Santalune is Beautiful! (Open) (Mod)

Proto had taken the advice of the professor in Lumiose city and headed to a beautifully built place named Santalune City. The first thought that came to his mind was how elegant and calm the place was, perfect for kicking back and spending the day with friends. He stopped at the fountain in the center of town and sat on the edge, admiring the sprinkling water. It was nice to have a small break like this after travelling so far, but he knew that his work wasn't done until he recorded the information of every Kalos pokemon, and even now he was looking for new species of pokemon that could be caught.

The door's from the gym located within this town would fly open as an older gentlemen would appear, Long red hair would follow flowing softly in the breeze, Bearing his red shirt and denim jeans to cover his body while brown gloves kept his hands warm. Located upon his belt would be three pokeballs each containing one of Kai's friends. His hand held a case, within the case was the badge from this town having just defeated the gym leader. This would mean his first stop was the pokemon center. The familiar dinging of the machine that Nurse joy would surely get sick off rang true before the pokemon were handed back to the man.

Following the route that would take him to the fountain Kai would remove all three pokeballs from his belt and in one fluid motion release them into the ai, This would force all three to open when reaching there highest point releasing three beams of white lightning which would proceed to form the three different pokemon, Persian Mightyena and Flareon, Naturally Kai was looking to complete his team in fact he had recently hatched a bouffalaunt but had decided to give it to a young girl due to the attatchment the girl and the pokemon had shown. "Ok guys badge one down, 7 more to go, " Kai would say as he walked fishing in his pocket fortreats for his pokemon, Finding the required items he would throw them into the air flareon and persian each caught theres but the slightly clumsy mightyena stumbled and would its treat would strike the man [Proto] softly before falling to the ground in which Mighyena would gleefully run to the treat and demolish it. "I am so sorry i did not mean to hit you" Kai said softly to the man

Proto decided that his own pokemon would want a break as well, so he grabbed his two pokeballs from his low-hanging belt and tossed them into the air casually. The wind that was already strong enough to blow his brown locks into his eyes knocked the pokeballs' path into the ground next to a group of pokemon behind him. Right as Proto turned to say sorry, he felt a soft thump on his forehead, and nearly fell into the fountain in shock. "Gaaah! What the hell!?"

The pokeballs he threw struck the ground next to the group of Kay's beastly pokemon, opening up in a flash of white. When the light died out, two pokemon stood there looking around to get a feel for what was going on. The first thing Combusken saw was her partner being hit in the head by something thrown by a nearby man, [Oi! What's your problem?!] She jumped forwards at the man, claws in front of her in an attempt to scratch his throat out. Chespin climbed up Proto's arm and sat on his shoulder as he called out, "Combusken, no! I'm sure it was an accident!" She skidded to a stop in front of the man, claws extended up to his throat threateningly, but listened to Proto and backed off quickly. "Sorry about that, it must've looked threatening, when you threw that at me." He smiled at the mightyena as it came and ate the treat from the ground, and kneeled down to pet it.

Kai was much older, Not only that but the beast type pokemon were much faster and stronger. So as soon as the fire type pokemon began its charge the feline would also move, Its body, Perfect in condition and flawless in application, Her entire form would easily in one motion take over the Combusken and slide to the side of her trainer. The hackles would be up and her growl would erupt. If the Combusken were to get closer she would perform her thunderbolt attack yet this would not be needed. The trainer of the Combusken would halt his pokemons movement as Flareon and Mightyena remained tense, Persian's form shaking with anger. "It's ok girl" Kai would say softly crouching down to rub the head of the cat.

"I apologize, The biscuit wasn't supposed to strike you Mightyena missed it, Thats a fierce Combusken you have there, It seems my Persian has'nt taken to kindly to it." Kai said softly,


[you realise godmodding is controlling another character, Me stating a treat was going to strike you is in no way godmodding for you could have easily avoided said item,]

(Sigh. *points to the rules on godmodding, section C* You said that the treat would strike me, giving me no chance to respond, also, you just did it again by preventing my action.)

Would is not a perfect term it does not mean the action takes place 100% it allows reaction and manipulation within the roleplay community, Had the sentance read

Had that been typed then yes it would be seen as a small [yet insignificant] form of godmodding. Now stopping your actions again no in correct. Your actions are not absolute and can be intercepted manipulated and rediverted.

1. I did not take any control over your pokemon
2. I utilized my pokemon whom is a cat [Thus increased senses etc] whom is also a much higher level [Thus increased speed] to easily over take your combusken and place her in between my character and your pokemon.

None of which is godmodding nor has any relevance to any form of godmodding what so ever, Godmodding is the manipulation of a players character and allowing no room what so ever for reaction, Within my post i can give more than 5 examples on a reply which would not be the case had the actions taken been absolute. Godmodding is a serious accusation. In future please realize that my actions are never instant and in no way manipulate your character nor do they not allow reaction time.

[48 hours have passed my usual time is up]

Kai would await wait wait wait and nothing, The boy seemed to stand there un moving saying nothing along with his entire pokemon party, Even th epokemon sensed ths unusual feet and began to slowly back away. "Ok...well if you un freeze soon were gonna be heading to the gyms catch ya later" and with that they were all off
