Battle Style: Tony analyzes his opponents and adapts to their style, finding and exposing flaws and weaknesses to how they fight, rather it's in the opponents' general style, habits, or just general consequences of their actions. When the odds start to turn against Tony, he starts to panic and starts to take a more offensive role.(Mind you, this might not happen right away. If Tony still thinks he has control, his desperation might not kick in.) While his prime focus is still to expose weaknesses, he will now use a strategy more along the lines of striking randomly and hoping he hits a weak spot opposed to taking the time to find one. If he does get that lucky hit, Tony may relax and return to his more analyzing approach.

The Power of Light:Tony didn't so much discover his powers opposed to they just randomly activated. He was sleeping soundly one night and he just woke up to find his body glowing in light. He knows nothing of his capabilities or even how to make or stop his body from glowing. Right now, all that happens is his body, or parts of his body, will randomly start glowing. This activates rarely. (Depending on development, I plan on having him capable of controlling his light generation, as well as healing and making light shields later on.)

Looks: Tony is just under six feet tall. He has brown and shaggy hair His eyebrows are thick, and just under his nose are whiskers, threatening to form into a mustache. Tony has eyes of a deep green and a rounded head. His build is a little on the slim side and not the kind of body one would proudly flex muscles with. That said, though he isn't heavy built, when he does bother to fully groom himself, he does pull off being hansom pretty well. Tony is usually seen in a generic T-shirt and pair of shorts. If the weather gets cold, however, Tony will dress up in thick clothes that covers everything but his eyes if it seems necessary.

Personality: Tony isn't one to care about general appearances. This isn't to say he's a disgusting slob that doesn't know the meaning of the word shower, (Though there are times one may advise him to take care of his personal hygiene a little better.) he just thinks it's shallow to judge a book by its cover. This boy somehow makes the contradiction of being scatter brained, and smart at the same time. If there is any reason to how Tony's intelligence works, it's that he seems to work best with patterns. The young man is a little reserved at first but is outgoing when he warms up. Tony is pretty close to the best you can get when going for someone who can do no wrong. He's filled with good intent and rarely acts purely out of spite. The boy tries to look at the brighter side of things, but finds it difficult due to a natural worry inside him. Tony likes to help others and loves when everything managed to work out.He has trouble avoiding a grudge against those that don't seem to care about others, especially people that seem to enjoy other's suffering. Tony has little awareness of his elemental powers. All he knows is that he sometimes glows for no apparent reason.

History: Tony lived most his life in New Bark Town. For a while, it was like any other life. However, things started to change when Tony's mother, who was working as a Pokemon Center nurse (They can't all be Joys.) was fired. The records state that she intentionally treated Pokemon with the wrong methods for their conditions, causing their condition to worsen and even killing them in some cases. The lady never did such things, but the evidence somehow stacked against her. Nobody trusted the Banners after that, so the family decided to move to Mahogany Town after that, hoping to get a new life. Things were still difficult as Tony's mother knew if she tried to get another job here records would rear their ugly head. It was up to the father to get a job, which was difficult, but he somehow managed to land a job with decent pay. He worked in house building and repairing. In the mean time, Tony had difficulty making friends, not only because he was in a new town, but he also remembered how his so called friends in New Bark Town treated him not long before his departure. He managed a couple friends eventually, but none of his new bounds were all too special. Things changed one fateful Christmas Eve. Tony was walking outside when he noticed a Delibird laying on the ground. (Mind you, it was still light out.) When he approached the bird, he noticed it was heavily injured. He brought the Pokemon home in a hurry and showed it to his mother. The family healed and nursed the Delibird back to health over the course of many days. The Delibird showed that he was thankful and after being released, still showed up often every day. The Banners eventually decided to keep the Delibird as it was basically the only close friend Tony had. This relationship helped Tony to open up to other people more, even if he hasn't completely recovered from his past yet. Years later, Tony's parents gave him 5 Poke Balls and insisted he goes out and discovers the world of Pokemon. They insisted that such a journey would be very healthy for the boy and wouldn't take no for an answer. So, Tony packed his bags, and with the Delibird to accompany him, left to travel the world. Tony's elemental nature is yet to have a significant impact on his life. At the time, only he and his Delibird know anything about it, and he plans to keep it that way for now.

Maaaaaaaan.... I really want to like this character. I really do. The only issue I have with it, is that I need to see how/when/where Tony discovered his Elementalist abilities, and what he can do with them. I know, that seems like such a trivial, stupid thing (the rest of the app is great), but it'll help a lot in the long run. PM me or post when you finish editing and I'll take another look at it.
