Arrival to a New city

(Omg really?! I thought it prevented the opponent to use the moves known by the user...;~; )

"Mudki!" The Mudkip chirruped, not understanding the trainer but nevertheless aimlessly happy. Bronzor quickly dashed aside, dodging the attack before using another Psywave at Cubone.

oc: imprison prevents any foe from using any move that the user has.
Cubone was aware of the attack coming straight toward him, but by the confusion he could not will himself to dodge out of the way. Lucas looks at the Mudkip after seeing Cubone getting hit and tried to smile but he was losing options and fast. Still aware of his scarce resources he thought of a way around the confusion.Lucas picks up another rock and yells to get Cubone's attention. "aim for the rock." Lucas asked his Cubone. He ais directly toward the Bronzor and he threw the rock and Cubone started blowing out fire again.

"Bronz?" The Bronzor was struck by the rock, but before it caught fire. Reeling from the unexpected attack, it teetered back and forth before being struck by the Flamethrower, originally meant for the rock. It collapsed like an old dish and lay still, fainted.

Cubone gained 15 exp!
Cubone grew to level 13 with 3 exp remaining!
Cubone learnt Leer!

Lucas jumped in the air when he saw the Bronzor fall to the ground. He ran to Cubone and said.
"Ya we did it." He threw Cubone in the air and Cubone happily replied.
"Cu-Cubone." Lucas caught his Cubone and then looked back at the Mudkip prancing around happily, so he dropped Cubone down and he walked back to the Mudkip with Cubone. Cubone walked up to Mudkip and he started to play with it. Lucas looked down at the Mudkip and he asked it "Do you wanna join my team Mudkip?" and he threw his pokeball at the Mudkip one more time.

Mudkip just slapped it back, immensely enjoying playing with his new 'ball'. It looked around hopefully, thinking maybe they'll play Catch again.

Lucas was confused by the ignorance of the Mudkip, but was still happy that Mudkip and Cubone were getting along. He then wanted to be sure that Cubone was health from the previous battle, so he decided they would go to the Pokemon Center. He began to walk away with his pokemon group, then he remembered the Bronzor that feinted, so he decided to take the knocked out bronzor with him as well to keep it from being attacked when it can't defend itself. They all walk back to Rustboro and back in the Pokemon Center.

(Mudkip isn't ignorant, just a child.)

Nurse Joy was there, typing into the computer. "Yes, how may I help you?" She asked kindly, sinking into a deep bow.

"Hello nurse can you please heal these three pokemon?" Lucas hands Nurse joy his cubone, the mudkip and the fainted bronzor. Then he waited to see them return.

She wordlessly took them and returned them soon enough. "Thank you for waiting. We hope to see you again." With the usual dialogue, she turned back to her work.

Lucas went outside to see how the Bronzor would react to the new environment and he decided he must catch this Mudkip. He started by feeding all the pokemon with him and he took Mudkip aside and played with it and he carefully took out a pokeball and was letting it play with it and was hoping maybe it would catch itself. He continued to play with the Mudkip and he brought the other to pokemon over and he looked at the wild Bronzor curiously to see how it would react.

The wild Bronzor quietly floated away, defeated. The Mudkip gambolled around playfully and thoroughly enjoyed itself, playing with this person.

Lucas happily said "goodbye" as the Bronzor left now sure it will be okay in the wild. He then thought of an idea so he took out another pokeball and looked at Cubone and he said
"Cu-cubone" confusedly, but Lucas reassured him by saying
"it will just be for a minute." He continued by getting the Mudkip to see what he was doing and he sent Cubone in his pokeball and he said
"its safe in there see." he proceeded by releasing and showing the unscathed Cubone and said
"if you wanna stay with us for the long run i just need to do this atleast once." He said questioningly. He politely returned his pokeball from Mudkip and he pet the Mudkip and let it examine the pokeball. He then lightly rolled the pokeball to the Mudkip waiting to see if it would be caught.

"Mud." It replied, rolling the ball between it's front paws. It noticed the white button and sniffed at it curiously. It stared at this strange spherical object. What was it? It gave another questioning cheep. It then took another slow step. The Mudkip slowly got closer. Only about a quarter of a meter away away now. Was this ball waiting till the last minute to strike? Or was she genuinly being a friend? The Mudkip stared into the boy's eyes, then Cubone's. They looked happy, and kind. Humans were known to be deceiving though. Mudkip's mother had been abducted at birth so he had been living on its own paranoid from everything But perhaps these two were actually nice? The Mud Fish pokemon pondered on what to do for a while, but it's naivite got the better of him. He crept closer, and closer, until he reached the girl. It looked at the strange ball. It sniffed it. it smelled secure, but he never knew. He gave it a soft headbutt, but then let out a shrill and shocked chirp. A red light engulfed him. Was this a trap of the boy's? But once inside, he understood. This girl wanted Mudkip to be his pet. Once again his naivite got the the best of. The ball shook, and shook, and then clicked. Congratulations, you just caught Mudkip!

Lucas took the pokeball and jumped in the air from excitement. He yelled "Ya I caught my first pokemon. He then did as he said he would and he released his newly caught Mudkip from its pokeball. He then took the little mud fish and hugged it happily saying "looks like you are in it for the long run and it replied with a happy little chirp. With this he decided he should train his pokemon for the gym now.
oc: should i make a training thread now and would the posts there count for the eggs as well and thanks for the help.

(There are two ways to train. One, training posts, two, actual battling. I'm not sure whether eggs are counted in it. You could always ask a higher force.)
