trouble.

"Great now my head hurts, my eyes hurt and I'm burning up." Raven says finally just using her wings to form a oddly shaped umbrela, not that it helped much. "Amira you ok?" Raven asks noticing Amira was rubbing her eyes still. "Oh, just been inside the tent too long. Give me a minute for them to adjust." Amira says

Eddy shook his head where he couldn't be seen by the others. He stepped out into the sunlight.
"Well, Raven, what would you say to coming out here and trying a dose of direct sunlight?" he asked tentatively, wanting to test the protection Amira had poured into her.
"It's perfectly okay if you don't want to," he said quickly. "Baby steps are important, after all."

"I'll stay under my wings for now. It's going to take getting used to." Raven says noticing Amira still rubbing her eyes. Raven sighs and tugs Amira under the shade of her wings. "I don't think it's from being inside the tent so long. Think about it, I'm in the sunlight now because of your aura. So that means you'd probably get part of my weakness againest the light. Hopefully not permently." Raven says still thinking Amira a idiot for what she did

"Hopefully..." muttered Eddy.
"Well I think we should celebrate Raven's new resistance to light-pain - at least, from what we can tell," said Luke. He conjured up a box, reached into it, and pulled out a large cake, complete with decorations and mini-figurines shaped like everyone present. The figurines were all fairly detailed, but his was the most detailed of all of them. Although perhaps it was a bit more physically fit than was accurate. When Luke felt Eddy notice this, he quickly began cutting slices and giving them out at random. One went to a random bystander by accident.

For some reason Raven found this funny. At first she was just chuckles, a kinda hoarse sound since she hadn't even done that much in years, but it quickly grew to a real laugh though again a hoarse one. Amira smiles glad to hear Raven laughing taking it for a sign she was happy

Eddy and Luke stared at Raven, eyes wide. Eddy's mouth was hanging open slightly, Luke was frozen in the middle of slicing off a chink of the cake. They both resumed what they were doing without comment. Eddy ate the piece of cake Luke had cut in one bite.

"Your getting better all the time!" Amira says jumping and hugging Raven again catching the winged girl off guard resulting in them both toppling over into the sand. "Ow" Raven mumbles staying down for the moment to avoid anymore 'attacks'. "Oh I'm so sorry!" Amira says trying to pull Raven upright

Eddy and Luke laughed at the pair's silly antics.

Raven grins sending a lash at the laughing pair catching their ankles trying to trip them so them would fall too. She wasn't sure how she still could use that ability but it sure came in handy now. Though Amira worried her, since the girl had mixed their auras since she was becoming good again she was worried the girl would start doing the opposite and turn dark

Instinctively, Luke swept the lash aside before it could get to them, but Eddy just shoved him down and did a pile driver on top of him. It achieved the same effect that he assumed Raven was going for. Coincidentally, he was thinking of the same thing as Raven at the moment, though. Amira was so innocent now, he didn't want anything to happen to her.

Raven and Amira both laugh at Eddy and Luke. Amira wished they had some waterballoons so they could toss them at the two but they didn't. And then she starts rubbing her eyes which had gone back to hurting but she stops a bit later not wanting anyone to worry about her. "I wish we had some waterballoons. It's so hot today and that'd be a fun way to cool off." Amira says

Luke wriggled out from under Eddy and swished his hand through the air as if he were throwing something, even though his hand was empty. But as soon as his "throw" was complete, a fat, bright green water balloon had appeared out of thin air and it smacked Eddy on the head. Luke floated the knowledge of what he had done out into the air so that everyone could see how. It was a very simple trick, all he had to do was collect water vapor in the air and grow a balloon around it. Eddy stood up and threw a balloon at Luke, a dark shade of blue this time.

"Balloon fight" Amira laughed though it took her a few tries she finally figured out the trick and was throwing balloons at Eddy and Luke as fast as she could. It was taking Raven a bit longer to figure it out though since she was used to dark aura which was a rahter different method

Luke realized Raven's problem and adjusted his technique specifically for her, allowing her to join in the fun.

"Thanks" Raven says then throws a water balloon at Luke laughing. Amira breaks one on Raven's head getting her wet before they go back to throwing balloons at Eddy and Luke.


"What a bunch of kids." Delia sighs keeping far enough away from the fight so not to get hit by any stray balloons
