So You Want to Start/Join a Tournament

In order to create a tournament, please follow this template:

Tournament Type: (Restricted Tournament or Free Tournament. Also add in Free Level if applicable.)
Number of Participants: (Keep it within reason. Most are about 4-8 people. MUST be an even number)
Additional Rules: (Not necessary, but can be added as long as they don't contradict with set rules of the tournaments.)
