Personality: Hakudoshi is a person that loves nature, especially the parts of it that are most especially beautiful. He loves his Milotic more than anyone and anything else in the world, viewing her as his mother and even calling her such. He is a kind person that is always willing to help others, provided they aren't people that hurt Pokemon. He becomes deeply angered by those who would abuse Pokemon or use them for nefarious purposes. His desire to prove to the world that the amount of Pokemon you had, as long as you loved them and believed in them, they would always come through for you. He prefers the company of Pokemon more than he does people, because of how his parents had abandoned him, so he feels abandoned by humanity.

History: Hakudoshi was born to a pair of Pokemon Breeders that earned their money through their specialization of breeding different types of Feebas that they sell to trainers so they could raise Milotics of their own. Very specialized in this field, his parents each had a Milotic of their own, along with several other Pokemon to add to the breeding process. While it earned them a nice life, his parents were unable to afford raising him as taking care of a human baby was much more expensive than Pokemon babies.

So, they had taken one of their newly evolved Milotics, who they had evolved from a tiny Feebas, and had sent her away with their child. This Milotic was special, as it was born to be more than just a beauty queen, but also a powerful battler as well. It was bred with the moves Iron Tail and Dragon Pulse, and had also been taught Ice Beam and Bulldoze to further provide defenses to help further protect their son from all manner of attacks. With a custom-made chain necklace that held her Pokeball on the end of it, she proceeded to leave with her ward in tow.

Milotic than raced off far away, moving around from place to place protecting the child she had come to know as her son, never staying in one place too long as because trainers and other people had the tendency to stumble upon her with the boy she was tasked to protect and raise, and as such, to avoid being separated from the boy she had come to loved, had proceeded to change locations every so often.

However, in order for son to be able to fit in more with the humans, he needed to learn how to speak the human language. So, she had brought her son to someone who could grant him that knowledge, which was a wild Gardevoir. She was happy to oblige, and had imparted the knowledge onto Hakudoshi, as well as granted him the ability to read and write the human language, as well as imparted upon him the knowledge to practice it.

Eventually, Hakudoshi had gained the experience with all of that, and had taken to going into human towns with his Milotic, who he nicknamed Mom, following him protectively and dutifully. He had come across the knowledge of Rangers, Trainers, and Coordinators, and had aspired to be all three, so he could show that someone who was raised by Pokemon could be better in all three fields, since he knew about the feelings and the natures of Pokemon more than others did. He then set off on a Journey to do exactly that, with a side goal of one day running into his parents.
