Meeting People

Red was a little startled when she entered the city. She and Snorunt must have been in that cave for a while because she was sure it had only been about three in the afternoon when they had entered. Now it was about six in the evening. As she had already changed into a new dress and heels her clothes stood out a bit. She was dressed from head to toe in red and looked good if she did say so herself.

"Hmm I hope we find a pokemon center soon." Red said to her Snorunt who nodded in agreement. It had been a long day and she was tired. 'Maybe soon I will be able to make a friend.' She thought as she began a vigal for a pokemon center. Her heels were clicking on the street and her dress swayed as she walked.

"Alright Poochyenas training has ended, you three did well, now let's go get some sleep" called out a trainer with three Poochyenas. One Poochyena stood strong, another happily barking, the third sitting there. "Aright let's get going!" he called out as he started walking toward the pokemon center without noticing other person

Red had been walking and was excited to see a pokemon center that she broke into a run. Unfortunately she ran into a trainer with three pokemon that were a bit unfimiliar to her. As she fell to the ground she flipped to make sure that Snorunt was safe. She got up and dusted off her dress.

"I am so sorry I didn't see you." Red started and then gapped like a fish because she had no idea what to do. "Oh my are you hurt?" She asked looking at the trainer and his pokemon to ensure that there were no injuries present. She looked Snorunt over as well to make sure her partner had not been hurt.

The trainer look at Red "Yeah, I'm fine" he said as he stood up, one Poochyena hid behind the trainer, another growling, the last was making sure everyone was all right. "Pooch, quiet, it was an accident" he said calmly, then the one growling stopped growing and walked over to the hiding one to calm it down.

"I am so sorry I did not see you." Red said again feeling very bad that she had run into the boy. She looked at the pokemon and found them kind of cute. She picked Snorunt up and held her close. She then extended her hand to the boy, "The name is Madame Red, but you can call me Red." She was excited, this was the first trainer that she had met on her journey.

The trainer grabbed Red's hand and helped her up "I'm Jake, and these are my Poochyenas, I also have a Litwick" he said. The hiding Poochyena came from behind Jake shyly with the other Pooch, the last one wags it's tail happily

"Hi Jake I was just about to head to the Pokemon Center and get my Snorunt checked on. I was planning to head out to the Viridian forest after that if you would like to join me?" Red asked Jake smiling at the fact that she had finnally met a trainer. She was wanting to catch another pokemon and maybe even train Snorunt a little. She took Jake's hand and got up, once on her feet she turned an elegant twilr and struck a pose. 'Hmm I wonder what he is doing in the town?' Red thought to herself as she watched the boy.

"Sure, sounds cool" he says as he grabs three pokeballs and a red beam from each pokeball took the Poochyenas in. Hm... I wonder if she would be a good travel companion? he thinks

"Great I will only take a moment in the Pokemon Center." Red said as she dashed off toward the Center. She was in and out in a flash thanks to Nurse Joy's quick work. 'This will be great I am so pumped' She thought to herself. She walked over to where she had left Jake and looked toward the forest. She starightened her dress and looked to Jake while rubbing Snorunt. "So are you ready Jake?" She asked the boy in question. She was jittering with excitement and was ready to go.

"Let's go!" he said "I'm ready for this adventure! So first is Viridian forest". He started walking to the forest, hoping Red was following. He was pretty sure there was going to be a battle soon.

Red started to follow Jake and soon took the lead being too overzealous about their trip into the forest. She began to enter taller grass and was getting ready for the possibility of a pokemon coming out of the grass. "This is where we should start to see the pokemon I asume." Red said more to herself then Jake. Snorunt wiggled in her arms and began to chill the air around herself. Then she began to hear the grass rustle. 'I wonder if that is a wild pokemon?' Red thought to herself.

The bush began to shake further for a few heartbeats, when suddenly, a blue spiny Pokemon jumped out!

Nidoran F
Female
Level 15

Red started as the pokemon appeared from the bushes. It was the cutest thing that she had ever seen. "Well hello there cutie." She said down to the pokemon as she thought of its name. 'Hmm I know this....Nidoran.' She yelled internally and she noticed it was a female as well. This was perfect for her as she only caught female pokemon. "Would you like to join me on my journey Nidoran?" Red asked the little creature sitting in the leaves and grass.

The Nidoran seemed more focused on the Snorunt in Red's arms to take notice that Red was speaking to it. It leaped at the other Pokemon, and tried to Tackle it.

Red grinned a very feral smile and sat Snorunt down. "Well its going to be that way is it?" She asked the Nidoran without expecting a response. She smiled at her partner and waved her hand at the pokemon. "Alright Snorunt lets do this. Start off with a Powder Snow attack." She ordered her pokemon. Snorunt bounced into the air as the Nidoran tried to tackel it and let forth a gust of snow at the other pokemon.

The Nidoran tried to resist the powerful gust of snow, but since it was such a small Pokemon, the gale blew it away a few feet. Striking a tree and sliding down towards the ground, the Pokemon shook its head, and then began to attack with a Double Kick.

Red watched as Snorunt was hit with the Double Kick attack. 'Uh I hope she is ok.' She thought to herself. Snorunt hit the ground and stilled for a moment. "Come on Snorunt you can do this. Shake it off and use Double Team." She called to her partner. She couldn't loose her very first battle she refused to admitt deafeat this time. Snorunt began to create duplicates of herself and increase her chance of avoiding attack.

The Nidoran looked confused. There were so many targets! Which to hit? It tried to attack one with Double Kick, in hopes that it had chosen the correct one.

As the Nidoran looked around obviously confused Red grinned. This was her chance, the Nidoran went for on of the fakes. She couldn't believe her luck, "Now Snorunt lets wrap this up with an Ice Beam." She called. She watched as the true Snorunt leaped into the air for a second time and blasted a blue ray of ice straight for the Nidoran. 'If this hits surely it will be game over.' Red thought as she watched the beauty of Snorunts movements. She could not ask for a better pokemon.

Nidoran was not expecting the Ice Beam, and it landed squarely, causing the Pokemon to collapse.
Congratulations! Snorunt has earned 5 EXP!

Red was amazed she could not believe it. "We did it...we actually managed to do it." She stammared feeling completely giddy. She snatched Snorunt up and whirled her around humming happily. "We did it. Snorunt you are amazing!" Red squiled as she jumped up and down. Snorunt seemed to giggle and let off comforting breathes of frost.

Red looked to and bounced in excitement. "Look we may actually be able to do this journey after all. The old bat was just proved wrong, Snorunt!" She yelped sweetly refering to her granmother. Snorunt proceeded to jump down and dance around spreading frost around its body creating a beautiful shimmering mist about it to make her appear that she was glowing.

Jake looked at her and gave her a thumbs up. "Nice job, you did well on your battle". He looks around, hoping to find three pokemon. "I would like to show off a triple battle, but I'm sure it's gonna be hard to see three pokemon at once". He released his three Poochyenas and they each got ready.

Suddenly from different locations, three Pokemon jumped out, relieving Jake's hopes. They were all the same Pokemon: a Bonsly.

Bonsly
Levels 7, 8, 9
Male, Female, Male

Two Poochyenas got ready to attack, the third, not so much. "Alright, Poochyenas, two of you use bite, the other will use howl" says Jake. The level 8 female and the level 7 male uses bite, the level 7 uses howl.

(Sorry I haven't replied in this one in a while XD I couldn't find this one in my 'watched topics' so I sorta forgot about it)
The Bonslys attempted to dodge the two Bite attacks, but was distracted by Howl. As a result, the two Poochyenas who used Bite managed to land a hit on two Bonslys, but the last one used a Low Kick attack.
