First Badge, First Step to Championship

Andrew smiled as he entered Straiton City. He looked around before heading over to the Dream Yard. On the way here Andrew had avoided all Pokemon and now he was itching for a battle. He stepped into the yard.

There was a pokemon, but it didn't seem to be paying any attention to the trainer. It was more focused n watching some grass sway, so it wasn't the most clever. It tapped the grass before pulling its limb away.

Zayn walked over to examine the mysterious Pokemon. He watched as the ___________________ watched the grass sway. He clutched a pokeball in his hand.

The pokemon saw the trainer's shadow and jumped into the tall grass to hide. This hid its shape, and it screeched at the trainer hoping tovscare it away.

The screech only wanted Andrew to go closer. He crept even closer before looking at the grass the pokekon had jumped into. Zayn pulled the grass apart to reveal an ___________________.

The wild pokemon looked at Zayn, blinking a bit having not wanted to be discovered by the trainer. It screeched again, swiping at him with a poison sting warning him to get away and leave it alone.

Drew nimbly dodged the attack. He then pull out a crimson and white ball before tossing it up. "Come on out Emolga"he said as the Pokemon flashed into existence."Quick Attack"Drdw said.

The wild pokemon didn't bother attempting to dodge the attack. It didn't want to fight the opponent in the first place, preferring to have just been left alone to watch the grass sway. It waited and took the attack, even though it would lose its pride in doing so. It was being stubborn, and wouldn't easily be wrangled into the fighting.

"Uh ok, Emolga use Thundershcok" Drew said scratching his head. He wasn't sure why the Pokemon hadn't attacked back.

The wild pokemon took the hit, being knocked over and getting up shaking its head. It didn't want to fight, and it continued to be stubborn, simply waving a hand/paw in anohter direction as if attempting to shoo the trainer. It wanted to watch the grass wave, not attack and cause damage to another innocent creature.

Zayn sweat dropped. "Uh ok then pokeball go?"he said throwing the crimson and red ball at the Cacnea.

The cacnea didn't want to fight, but more off it didn't want to be captured. It jumped away, and it started dashing off to avoid the trainer. It really didn't want to be caught, and it was booking it across the land.

Drew sighed and chased after the pokemon, Emolga flying nimbly behind him. "Quick attack"he said as the pokemon neared the Cacnea.

The cacnea was too focused on running away to know it would be hit by the attack. When it was, it was a bit shocked, thinking that surely it had been able to escape. It rolled a bit until it came to a stop, struggling to get up from teh ground and make a run from teh trainer and his pokemon.

Drew smiked. "Now quick attack"he said grabbing an empty pokeball. He waited to see if the attack would hit.

'No,, stop,' a man yelled running over to the pokemon. He snatched the pokemon up, taking the attack and being knocked back. 'What kind of treatment is this to someone's pokemon!'

"W-wait thats your pokemon?!?!"Drew asked. He was totally shocked.

The stranger nodded, returning the pokemon tovits pokeball. 'It got out of my view,' he said to the trainer. 'I hues he just wanted to see grass..'

"Oh well sorry"Drew said walking away from the man. He then serched for pokemon in the grass.

Drew wou.d find a strange pokeball in the grass. It didn't seem to be an actual pokeball, but it was stuckvin the grass. It didn't seem to ne wiggling, but another pokemon was around the pokeball.

Drew looked at the wierd pokeball thing. He then looked at the pokemon and saw it was a(n)____________.

The pokemon around the pokeball was a weedle. 'Weedle wee,' it screeched seeing the trsiner. It mved upto the top of the ball waving ts head claiming thr bsll as its terriotry.

Drew smirked. He called out Snivy. "Okay Snivy lets battle it"he said.

The weedle looked at the Snivy and was immediately frozen. It decided it wouldn't give up rushing at the pokemon.

Weedle - Three Hits Left - Lvl Five

Drew looked at the Weedle. "Sniivy try and use attract" DRew called. Snivy tried to use the attack.
