The Start of a Journey!

Maaya and her new Chikorita walked into the city of Cherrygrove. She smiled, "This is my home city." She told the Chikorita.
Flower nodded and ran into route 30.
"Flower wait up!" Maaya said calling softly after her Pokemon. The pink haired girl ran after the Pokemon.
Once she caught up with Flower, they stumbled upon a _______!

Scyther and a pinsir and a boy with blueish hair who was behind them

Maaya noticed the two Pokemon first, "Oh wow! I'm pretty sure you can only find those in the National Park!" She exclaimed before realizing the trainer behind them. She covered how mouth quickly and blushed. It wasn't her fault other people made her shy!

Flower rolled his eyes at his trainer.

The scyther and pinsir walked back and the trainer walked over"actually scyther i found in a forest at age i think 10 and pinsir at age 14"

Maaya nodded slowly, keeping her distance. "I just started." She told him.
"I-I'm M-Maaya Gorgon."

"heh im josh bluefield"Josh laughed a bit and stuck out his hand"nice to meet cha"

She nodded and shook his hand.
"And that's my Pokemon, Flower." She said. Flower hopped around happily at the mention of his name. She then released another Pokemon, revealing a Pidgey.
"And this is Sky."

Josh looked at them and smiled"there cool"

Maaya blushed again, "T-thanks."
The short haired girl looked around and spotted a _____ (Item if you please :D)

"Oh cool... an everstone!" She said picking it up, "These prevent Pokemon from evolving right?" She asked Josh.

Josh smiled"mhm,kinda not my kind of item"

She nodded, "Yeah, I think all my Pokemon want to evolve." She told him. "I could always sell it though."

"Oh, then you live right by me, I'm from Cherrygrove." She told him.

Josh smiled"i just started my journey"

"Me too." She said and turned around to find a ______ that looked ready to fight Flower.

Maaya smiled, "Okay! Sky use tackle!" She told her Pokemon, who then tackled the Sentret.
