Just looking for some pokemon to capture

Alucard walked into the Santalune forest looking for any Pokemon he thought might help him in his battle against the Santalune gym leader. With him never have visited the kalos region he didn't know what type of Pokemon awaited him he was hoping he could catch a good one. As he walked into the tall grass he was ready to start searching for any Pokemon he could find. He saw a bunch of different Pokemon running away from him some he never even saw before. He was all ready to start looking for any Pokemon he could find.

One of the pokemon in that forest was very diffrent then the others that were there. Instead of running away that pokemon stayed proud. It saw the trainer and as the other pokemon ran for him he just stood there and growled at him. He wasn't sure if he was doing the right thing but he wanted to protect everyone from this trainer. He didn't care if he was caught or not , it was a growlith and looked at the trainer preparing itself for battle.

"Huh so you think you can take me on then fine lets go at it. Come on out solrock" Said Alucard as you threw the pokeball. "Now Solrock use confusion on growlith." Said Alucard. Alucard was hopeing that growlith wouldn't dodge Solrocks attack but even if it did he was more then prepared to capture it. It had always been a dream of alucards to one day capture a growlith and now that he was able to get that chance he would do anything he could to capture the one before him.

The small dog like pokemon could see the trainer in front of him throw the pokeball into the air and a solrock came into sight. He could hear the trainer order to use confusion but he wouldn't let that happen. He jumped back and dodged the confusion, then he opened his mouth and shot small flames towards the rock pokemon, sending them with a high speed towards the pokemon. It now jumped round and round to make sure that the he would be able to dodge the attacks of the pokemon.

Solrock was hit by the growlith's attack only doing a little damage to solrock. Alucard quickly thought of a way to trick the growlith before him. Sending out some of his aura to communicate with solrock he told solrock to move the opposite direction of the way he told solrock that he will tell him he hoped solrock would listen to him like it usually does. "why you little well then solrock use confusion but aim for the left." Said Alucard to solrock. Instead of solrock going to the left like Alucard told him to do verbally he went to the right like Alucard told him to. He was hopeing that the little small dog would dodge to the right but Alucard didn't know if confusion would hit but if he did this battle would be over quick and growlith would be his. His next move was to bring out pikachu if growlith took a hit from confusion and got confused but if it didn't then he would keep trying to hit it with confusion.

The growlith had been so happy that his attack had hit. But now he needed to concentrate even more and he listened carefully to the trainer their orders, He heard him say that the solrock had to use confusion to the left so he jumped to the right, and had not expected the solrock to disobey and send it to the right. The confusion hit him and sended him flying against a tree as he hardly got up. It was obvious he had taken some mayor damage. However he was still able to fight and he sended another ember to the trainer his solrock, and immediately after that a weak growl in the hope to lower the attack.

Solrock was able to dodge the ember but was not able to dodge growliths growl. Alucard was glad that the confusion had finally hit the growlith. "Now come back solrock" Said Alucard holding up Solrocks pokeball. "Now pikachu don't fail me" said Alucard throwing pikachus pokeball. "Pikachu use thunder shock" Said Alucard giving the order to his pikachu. He was hopeing that growlith wouldn't dodge the thunder shock. He was also hopeing that thunder shock wouldn't knock out growlith if it didn't then Alucard was going to try and capture the growlith.

The growlith stood up slowly as he was obviously hurt by the attacks from the solrock. However he looked with wide eyes when he saw that the pokemon was returned to the trainer his pokeball and a small yellowish pokemon came out. It was obviously a pikachu, the growlith slowly tried to limp away as his left leg had been hurt by the last attack from the solrock, however he felt a lot worse when he had been electroqueted by the pikachu his attack, and he let out a soft howl which sounded like he was a bit in pain as he tried to limp away slowly.

"Okay good job pikachu." Said Alucard. Alucard took out a pokeball ready to catch the growlith before him. "All right let see if i can capture you now." Said Alucard throwing the pokeball at the injured growlith. Alucard was hopeing to himself that the growlith would allow the pokeball to capture it. But if the growlith wouldn't subdue he was ready to call it a loss for capturing the growlith before him.

The growlith had tried to walk away however its injuries had been a bit plus it had been so exhausted from the battle that it was no where near the speed it usually was as the pokeball hit the injured growlith. It opened and a red beam was shot at the growlith engulfing it and slowly it forms changed becoming smaller and smaller until it was not left and the red was fully inside the pokeball as the pokeball clicked and fell on the grass. It rolled once then stopped, rolled again then stopped, ... it rolled a third time and then ''Ping'' The sound of the pokball making announced that the pokemon that had gone in was captured inside it.

Alucard walked over to where the pokeball that had just captured growlith was and picked it up. "Okay now i think i can challenge the gym leader and win" Said Alucard talking about the Santalune gym leader. "But first i should take you to the pokemon center" Said Alucard talking to the growlith inside the pokeball he was holding. Alucard walked off back towards Santalune so he could go to the pokemon center and challange the Santalune gym leader.
