|~ Characterization ~|
Appearance:
Kuro stands at about 5" 5', slightly tall for his young age. His hair is naturally silver and his eyes are a bright azure, something that he tends to try and play off as though it were nothing. He tends to wear fancy dress clothes both in and out of travel, a red dress shirt paired with a white tie along with a pitch black suit covering  it for a rather stylish appearance. Upon his hands he has dark leather gloves embedded with small fake diamonds upon the knuckles and on his feet he wears shoes of a similar material, reaching up to mid thigh they are equipped with 2inch heels which have a small clip that allows them to be removed for travel if need be.
     However, there are also some rather unnatural parts of his physique that sets him apart from humanity in sharp contrast. Despite his skin being an incredibly stark white, he always stays the same shade despite all attempts made to tan him and does not sunburn. This excludes his left arm arm up to his shoulder which switches to a pitch black which slowly fades to white at the aforementioned area.


Personality:
Kuro is a rather mysterious type, tending to be incredibly introverted when out on the streets despite his looks screaming that he should be so much more outgoing than he really is. When approached by others he will tend to stay quiet, only answering with the bare minimum to avoid drawing attention to himself and his appearance, which he is slightly self conscious about. Battle is a different story though. Upon entering a brawl himself or with his pokemon he becomes incredibly focused, showing his true colors by giving orders ruthlessly uncaring to the pain that he may be putting others in. He may also be prone to anger spikes while in this state due to having a looser control over himself seeing as his attention is elsewhere.
       However when alone with his pokemon Kuro's original gentle nature resurfaces, showing incredible kindness to them which he never would when with company. While this is partially caused because in general pokemon have always done good to him when compared to humans, it also happens to be that he trusts his pokemon above all else, as he knows that they would never betray him or his feelings to others.
     Kuro's likes are Pokemon, fresh air and warm baths to name a few. Also, he can be found avidly studying all sorts of battle strategies in an attempt to incorporate them into his own. He dislikes scientists who make any experiments on live things in general, white tile buildings and needles. He also has a strange hatred for pokemon cosplayers, as he knows himself that being partially pokemon isn't all it's made up to be.


Battle Style:
When in battle Kuro weaves a plan to absolutely decimate an opponent. No mercy is shown against the opponent unless strictly necessary and no holds are barred, if it means that he'll need to fight dirty then he will as long as in the end he comes out on top. Using a combination of status attacks alongside heavy attacks he tends to use unstoppable force to send weakened opponents back to the dust from whence they came with startling efficiency.
Past Experience / History:
Kuro was born to a poor family in Black City, one in such a bad situation that they had abandoned him at the foot of an orphanage when he was less than a year old. Growing up as the small kid in the back of the room that nobody ever truly cared to pay attention to it was assumed that he would never be adopted until one day a strange faceless man came in and taking advantage of the almost completely unnoticed boy came in and quickly adopted the boy with little effort seeing as at this point the boy was simply begging for a family, taking him to a remote location off the shores of Castelia City . The orphanage was destroyed via arson under orders of the said man's lackeys 3 days later along with the destruction of all documents so that no traces of him could be found. Suddenly, Kuro had become Experiment A-275 in a series of genetic experiments. Highly illegal experiments to be exact.
      Soon after being taken in by his new captors he was quickly put under strict physical training which consisted of a few martial arts and complex muscle strengthening routines to whip his body into shape and his genes analyzed over time with a crucial eye to make sure they hadn't picked up a faulty subject. Despite the incredibly harsh environment he had been thrust into along with the high strain on his body Kuro managed to muster out the tenacity to live on, surprising yet pleasing the scientists as at this point subjects tended to die from overexertion.  Eventually it was decided that he was ready and after a long search the scientists had managed to procure a unique piece of genetic material from the pokemon known as Darkrai, having been salvaged from a Ditto while in morph, which in theory would adapt and cause him to become the first artificially created pokemon made from a human. Eventually the day came around Kuro's 12th birthday and the very man who had "adopted" the boy and had been observing him for years as the projects overseer put him through surgery in which the cells were implanted into his body. Through the saving graces of god or perhaps a curse of the devil Kuro survived through this painful process, his skin blackening along with his heart as he was transformed into something not quite human, not quite pokemon due to unforeseen circumstances causing the destruction of all the Darkrai cells within his body save his right arm gaining him the pet name "Dartwo" within the lab. Regarded as an unsuccessful project that was to be studied so that modifications could be made he was set aside from the researchers main objective of study, allowing him more freedoms such as meeting two pokemon that they had captured in order to extract stem cells with, one the very Ditto his cells had been extracted from and the other a Snorunt. Slowly becoming affectionate to them over time after finding that unlike his guards they did not beat or lie to him he affectionately named them Envy and Lust marking them as his first pokemon. After this he seemingly lived a "normal" life for one who had to get blood drawn at least once a day along with all sorts of other tests. However this did not leave his mind unaffected, as eventually a large hate began to boil within him towards humanity as his love for the pokemon began to grow. Besides this his life seemed to become "normal" until one day after years living in captivity a pair of men came into the small meadow he had been granted within the isolated compound, his island of peace, holding two guns ready to finish off their failed experiment now that all data had been collected. Naturally this did not go very well with either Envy or Lust, Envy turning into a large Tyranitar it had copied while serving as a cell factory before ripping the first guard in half meanwhile the normally cuddly Snorunt froze the other guard solid, luckily or unluckily for him he survived with only his arms freezing off from frosbite as he had unfortunately not been found until much laterAfter finding their sanctuary within the lab no longer safe they escaped on Envy by his turning into a Skarmory which it had also copied previousl so that it would provide a quick escape for the both of them soaring off into the distance. After this he contacted the authorities who were unfortunately unhelpful as after finding the entire the lab abandoned after sending a team they had stopped the search entirely, merely handing him a trainer's license along with a few pokeballs after dropping him out on his own with a warning to watch out for himself. Ever since he had been training alongside his pokemon, getting stronger, faster, better. The "Dartwo" has awakened to the world, and he is angry.

Personality:
Generally rather snarky, Envy can be a bit of a brat in all sorts of ways. Being rather cruel in battle he is the perfect fit for Kuro and usually is used to carry out some of the dirtier work others wouldn't. He has incredible jealousy towards humans and as such tends to transform into them whenever possible.

Personality:
Perhaps the most comforting of all pokemon, lairon loves being groomed or otherwise pampered by her trainer; however, she doesn't expect it all of the time. Whenever her trainer or a fellow pokemon is upset, she puts it as her personal mission to see what's wrong and correct it right away. If that means doing a bit of dirty work or fighting a stranger, then so be it.

Alias:
It's very obvious where you derived one of his nicknames from. I'd rather see Dartwo as opposed to "Darkraitwo," as the former is more creative and less of a knock-off of Mew and Mewtwo. I also never [if my head's on straight] saw it mentioned elsewhere in the application as opposed to "Dartwo."

Age:
Given the character's background, I would've assumed it very likely he's older than twelve years of age. Given he was an experiment that had to be examined, observed, and prepared, it'd make more sense if he were 15-17 years of age.

Trainer Class:
I notice you mentioned in his appearance something about wearing outfits in and out of contests; however, he's not a coordinator under trainer class. Intentional or no?

Appearance:
The hair and eye abnormalities I can work with, but both his arms and both his thighs suddenly shifting to a pitch black color is a bit out there when paired alongside these two abnormalities. I'd find it less out there if it were just one of the four instead of all of them, even if it's just cosmetic shift. (I also found the description of the abnormalities, in terms of his arms and thighs, to be a bit weird and unimaginable as one-case; I have two images in mind, but I don't know necessarily which is correct in terms of his appearance)

Personality:
I got very few points out of the personality, these points being he's introverted / anti-social as well as being ruthless in a battle or having spikes of temper. This needs quite a bit of expanding; what are some of his interests and dislikes? Does he have a different attitude towards his pokemon when they're alone or in public? What of things he likes to do? Does he feel lightly embarassed by his appearance or the like? Many things could be considered~ ;3

Battle Style:
(Need to check your grammar a bit; seems like the sentences are run-ons xP) While I find the battle style unique in terms of comparison with other trainers, I feel as though it is a bit repetitive of what is already written in the personality. For example, we already know from the personality he's ruthless and uncaring during battle, yet this is repeated in the first sentence of the battle style (exempt hte part about making plans to decimate opponents).

History:
The history is the Achilles' Heel of the application; it's where I feel the most flaws are and where the character becomes a bit too OP for his own good. Time for list!
1. I find it difficult to believe that, having been at an orphanage, there was minimal documentation at the child, especially assuming if he was there for a couple of years or so (age isn't listed). Also, it's not written how the thought of possibly not getting adopted impacts him.
2. I'd like to see a bit more detail in terms of hte orphanage being destroyed. Was it the same man who adopted the boy, or was it a group of lackees under orders by him? Even though this may not be known information to the character, this background would help expand the history. Also, we're never told if he did find out it was destroyed or not or what sort of impacts this yielded on him. Perhaps there was someone he came to know that the arson could've killed?
3. I find it hard to understand how the arson created another "faceless entity" that could be used for experimentation. This needs a bit of clarification.
4. Not only is the sentence about his training a rather large run-on, I find that it can be elaborated upon. What sorts of "strict" physical training was he set under, and for what period of time was he forced to train? Also, wouldn't it make more sense for his genes to be analyzed prior to the training as not to waste valuable resources, or was he analyzed throughout his training over time to ensure maximal quality of resource usage?
5. Who prescribed the cells of Darkrai? How were these cells obtained? Is there an overseer of the project, and at what point in time was the prescription made? Is it possible there were complications prior to the embedding of cells or even after, and what method was utilized to get the cells into the character's body? These can be included or expanded upon to give more background on the procedure he was forced into.
6. The character's heart "blackens," and yet he is affectionate of the two pokemon he is introduced to; I feel as though these two facts contradict each other. Is it possible that he became attached to them over time, or did he become attached and then his heart eventually blacken over incidents or discoveries in terms of the project or what he was? You also mention that two pokemon were captured and used to extract Darkrai's cells; this would be something to also include in the history to explain where they came from.
7. Towards the end, where the two pokemon protect the character, is where I see powerplay / god-moderation show up. Not only is it not explained how exactly, or which, of the two turned into a "large green monster," the origins of the pokemon's ability to do this are not explained, nor is the size elaborated on exempt the word "large." While it's very possible for someone to be encased for ice, stating that it'd be so "for all eternity," even if the latter part of the sentence is given, is a bit overdoing it; in addition to this, it's never stated nor elaborated on how "Envy" turned into a Latias or even gaine teh ability to do so.
8. The character tells the authorities of his story; was it simply just dismissed as a fantasy story, or was there a light investigation and no evidence was yielded from it? This should be specified pwease.

(I do realize that it's very possible Ditto used transform to shift its shape; however, when exactly would it come across a latias or "large green monster?")
