On the way to Oreburgh City+ catching a new pokemon

Cyrus and Nico were just leaving Snowpoint city when a wild pokemon came out of the tall grass. Cyrus prepared for a battle. The pokemon was _____.

Nico could see the pokemon flying in front of them, but it hadn't any wings, it was bat like and purple. ''It's a Gligar'' Nico said as he looked at the pokemon flying at them. It was moving its pincers with the meaning that it wanted to fight them. ''This one is all your's'' Nico said with a smile as the Gligar kept swirling in front of him. ''So are you going to catch it?'' Nico asked wondering what moves it would know.

Cyrus grinned and said " But of course. And I know just the guy to help". Cyrus then took out a pokeball and threw it on the ground saying " Come on out Snover " as snover popped out of the pokeball. Cyrus communicated to Snover saying use leer then icy wind. Snover leered at the wild gligar and then spewed an icy wind in the gligars direction.

The Gligar kept flying around making it a hard target to attack. ''Wow that Gligar is fast'' Nico said in amazement as he looked at the speed of that gligar, as he wondered if he would hit the pokemon. He could see the snover using the icy wind attack as he quickly looked at the gligar. However due to the gligar's speed he could easily dodge the attack and keep flying around. However he came flying towards the snover very fast as his claw began to glow. ''Huh look out the gligar is going to use knock of'' Nico said to Cyrus as he watched the Gligar coming closer and closer, with a reason to hit the pokemon in front of him. ''Come on Cyrus you can win this I am sure of it'' Nico had faith in him and knew if he really wanted this pokemon he would be able to catch it.

Cyrus said to Snover " When it gets close to you use razor leaf to knock it back". When gligar was close to Snover he fired sharp leaves at the incoming enemy.

Gligar was coming in very fast and did not expect the pokemon to use a razor leaf attack. it saw the the spinning leaves as they hit the pokemon, the gligar was flown back. It hit against a tree and fell to the ground. ''Quickly use Icy wind now that it is down'' Ian said to Cyrus as he looked at the gligar who was staring to get up. He knew the gligar was strong and very fast. It would make a great friend and team mate to him. The gligar had gotten up and was spreading its bat like wings. The attack did not have a huge impact on him but it was good enough to knock him away.

Cyrus shouted to Snover " Quick use Icy Wind ".Snover unleashed an icy storm onto the fallen gligar. Cyrus hoped it would hit.

Nico could feel the coldness of the icy wind attack from the snover. It was very strong and quit fast. He wondered if the attack would make it in time. He looked over to Gligar who tried to fly away but was hit by the icy wind. It sended him against one of the trees and froze one of the wings. He tried to get up but you could see he was badly hurt by that attack. ''Wow this is you're chance one of the wings has frozen so he cannot fly anymore. if it will hit this time again you will have him.'' Nico was sure he would catch this pokemon as it looked like the battle would be over soon.

Cyrus pulled out a pokeball and then told Snover to use magical leaf against gligar. Snover controlled some leaves magically and sent them speeding towards gligar.

Ian could see the magical leaves glowing in each colour of the rainbow in the sunlight as they were speeding towards the wild gligar who still tried to fight back even thought the battle was as good as lost. The magical leaf flew to gligar but at the last moment gligar quickly dodged the leaves, by hiding behind the tree. ''Huh this one is really good, he won't give up even though he is wounded and cannot fly anymore.''
''So what are you going to do now'' Nico said as he looked at him, wondering what was on Cyrus his mind.

Cyrus, pokeball in hand, ran at the gligar and threw the pokeball. He hoped it would work.

Nico could see the pokeball flying towards the purple bat like pokemon. He began to turn redish and was swallowed by the pokeball as it fell down with a soft ''bump'' and began to wiggle. It wiggled and wiggled until it it slowly stopped. ''Congrat Cyrus you have caught the Gligar'' Nico said as he picked the pokeball up and brought it to Cyrus. ''Now we should continue our route to eterna city so we can get to a pokemon center and heal gligar so you can take him out for a spin don't you think?'' Nico asked wondering what his awnser would be.

" I agree and luckily snover was not injured in the battle "Cyrus said as he took the pokeball from Nico's hand and  attached it to his belt. He then ran ahead catching up to Nico. They talked for a while on the road to Eterna City .And so both trainers embarked on their journey once more.
