The Beetle-shaped Badge [~Ian~ and Anarchy]

Ian heard tacticus his question as he took the electronic map out op his bag and studied it. "If i am not wrong its not far come on" he said as he walked forward to a big red building. " here it is" he said as they entered and could see a nurse joy at the counter greeting them. "How can i help you two" she said as shel looked at the two boys.

"Awh we get that a lot" nurse joy said as she walked away with the pokeballs and blake smiled seeing him thank him. "Ah no problem man" he said as he sat down. " so here is a bug gym in this town so you think you will be able to handle her" he said waiting for his responds

''Ah ok then'' He said as he looked at tacticus, as he gave him a small paper. Here is a map of the town so you know where to go when you get back. We could meet each other back up here in the pokemon center to stay here for the night don't you think so?'' He said as nurse joy came back with a plate with two pokeballs on it. ''Here you are sir your pokemons are healed and happy she said smiling. ''Well then let's go'' Blake said standing up.

Ian looked at tacticus as he could see him walk out of the pokecenter. He didn't like being apart from a friend but he wanted to get the badge and tacticus could as he would have trained enough. He opened his electronique map. The gym was really close. He began to walk out of the pokecenter feeling that the weather was a bit chilling as he put his clothes on a bit tighter as he walked to the greenhouse that would be the gym. He arrived pretty quickly as he looked up to see a gym symbol. This had to be it. He was getting pretty excited and walked in. The doors opened automaticly as he walked in and he could see that it was decorated for Christmas and could see a girl finishing the decorations. She was blond and there was a photocamera around her neck. ''Excuse me are you the gym leader'' Blake asked with an unsure tone in his voice looking at her.

''Uh yeah mam I am I hoped I could battle you'' He said in the responds from what her reply had been.  He looked down a bit as he was shy and he wanted to battle so he could get his first badge and be one step closer to the pokemon league.

As the grass began to move some things began to appear, a bix gloved like fist and a yellow body, which was a bit fat. It was a makuhita as it stood strong and proud ready to face anything that was maybe thrown its way as it looked at Tacitus.

the makuhita and began to make a punching like movements into the air. It was obvious this pokemon was pretty proud of its power and it wanted to show it, so this wouldn't be so easy like with tyrunt. This pokemon wanted to fight and Tacitus had to believe that this pokemon would not go down without a big fight against it. It kept making the boxer like movements wanting to fight.

He looked at the gym leader. It would be possible to heal before the match against the gym leader right? so he should fight the other two before so his pokemon could become a bit stronger when he would ight against the gym leader. ''Uhm i think it would be possible to heal after fighting the gym trainers so i would first like to battle the gym trainers so my pokemon could get some more exp would that be ok'' he said a bit unsure he was still as new to this then the Tacitus.

The pokemon skillfully dodged the attack from the dinosaur looking pokemon and began to run to the dinosaur to tackle it, hoping the attack would hit. This pokemon was full of lust .... full of lust to fight.

''OK well thank u for battling me'' He said bowing to the girl as he threw his pokeball in the air and his honedge appeared. He would use a weaker pokemon cause he wanted honedge to level up a bit. ''Ok let's go'' He said awaiting a responds from the girl he would be fighting.

The boxing like pokemon could see the dinosaur like one run towards him as his trainer had ordered him to do his version of a tackle, he could see the speed of the pokemon slowly but surely increase and knew that with this the attack power would be the same, that would also increase. He waited for the right moment and then jumped when the dinosaur pokemon was close but he used a nasty but smart trick. He jumped in the sun. The pokemon would not be able to look at him due to this, if he tried to he would be blinded by the light of the sun and now the makuhita used its tackle again, gaining more strenght by the pulling of the gravity.

The honedge appeared as it could see the kakuna in front of it. This would not be a hard battle he had fought with these kind of pokemon before even before they had met and these kind of pokemon did not have much attack power and relied mostly on their defenses. ''Come on honedge let's show them our strenght use you're shadow claw'' Ian said and the pokemon did as he was told and levitated as fast as the pokemon was possible to the bug type kakuna as the tip of the sword began to glow in a purple light and it made a slashing motion towards the kakuna hoping that he would be able to hit it and make his trainer proud.

Tyrunt's rocky hide smashed against the tree behind where Makuhita used to be before he jumped up to dodge. Tyrunt looked up and the sun's rays did blind him. Tyrunt then felt the Makuhita slam itself down at him. However, a Normal-type attack's damage against a Rock-type doesn't change however it's thrown. It still is not very effective.

"Tyrunt, bring him down with your mouth and crush him with Stomp," Tacitus commanded. Tyrunt would sidestep, turn his head towards Makuhita, vice him with his mouth and toss him to the ground. Then, Tyrunt would follow crush the Makuhita with his foot.

A purple line traced Kakuna's shell-body diagonally, indicating that Honedge's Shadow Claw hit. The Kakuna minced from the pain. His body is showing obvious signs of weakness.

"Kakuna, hang in there and use Harden! We won't give up easily," his Trainer said. Kakuna's body glowed raising his Defense up by one stage. "Kakuna, try to dodge the next moves or we're done for," the Trainer advised before turning her head to Blake and looking at him in the eye. "We sure don't have a deadly offense, but we'll tire your Honedge enough so he won't have enough stamina for the Leader," the Trainer taunted.

The makuhita was not a dum pokemon. He knew that this trick would allways work, and he smirked when he hit the ground where the pokemon was, he could feel the rough skin of the pokemon he had fallen on but didnt expect to be picked up with the pokemon its jaw and flingened on the ground as the pokemon put his foot in the air and let it come down at him with terrible force, THe makuhita caught the foot and was putting all its power in his arms trying to push the foot from the dinosaur like pokemon away.

''Awesome work honedge'' Ian said as he jumped up obviously really happy and the honedge was the same. They looked really happy that their attack had hit the kakuna that was right in front of them. ''Shall we finish this?'' Ian asked looking at the sword type steel pokemon. It nodded and looked with fightlust in the eyes to the pokemon that was in front of it. ''Now use you're flash canon'' Ian yelled as four silver like orbs came in front of the steel pokemon and began to connect their beams in one point only to blast out a huge blast of light, would this be strong enough to finish of the pokemon that was in their way for defeating the next trainer?

Suddenly a sniper shoots Tacitus in the head and he's brought away by an ambulance.

"Kakuna, dod-"

Before the Trainer could even command her Kakuna to dodge, Kakuna's hit by the massive beam of energy. The Trainer couldn't do anything but watch as the beam fade away. She found her Kakuna on the ground out cold. With a sad face, she withdrew the fainted Kakuna, "You did good... Rest well."

Her sad face quickly turned to a cheery one and she turned to Blake, "My Combee won't let the same fate come at her though!" She took another Poké Ball and sends out Combee.

''Yay we did it Honedge'' He said smiling as honedge hovered in arms and Ian hugged the steel pokemon. He was glad they had won from the first pokemon, now it was the seconds turn, He could hear the girl say that not like her kakuna her combee would not go out without a punch. ''Rest for now ok honedge?'' He said smiling kind and the steel pokemon nodded as it knew he may had to use its strenght later on. A beam of red shot out of the pokeball and towards the sword like pokemon, engulfing it before it dissapeared into the pokeball. ''We will show you our strenght'' Ian said smiling against the girl as he got his other pokeball. ''Vaporeon, the stage is set'' He said as he threw the pokeball up into the air, it shot open and in a blue light vaporeon appeared, standing gracefully onto its four paws looking around but mostly at the foe that was in front of it. ''Are you ready vaporeon?'' It yelped in responds and he looked to the move. ''Ladies go first'' He said with a bow.

The Trainer sort of gave an annoyed expression when Blake bowed. She didn't knew bowing still happens in this modern time. But at the same time, she's also amused by Blake being a gentleman. There's few men like him in these days. She quickly let out a giggle, hoping Blake didn't notice her annoyed face.

"Sure! Combee, let's use Gust," she commanded. Combee flaps its wings and creates a gust of wind from them. The gust of wind would head straight for Blake's Vaporeon.

He could see her annoyed face when he bowed to her but that soon turned into a giggle, this had probably been a cover up for the annoyed face. He could hear her give the command to the combee. It looked like the combee had been raised well, The colour was richy yellow and you could smell the sweet smell of the honey, healthy combee were known from. He could see the wings begin to light up and a very hard wind blue across, this was amazing. He could see his vaporeon stand strong but was moving backwards slowly due to the power of the wind. "Stand strong vaporeon we need to wait till the wind has become less.'' His vaporeon almost threw itself on the ground taking in a form to make it aerodynamic, as it slowly but surely crept forward. Ian could soon feel the move end and the wind became less, He was lucky vaporeon had such a smooth skin that it could make itself aerodynamic. ''Now use you're water gun'' Ian said as the vaporeon got up and its mouth began to fill up, as when it opened its mouth a small but accurate and strong beam of water shot towards the combee.

Combee's wind wasn't enough to thrash the Vaporeon away. Combee and her trainer'snot even surprised. Their foe Vaporeon is fresh healthy anyway. Combee's light body allows her to move agilely. And she just totally used that by simply getting away from the water's way. The strong beam of water kept going straight at the thin air until it formed the shape of an arc and its end met nothing but the floor. That's one way to clean a floor.

"Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee! That's how we do it," the Trainer cheered. "Sweet Scent!"

Combee would release a pink powder from out of its wings below it. The entire gym would soon be filled with a sweet scent that would harshly lower the evasiveness of Blake's Vaporeon. Dropping their foe's evasion by two stages is not bad. Come to think of it though, why lower the evasion when a Combee this level would only know Gust? Why lower the evasion when your attack is wind-based? Perhaps they got tricks up their sleeves?

Ian had not expected the pokemon in front of him to dodge this strong beam of water that had gone the pokemon its way and had aimed in the middle. This foe was very good able to dodge the moves he had for them he had to come close to hit this pokemon. He looked at it trying to think of a technique that would be able to help them hit the combee. He then was punched out of his thought as he saw the air around him get pinkish and saw the combee release something that smelled very nice and began to distract the vaporeon. ''Oh no its sweet scent'' He said softly as he looked at the trainer. This was a bit of a sneaky move, but he also had some sneaky moves up his sleeve. He knew they would be able to strenghten the gust with the sweet scent however he still had one idea. The sun was now on top of the greenhouse they were in and the sun shown down on the glass and into the greenhouse. ''Vaporeon jump in the sun above the combee and use you're quick attack'' Ian said as he could see his vaporeon jump into the air blocking the sunlight and hoping to block the combee's field of sight as it shot towards it with a quick attack.
