Tony doesn't rely one the strength of his pokemon. Rather he trains every single one of them to fight in a really calm manner, mostly relying on counter-attacks, and if in attack using unpredictable moves with always something extra in them. During the fight he uses code to command his pokemon so the enemy trainer wouldn't understand so quickly what move his pokemon are going to use. In official battles he shows good sportsmanship and always battles fair and square, however in unofficial battles he does anything to win.

Personality:
Tony shows himself as an extremely calm, and polite young man. He is never seen doing anything inappropriate in public, always treats everyone with respects, and of course wearing a suit, most commonly with a dark red shirt and a black tie. He never loses his cool, not even if he should get stabbed. Tony is extremely good in keeping himself under control. He is almost never seen arguing. He follows a simple principal: If there is nothing to gain from arguing then there is no point in doing it. He is also very charismatic, being able to easily win people on his side. Like every common person Tony also likes money and power. His lust for it is way bigger – a trait running in the family. Tony wishes to bring the Stark family back to it's former glory, being an extremely successful businessman and liked by people, but also a cruel boss of the underworld just like it had been in his grandfather's times. He thinks that the world is rotten and weak and wants to change it but he uses his own ways in 'developing' the world.

To gain power and money Tony studied a lot. He went to many different universities using whats left of his family's money. It wasn't because he wasn't smart enough, quite the opposite. He was considered a genius in many fields: economy, physics, chemistry, biology, etc. He simply understood that just because one is smart doesn't mean that he is successful in life, and a small paper with words written on it wasn't going to be much use in the cruel business world. Because of that he just decided not to waste time sitting trough years of university. He simply studied really hard, and after taking in all the information he could he left. That left him with knowledge about many subjects. Even though studying a lot Tony has trainer his body from a rather young age, leaving him very strong, endurable, and fast at the age of 17. He is also a master of deception, and escape which is the main reason for his success living in the underworld and stealing many artifacts without yet getting caught. He has gained the nickname Faceless Phantom because he wears a skin colored mask which seems to be completely plain, not having eyes and other facial features. Although he might look like a decent and fair fellow he can be extremely cruel and go to extremes to get what he wants.

History
Tony was born in Sinnoh Region as the 2nd child to the Stark family, one of the most richest and most powerful families in the world. At that time his Grandfather, Yakone, was leading the company while Tony's father, Tharlock, was vice president. Even as a child Tony was more attached to his grandfather than he was to his father. He often saw his father as a weak man who most likely couldn't cut it as a great leader. In his opinion Tharlock was too soft and easy. Even as a child Tony studied a lot. He didn't go to any school and had private teachers. The young boy took things in very quickly. Although being born into a rich family he wasn't bought stuff all the time, and he had to work for the Stark Industries to actually get money. Tony worked hard for the company, making things such as deliveries, and other small stuff. Because of his hard work he quickly became Yakone's favorite.

By the time Tony was 10 his father had gotten two more children, a son, and a daughter. Also a tragic event which was the beginning of the fall of Stark Industries. Tony's grandfather, Yakone, died, leaving the company to Tharlock. Of course the man tried his best to keep company alive but the task was too much for him. Also his wife had started stealing humongous amounts of money from the company, and after 3 years it was reduced to nothing ... Stark Industries had officially crumbled and all that because Tharlock was too weak to lead such a company. Tony hated his father for that, and of course his mother as well. He never really did get along with his brothers and sister as well, thus making him somewhat of a lone wolf in the family.

When Tony was 14 the family's lawyer contacted him, and informed the boy that his grandfather Yakone had left him a huge amount of money. He seemed to be the only one having the money, and since the others were pretty much broke they all suddenly started acting really friendly towards him. It disgusted Tony to a point which made him leave from his Family's mansion and start a life on his own. He bought a small house for himself. Although he probably had enough money to quietly live till his death he decided to spend it on his education. Tony payed a lot of private teachers to educate him, went to universities, and over three years he was one of the most educated persons of his age.

He didn't spend all his time on studying though. Tony also visited many businessmen, lawyers, and other high positioned people. He wanted to make connections. The man also trained his body and learned several martial arts, including the art of deception and escaping. Tony also captured himself two pokemon who started tagging along with him pretty much everywhere, a Smeargle and Deino. Deino used to be friendly pokemon but after evolving into Hydreigon it turned into a ruthless creature attacking everyone. He also started playing around in the underworld, making a lot of shady business, stealing, and the other usual stuff. Not once he revealed his identity though, rather he became a man known as Faceless Phantom. Over the years his goals remain the same. He still wants to start a new and better Stark Industries which would be strong enough to control the world.
